The hotel itself was beautiful and very interesting. I would have like to of seen something about the history of the area placed in the rooms. The staff... was fantastic especially during checkin. We had a rather un-interested employee at the restaurant where we were thinking about eating that evening as we were celebrating our anniversary. It was obvious we annoyed her when we asked to see a menu for the evening so we decided to eat at a great place we discovered on Bloor. The room overlooked the garbage bins of the apts behind us. Also the room was too hot even with the windows opned. No matter what we did, we couldn't turn the heat or fan off. The room was very clean but a little outdated (old Sony cassette player for music) and the jacuzzi tub was not as expected in size and was in need of maintenance. The morning breakfast was great and the staff was extemely nice and attentative. Despite the person at the restaurant and the hot room, we had a great time and would go back but I would make sure the hvac worked properly and I would request a different location in the hotel for a btter view автор: Tom от Peterborough Ontario; дата: 16/03/2013
