Everything was good except the location for walking is a little off the trail from the downtown areas but the price was right.

My family and I stayed here 3 nights for a business convention, and loved it. The entire place was very clean, and the staff was exceptional. It was well located for our convention at the Hilton up the street. The complimentary business center was great for business needs. The only real problem we saw was its location was just a bit too far from downtown […] and the waterfront. So, it's quite a walk to the water. (Although, the weather was PERFECT, so it was quite a lovely walk through the most beautiful city in the USA). Also, there's no indoor pool. But the outdoor pool, and especially the outdoor courtyard it's in behind the hotel, is very beautiful. We could have just sat in that courtyard and enjoyed the weather for a very long time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a nice hotel in Savannah. Great stay! Подробнее

Even though it's on the perimeter of the historic district, everything you would want to see in Savannah is within a walk. The visitor center/museum and tour bus terminal is right across the road and the staff are friendly and helpful with an in-house tour booking service. Valet parking only with a $15/day surcharge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable […] with vanilla chain-hotel decor. One minor niggle with the plumbing was fixed promptly and efficiently. There are a wide choice of nice places to eat within a short walk. Breakfast is an extra cost option and from what we saw, isn't worth it. Take a walk, work up an appetite and enjoy a real breakfast at Clarys on Abercorn Street. Подробнее

This is a great affordable place to stay to be within the historical district. We walked from our hotel to tour the area. The staff was helpful friendly and professional. One thing that we didn't like was being on the street side. We asked for a room change and they gave it to us with no problem. The hotel has recently been beautifully redecorated. Beautiful lobby, furniture. bar and draperies. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Convenient location to everything.

At four o'clock in the morning the fire alarm goes off and we had to evacuate the hotel in the freezing cold with a lot of elderly people. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. Was under minimal renovations but not an inconvenience to patrons. We will be staying here everytime we visit savannah. Walking distance to most historic sites, and valet parking was great!!

I come to savannah about every 3 months and have stayed at almost all the hotels in the historic district. This was my first stay at the courtyard and it is now on my list to stay again. The friendliest staff of any of the hotels in savannah that I have stayed in, very clean (important to me) and the location is perfect for me.

Good experience. Valet charges and parking leave something to be desired. Fourteen dollars per day plus gratuity of about ten dollars per day.

The Courtyard Marriott was within walking distance to Historic Savannah, River St, City Market etc. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Housekeeping should take a look under and behind furniture and in corners....I found lots of trash while looking for my cell phone. Really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our server in the dining room at breakfast was Susie. She was very attentive and helpful with giving us information about Savannah and things to do. Great hotel!

I had a great time there the only thing that caught me off guard when I was charge an extra $150. 00 for any damages to the room. Yes I was give the money back after I checked out and part of the $150 pays for your parking but at least give people a heads up way before they stay.

everything is positive except something extremely off-putting which happened during check-in. (this explains the 4 rating of staff. all but one person were superb.) my wife was unable to connect to the internet using hotel's wi-fi. we went to the main desk for help. the person there had the same difficulty and asked for assistance from someone else. […] after being unable to connect herself, she got annoyed and asked my wife, "where did you get this thing?!" direct quote. is that forgettable? my wife, holding an iphone and ipad is chinese. the implication was obvious. she and i let it pass. then, when looking at my wife's ipad, the "helper" saw a photo of THE LION KING. She asked, as if to a child, "So, do you like THE LION KING?" i then told her that my wife played the lead in it. professionally. in both mandarin and japanese. the "broadways" of beijing, shanghai, and tokyo. 500+ performances. the photo was of her! end of insults. the rest of the welcome was pleasant. This hotel is on the edge of the historic district but only a short walk to the heart of the restaurants and shops. The hotel in undergoing a renovation but that's mainly in the lobby and first floor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and in was very good. The bar was closed for remodeling so that was sad. I didn't realize valet parking was my only choice when I booked but what can you do? Overall, the hotel was well furnished, clean, quiet and the staff very was very nice.
