Hôtel Elysée Palace - Ницца

Посещая периодически Ниццу, остановил свой выбор на отеле Elysée Palace. Из расположенных отелей на Променаде, считаю, отель имеет оптимальное соотношение цены и качества. Отель сравнительно новый, расположен недалеко от центра города, номера в белых тонах, все достаточно свежее, убирают ежедневно, особых нареканий нет. Отель был может немного лучше средненького. Если вы ищете место, которое находится практически на Английской набережной и в шаговой доступности от центров развлечений и шоппинга, тогда этот отель вам понравится. Однако сам отель не представляет из себя ничего особого и особо не блистает. Он подходит для тех, кто ищет жилье по разумной стоимости и не […] зациклен на удобствах качественных отелей. Мой список недочетов таков: (1) Отель уже не входит в сеть отелей Sheraton, что и заметно, проявляясь в уходе за номерами не на должном уровне (к примеру, были проблемы со приборами освещения); (2) головка душа была на подвижной стойке, которая не держалась на месте, когда мы принимали душ; (3) цены на еду и напитки в бассейне были относительно дорогие, учитывая, что отелю далеко до первого класса. Положительными моментами были: (1) стоимость нашего пребывания в отеле была вполне нормальной в сравнении с отелями в округе; (2) отель находился в достаточно безопасном районе; (3) отсюда было легко добраться до автобуса, на котором мы доехали до ж/д станции; (4) персонал оказался полезным, давая нам рекомендации для наших путешествий/визитов; (5) отель находился практически на Английской набережной, но в достаточном удалении, чтобы там было относительно тихо, что является большим плюсом, так как на Набережной может быть очень шумно; (6) от отеля было легко дойти до главных ресторанов и торговых зон Ниццы. Опять же, если бы нам пришлось опять выбирать отель, мы бы остановились в отеле, находящемся в Vieux Nice (старой Ницце). Название района (Старая Ницца) немного вводит в заблуждение. Мы думали, что там не будет никаких хороших отелей, но это неправда. Этот отель был даже лучше, чем на фото. До него легко и быстро добраться на автобусе (атобус 98), и он находится прямо через дорогу от хорошей части пляжа. Мы приехали в 7 утра, и персонал был очень любезен, позволив нам расположиться возле бассейна, пока наша комната не будет готова. Бассейн на крыше просто великолепен, с потрясающим видом и хорошим […] рестораном и баром. Комната была очень современной, с хорошей большой кроватью и ванной. Также они предоставляют бесплатные напитки для мини-бара каждые 3 дня. Отель бы в 3 минутах ходьбы от дешевого супермаркета и в 10 минутах от хороших ресторанов. Персонал отеля был очень дружелюбным и любезным, комната была чистой, и все работало, расположение отеля было хорошим (около 5 минут пешком к западу от Негреско). Я бы остановился здесь снова. Одна жалоба: в комнате очень слабый сигнал WiFi, который очень медленно работал, и, кажется, нельзя подключить одновременно более 2 девайсов.

Отель определенно является 2-звездочным, расположен посреди проспекта, соединяющего Канны и магистраль, так что, движение и шум были просто ужасными! В окружении отеля нет ничего стоящего - это обычный район для среднего класса, при этом отель находится, как минимум, в 25 минутах ходьбы от пляжа, так что вам понадобится арендовать машину, чтобы остановиться […] здесь. Сам по себе, отель меньше, чем обычный американский семейный дом, а номера и лифты просто совсем крошечные!! Отель выглядит и ощущается, как мотель, а не 4-звездочный отель. Мы забронировали классический номер, но свободных номеров не было, так что нам без дополнительной платы сделали апгрейд до номера повышенной комфортности с видом на море. Персонал со стойки приемной был очень дружелюбен, внимателен и заботлив. Это было очень приятное приветствие от отеля - предложить нам 5 бесплатных напитков для мини-бара, так же как […] и найти коробку шоколада на кровати. Эти маленькие вещи дают тебе почувствовать себя лучше, когда ты только что приехал уставший и жаждущий воды или других прохладных напитков. Очень хорошо вычищенная комната с приятным декором. Кровать и подушки были очень удобными. Ванная оказалась очень приятной и светлой, и было хорошо, что в ванной имелось биде. Единственная вещь, что мне не понравилась, так это фен. Отель был чистым и удобным. У нас была приятная светлая комната на 7 этаже с видом на кусочек моря. Персонал был приятным и расторопным. Советую.

Отличное расположение. До отеля можно на городском автобусе добраться от ж/д вокзала или аэропорта (без такси), а от отеля легко пешком добраться до любого места. Nice Hotel, soundproof rooms, very quiet, we stayed room only because cost of breakfast at 19 euros per person far too expensive so most people did not bother

We had a short weekend break in Nice and Hôtel Elysée Palace was the perfect place to stay. The location is a little misleading because it's not actually on the Promenade des Anglais, but is actually on Rue Honoré Sauvan. That said, you can't miss it from the Promenade as it's pretty big and really stands out. Bus 98 from the airport will stop on Promenade […] des Anglais, almost right across the road from the hotel. It's about 20 minutes away from the airport, and the buses run very frequently, so you really don't need to rely on a taxi. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were really impressed by the decor, cleanliness and most importantly; the attentiveness and politeness of the staff. We got there very early and the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there so we could go exploring before our room was ready. Our room was very clean and tidy. As the hotel isn't right in the city centre or on the Promenade, there's no excessive noise and we had a very peaceful stay at the hotel. The complimentary WiFi is useful, but we didn't have the best signal (we were on the 5th floor). The hotel also provided us with 5 complimentary soft drinks in our room which was a pleasant gesture upon arrival. We didn't spend much time around the hotel, so we didn't get to see the bar or the gardens, but passing by, they looked quite nice. The hotel pool (on the rooftop) was closed during our stay, so we missed this too. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Firstly, it's right across the road from the stunning beach. We spent a day in Monaco and a day in Cannes, and the train station (Gare de Nice Ville) is about a 15 minute walk away from the hotel. We went at an off peak time and the immediate vicinity around the hotel was fairly quiet, but the city centre itself is only about 15 minutes away and that was a lot more lively. Excellent hotel, good room (Junior Suite) with great view of the sea, friendly and helpfull staff, can really reccomend, it is on the promenade, but about 5-10 mins walk from the 'centre' !

This hotel is nice, friendly staff, great rooftop pool, but it is a walk to everything except the beach. All the areas and places you want to see, eat, look at are about .5-.75 miles down the road. This hotel is overrated. Great location. But it is not 4-star. It would probably not even be a 3-star hotel in the US. Very poor quality rooms. Old bathroom fixtures. Tiny rooms. Don't stay here.

The hotel is clean, the staff is good, overall the hotel is nice, the only thing that needs some work is the room's decoration, the Hotel should change the white plastic table and desk .

It is 4 star hotel not 5 star, wrong info in hotels.com. For the money they ask it is 100% not worth to stay there. We traveled two weeks in france and italy and found many better hotels for the same or cheaper price.

too expensive, parking spaces are very small-so for american customers you have to be very good at maneuvering a car in a small space

We arrived at reception and were welcomed by a friendly, professional and very helpful member of staff who arranged for our car to be valet parked plus found us an excellent room to check-in to, even though we arrived 3 hours earlier than the standard check-in time. The hotel is not actually positioned on the front road and we were concerned about […] the quality of the sea-view bedroom we had paid additional money for. We had no need to be, the bedroom we were allocated on the 5th floor had a full sea view which was unobsecured by any buildings. We were a bit disappointed that the pool terrace was closed for maintenance on day we arrived, but we went shopping instead! The terrace was open the following day which we made full use of - what a fantastic view it offers. all staff were welcome and they spoke english well. From check in, I felt very comfortable. Very uncomfortable noisy sofa bed, but even though from an American chain, staff did not really care if we had a bad sleep, 'Sorry", is all they had to say about it. Overall clean hotel and if looking for hookers, well they stand right half a block away.

I specifically chose this hotel due to my familiarity with Sheraton quality back in the U.S. I suspected the rooms would be smaller as almost anywhere you go in Europe. The Front desk was the most helpful and respectful aspect of the hotel, The quality of service delivered by the bar or restaurant staff was unacceptable. When we attempted to sit to […] have our drinks we were told where we could sit and couldn't sit. After we were told we could not sit at certain tables, we watched others sit there afterward. When we went for dinner on the roof top and selected a table, the first one we selected were were told was reserved, then the second the same. After getting through our dinner 3 hours later we noticed only one of the two tables had someone seated at the table. This was a very unpleasant experience and left us feeling the bar and restaurant staff to be very unattentative, discrespectful and lack attention to customers. There was only one individual guest who I can only assume was someone of some importance that received all their time and attention. I found myself having to stand and wait at the bar for a refil of a refreshment while the staff talked amongst themselves in the back. Even when provided decent tips above and beyond that did not seem to influence them at all. I honestly was as pleasant as could be with my partner and decided not to take up our complaint until our trip was over as our adventures outside the hotel would not be spoiled by this experience. I understand they move at a different pace but lack of any pace is unacceptable and I found myself pleading for the lowest level of service to bring a menu or water. When requesting a Mojito after seeing them served on the roof top bar, I was told they didn't have the ingredients. Then I requested a Heineken which I also saw on the menu and served on the roof top, they were out so I settled for a Corona. Great hotel and great service, room was ready for us when we checked in at 1pm we stayed in junior suite which was ideal for 2 adults + 2 kids. There were not much in hotel services, like small breakfast and service available at the bar. 21 euros for breakfast is outragious, there was not a small breakfast available. Near shops, beach and all amenities....within walking distance of most places... also near public transport which was very good and reasonably priced. Roof top pool an excellent amenity...no need to go to beach, especially if you dislike rocky beach! Very swish exterior. not particularly in keeping with the rest of the property close by. Room was very comfortable clean and air conditioned. Our room was at the rear of the hotel which was fine but there was a charge of an extra 60 quid for a room at the front which isnt really on the sea front but near as damn it. didnt go for that. Excellent Hotel - rooms like new and very comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner expensive but that seems to be the norm for hotels in Nice - Dinner was very nice though.

Vi bad om altan med udsigt ud til Middelhavet. Det viste sig så at hotellet ikke havde altaner. Vinduerne kunne ej åbnes. Hotellet er ok for en kortere tid i Nice, grundet gå afstand ind til Nice by / gamle by. Vi bad hotellet om hjælp til en fransk restaurant med lokale retter. Det kunne de ikke rigtigt hjælpe med. Vi fandt selv en.

Presque parfait : le seul bémol c'est le mini bar ou il restait de la nourriture du précédent client. Pour le reste, vraiment super.

Très bon hôtel à un tarif accessible. A 2 pas de la plage et de la Promenade des Anglais... 15 minutes à pied de la place Massena. Chambre Deluxe très bien. Petit déjuener très cher (21 Euros / personne), mais dans la moyennede ce qui se pratique sur la ôte d'Azur pour un 4* ! Hyvä moderni hotelli. Vaikka pari kilometriä vanhaan kaupunkiin, niin mainiot (ja halvat) bussiyhteydet joka paikkaan.

Hotellissa oli kaikki kohdallaan: palvelu oli hyvää, aulatilat hienot, kattoterassi uima-altaineen luksusta ja huoneemme ylimmän kerroksen junior-sviitti merinäköaloineen upea. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava; rannalle ja rantapromenadille kivenheitto, lentokenttäbussi meni aivan kulman takaa, samoin bussit esim. ostoskaduille ja satamaan (Le Port). Aamiainen […] oli kallis, joten sitä emme edes testanneet. Sen sijaan haimme lähellä olevasta leipomosta ja marketista herkut ja nautimme aamiaisen rannalla. Подробнее
