No complaints. The staff was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and everything seems to be well maintained. I'm in the area several times a year and will definitely stay there again.

we stayed 2 nights. both night the gentlemen that worked the front desk were very nice. pool was open until 11pm so that was great with the kids. had plenty of towels for the pool and extra for our room since kids wanted more. ice machine on our floor. The hotel room was great, very clean and comfortable for 5 of us. The only issue I could even think of would be the breakfast area was very small for the amount of guests. One thing for sure that is needed is another waffle maker. The wait for the waffle maker was long and took too much time. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

I'm glad we only stayed for the night. I would def not stay longer than the weekend. They need new beds and the decor needs to updated. Great location to many sites, stores and restaurants.

Moved here and had to stay in a hotl first night. Lots of room, LCD TV, and the bed was awesome as we slept great.

The hotel was clean,as well as, the parking lot & grounds. Very convenient to attractions & shopping. Nice complimentary breakfast. Ok , now the downside. There seem to be underlying racism. Watch for it. I specfied that there would be 2 adults & 4 children & that I needed the larger suite to accomodate my family. Neither this website or the hotel would […] make it right. They each blame the problem on the other, so to no avail, there we were cramed in a small suite. At least we all had a place to sleep with the sleeper sofa in the 2 bed/ 1 TV suite. It also looked like they had removed the second TV. WoW! I chose this hotel because of the stardards of the Mother company & that I have walk-in at other Springhill Suites and got much better service & accomodations. It was not like the hotel was full either. So word to the wise, hotel if you don't like your advertising methods,STOP, not make your customers Suffer. The stay was pleasant. We requested a non smoking floor. The hall reaked of smoke and people were smoking in there rooms-Yuck!!!!!

Overall very good. Breakfast sunday morning was standing room only. Not enough tables for guests to sit down. People were sitting on the floor in the lobby eating their breakfast. My wife and I elected to go elsewhere to enjoy our meal.

Very nice staff and hotel was very clean but has a small parking lot. There was some kind of import car event going on when we got there and it looked like a bad scene from The Fast and Furious! There were several trucks hauling trailers taking up a lot of the few spaces available. Sadly the rooms do not have good sound proofing on the windows. Staff was knowledgeable of the surrounding area which was wonderful. Staff greeted you thru out the hotel. The hotel and the room was excellent the service was outstanding when we got there, also the hotel is in a great loction by the resturants and by the concord mills mall, also it aloud us to drive around to find housing for us to also relocate

Fine for a quick find. Pool is small. No blackout curtains. Suite is one room and not divided. Breakfast ends at nine. Did have baby bed, it's a pack and play.

We went to Charlotte for a concert at the VW Amphitheater and needed a place to stay for the night. We wanted something close, and this hotel did the trick (around 2-3 miles). Even though we only stayed for about 8 hours, I thought the beds were really soft/comfy. Our room was exactly what I booked (even after calling to change - 2 queen beds with sofa/living […] area), and the continental breakfast in the morning was decent. They even had eggs and sausage patties in addition to bagels, donuts, etc. Our only issue (not with the hotel) was trying to find someplace to eat after the concert (around 11:30pm). All the restaurants in that area close at midnight, so if you're looking for some late night activity, you're out of luck. Подробнее

Room was nice. Bathroom was a little small, but would probably be fine for less people (we had four women in one room). Front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Would stay again.

This is the 2nd time in 30 days we have stayed at a Springhill Suites. The suites are very comfortable and we really like the sitting area being upfront. The staff are extremely pleasant. We would definitely recommend Springhill and we will certainly stay here again

Find out when we got there that pool was under construction. Offered no compensation. Nice rooms. Good food. Nice area.

The hotel was close to the mall and several places to eat. The front desk was very helpful and provied a map with recommendations on what to do. Room and hottub were both nice and clean. It was a great get away. I can see us staying there again on our next trip to the area and woul recommend it to our family too.

I read some of the other reviews but booked here because it was convenient to where we were going and the neighboring hotels were over an arm & leg per night that weekend. Don't really have anything bad to say about this hotel. Room was clean though a little musty smelling when we walked in. A half hour or so with the AC running cleaned this up quickly. Hotel service was outstanding. Guy at the front desk was very prompt and courteous, knowledgeable, and left a good impression on me. He kept putting people on hold to keep my check-in rolling along. I know I can always rely on Marriott hotels.
