Метро рядом,торговый центр тоже,завтраки хорошие,номера большие, убирают хорошо,но интернет плохо в номере ловит и все таки далеко от центра находится,прям спальный район.

Местоположение.
Отель Hotel Liabeny располагается в районе Gran Via - Puerta Del Sol города Мадрид, неподалеку – El Oso de Madrid, Plaza Mayor и Пуэрто-дель-Соль. Также неподалеку Музей Тиссена-Борнемисы и Plaza de Espana.

Замечательная гостиница с очень внимательным персоналом,хорошим расположением относительно метро и достопримечательнтстей,находится не на центральной улице,что для мадрида является преимуществом,тк шум стихает лишь под утро.. Правда отсутствуют русские каналы,но зато пиедоставляется бесплатный вайфай..
"Одноместные комнаты"
Будьте осторожны, если вам дали одноместный номер. Они имеют тенденцию быть маленькими и шумными (находясь по соседству с лифтом). Персонал на стойке регистрации, конечно же, знает об этом, но они делают вид, что это не их проблема. Я абсолютно точно здесь больше не остановлюсь.

Отель был очень чистый, находился в центре города, но при этом тихий и очень эффективный. Когда я приехал, в моей комнате была проблема с покачивающимся туалетом. Я сообщил об жтом на приемную, и меня тут же переселили в новый номер и известили о возникшей проблеме менеджера по работе с персоналом и административно-хозяйственную службу. Через несколько […] минут уже кто-то появился взглянуть на проблему. Эффективно. Находится в пешей доступности от всех главных мест, включая метро. Имеется маленький спорт-зал. "Отличное расположение!!"
Этот отель находится в ОТЛИЧНОМ МЕСТЕ. Отсюда можно дойти до всех главных достопримечательностей, множества кафе и магазинов. Немного ощущается дух истории и утонченности. Все были очень дружелюбные и любезные. Определенно остановился бы здесь снова!!

Отличное расположение, в 1-2 минутах ходьбы от Puerto Del Sol (центра всех развлечений Мадрида) и в 10 минутах от Королевского дворца, музея Прадо и музея королевы Софии. Сильные стороны отеля: очень элегантный, приятные комнаты, полезный персонал.

Что в отеле хорошего, так это его расположение, действительно центральное. Если вы не думаете не о номерах, а о том, чтобы находиться как можно более в центре, то это очень хороший отель. Но если вам также важно и качество жилья, то это отель типа конца 80-ых в том, что касается отделки и функциональности. Мне дали номер, окана которого выходили на […] темный внутренний двор. "Отель Liabeny в Мадриде - рекомендую!"
Отель был чистым и находился в отличном месте. Он был вблизи множества магазинов, ресторанов и т.д. и имел удобный доступ к общественному транспорту. Наш номер был на первом этаже, и нас немного беспокоил шум. Однако, мы остановились в отеле в рабочие дни, и никаких проблем с шумом не возникло... но на выходных, думаю, это может измениться. Персонал […] на приемной не предложил нам практически никакой информации по городу, но когда мы задавали прямые вопросы, то они нам помогали. К сожалению, я не говорю по-испански, но персонал довольно хорошо говорил по-английски. В нашей комнате хорошо работал воздушнный кондиционер. Great Location - Very Good Hotel - Rooms Very Clean - Fixtures in room a little old - very hot room, need air conditioning even though cold outside. Very Friendly staff but don't ask for recommended restaurants nearby because knowledge of good local restaurants very limited - A little noisy due to all night bars that are near by (weekend) - Taxis everywhere, […] be careful we were ripped off from Airport to Hotel even though we took the official taxi (white with red stripe). Driver took us the long way around and could not (did not) speak any English, so check before you enter the taxi cost of trip if to or from Airport. "Quiet, friendly and walking distance to all sites"
Could not fault the quality and helpfulness of the hotel and staff. It has a luxury restaurant, however, if you do not want to pay for this sort of restaurant it has a cafeteria where you can have what you like for a few euros. We found this much better for us. "Great for shopping and sightseeing"
Perfect location as I only had one day to see some sights in Madrid. Easy walking distance to the Palace and many plazas. Shopping and dining only a minutes walk from the hotel. The bathroom was very dated but clean, fast free wifi, quiet room.

"Liabeny, Madrid revisited"
Went there already for the second time, and it was again a pleasant stay. Location is great, rooms are very clean and well-equipped, service is friendly, although not many speak English. There was one thing to complain about: the water temperature in shower varied between extremes. Otherwise everything was functioning perfectly.

"Excellent location"
A great hotel for visiting Madrid - it's very centrally located, making it easy to visit most sights by foot. The staff were helpful, the room is clean and the neighbourhood not too noisy. I'd happily recommend others to stay there.

Very kind and patient concierge and front desk. Very helpful with making reservations for restaurants and assistance with map guides. Persistent hotel cleaning service, but would rather want cleanliness over lack of attention to rooms.

This a large elegant older hotel in good location. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff was professional and helpful. The bathroom is outdated but functioned well.
"Liabeny close to Plaza del Sol and shopping area"
However, I don't get the 4-star rating. Common areas are fine and the rooms are clean. Condition of room carpeting and furnishings leaves a lot to be desired. I would not stay here again despite the attractive price.

"Liabeny Hotel Madrid"
The hotel was lovely, very comfortable, and very clean and in a perfect location. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The only complaint I would have is the staff could be a little friendlier.

The location cannot be beat and the staff was excellent. Only problem was that the room was very warm even with the heat turned to off. (We stayed in late February 2012.) Therefore, I had to keep the window open and the street noise was very loud, particularly between 11pm - 2am and 6 am - 7 am. We were delighted with our stay at the Liabeny. Not only was the location right in the centre of the Sol district, but the hotel was quiet and our room was a very good size - we travelled with our teenage son. Everything was clean and the double bed was a king size with a high quality mattress. My family of 3 stayed there for 3 nights and was very satisfied with the hotel. A real 4-star with very good services - they still unfold your bed every late afternoon! Excellent hotel, friendly staff and everything you need is just around the corner, the cafeteria has really good food, and the rooms are big and clean, next time I'm in Madrid I'll stay there for sure!
The hotel is so centrally located that it is possible to walk to most of the sights in Madrid and since it is on a side street, it is very quiet. The room was immaculate and the concierge incredibly helpful! I plan to stay there again on my next visit.

"An enjoyable experience"
The Hotel is well located at the heart of the city centre and offers good quality service. The basement parking is free and hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The lounge in particular is spacious and offers a nice place to chill and relax.
