Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-DFW Airport N-Grapevine - Грейпвайн

The hotel provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We liked the breakfasts and were surprised by the dinners which were provided although we were unable to attend. Wifi and the business center equipped with a computer and printer were a plus. We had a great stay.

The hotel is wonderful- room was very clean and fairly quiet. I would rate comfort a 4 only because the first morning there was not enough hot water for everyone so it was "lukewarm" at best. Not miserable cold, but not great. Also, there were only three bath towels in a room that sleeps four people and the second night they ran out of pool towels, […] so that left us with a lot of wet bath towels. We checked in late and checked out early so this was simply a place to sleep in between stops. We rented the Queen suite and the only complaint I have is that I woke up to a long black thick curly hair in the bed with me. Our stay was pleasant, the room was clean. The free breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Only two negatives the pillows were miniature squares not very comfy. And the random times the rooms were cleaned. The first two days we came to the room to drop of our shopping and freshen up before dinner at about 5 pm and the room was not done. The bed clover had cigarette burn holes in them, the shower water did not get hot in the morning, so it made it very difficult to take a shower, and the maids didn't clean very well as there was miniature bottles of alcohol left on the floor from the previous people.

LOVED it. COMPLIMENTARY DINNER. Never heard of it, but it sure was nice after a long tiring day. Came in to find dinner ready and was a great HOT meal with all the food groups. Delicious. Very nice place to stay. Will definately stay again.

Room was great. Only ice available is the icemaker in your room which is turned off until you check in but one of the staff helped us get some from the kitchen for immediate use. Bed was the best but hubby complained because the pillows are too large - he likes his flat. Everything was clean and comfy.

I stayed at this hotel due to a conference being held there. The rooms have some age on them but are very clean. Suite-style rooms make for more personal space. Hotel has free and fast wifi. The bedroom was incredibly small but it works. However the a/c was so loud every time it came on it woke us up. So this was not a restful stay. The staff was very courteous. Breakfast was cold. We had booked a stay with a late check-in for myself and my family of 5. It was a holiday so regular staff was out and the hotel had a system issue with their card readers and key cards. This in and of itself was not a huge issue except the dad in front of us checking in was returning as we were checking in because the master key they issued him didn't […] work as he was lugging kids/bags back and forth. The front desk staff issued him another key that didn't work and then proceeded to try the same thing with us. So we spent 45 minutes trying to gain access to our room before we were finally let in by the front desk staff and then had to spend the rest of the evening and morning being escorted everywhere by the staff. We were not given any kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the only reason we were not running back and forth to try 4 different keys was because I insisted that they come with me and do the running themselves. It was a great location..the staff gave us excellent care...our maid was beyond excellent...it was the only hotel with smoking accommadations in the area...please do not stop that service..we visit the area 3 to 4 times a year and we feel like we have found a new home. Thank you Homewood for a wonderful 6 day visit.

This was a great stay at a reasonable price. We had two bedrooms and two baths in a very clean and comfortable room. Beds were fabulous with several pillow options. Hot breakfast was fairly good and location was excellent near airport, restaurants and Grapevine mall.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff more than compensate. When making requests of the staff, the general attitude was "Absolutely!" They were eager to please, and they made the stay quite pleasant. I took advantage of the free breakfast and dinner, the complimentary WiFi, and the free shuttle service to the convention center every day.

Perhaps my expectations were too high when I saw this hotel is offered "by Hilton". We stayed in a 2bed/2bath suite and were disappointed in our decision. Overall, I would consider this hotel in the category of an "economical extended stay hotel" but priced as, and inferior to, Holiday Inn & Suites and/or Comfort Inn & Suites, etc. Examples: the icemaker […] in our fridge/freezer did not work and there is no guest ice machine on site, 105 rooms with only two luggage carts so checkout was tiresome as carts could not be found, the beds were old and worn to the point of extreme sagging in the middle which caused my wife and I to "roll to the center" and morning back pain, the breakfast bar was very generic (again... inferior to Holiday Inn & Suites and/or Choice Hotels & Suites). Overall, this hotel would have been pleasing if we had paid half price, however, we found it overpriced when compared to similar hotels. Will not go back. Would not recommend to a friend. Подробнее

While the hotel staff was accommodating, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The sheets were not changed for our entire stay, the room was never vacuumed. empty containers were found under the furniture. I made the reservation via Hotels.com. It was for 3 adults and a child. I did 2 queen beds. When we reached in the middle of the night, they said that we have 1 queen bed. hotels.com made a mistake by reserving a suite for us with 2 rooms and 1 q/bed in each room, Hotels.com rep stated the suite has 2 Q/Beds in each room, we sorted that at the hotel we had to get an extra room thank god they had some open....

Only have 2 complaints. First the pillows are too short, they are like throw pillows for a couch. Second the internet room with 2 PCs are really outdated. I could not connect to my online banking since the browser was running IE6. Other than that, it was a great night's stay.

I stayed at two other Homewood Suites, College Station and Addison, and LOVED them! However the Grapevine hotel left a lot to be desired. It appeared it needed up dating. Our fitted sheet would not stay on the bed so we fought with it all night. Also didn't like that their was no door to the to the sink/vanity portion of the room. Good location with it being next to the mall, but like most hotels you spend most of your time in bed sleeping. Mattresses need be changed and we found the extra blanket with stains. Not good.

This was a very nice hotel, perfect for families. The rooms are big, clean, and offered a living area with full kitchen, it even has a gas fireplace. I would recommend this hotel for sure, we had a very nice time.

Everything was great, we were able to get our room near friends, pool stays open late for kids, and the breakfast was wonderful it was a full spread not toast n muffins. The sleeper sofa was not very comfy, but few are. Couldn't ask for more.

Traveled to the area for Conference located in Grapevine. Rented car for transportation. Accommodations were very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Having traveled alone, felt very safe in the area. Large mall across the street as well as restaurants.
