Нам понравилось. Доброжелательная администрация. Есть мини бар с напитками, без платно. Выдали карту города, показали на ней расположение достопримечательностей, магазинов и ресторанов. Помогли заказать такси в аэропорт. Общее впечатление очень хорошее. Город понравился. Спасибо.

Лучший отель, в котором я когда-либо останавливался. Просторный номер с полным пакетом услуг. Хоть завтрак и дорогой, но вполне стоит своих денег. С удовольствием остановлюсь еще раз !

Нормальный отель, не Хилтон, конечно, но и денег своих стоит. В самом центре города, до цветочного рынка 7 минут пешком, до площади Дам-15.
За проживание дополнительных гостей может взиматься плата в зависимости от политики отеля.

"Not close for other eating options"
The staff was excellent. We were unfamiliar with the area so were restricted to eating at the hotel. the cheapest thing we could find was a hamburg, fench fries and a small drink for the equivalent of about $17.00 each. If there was another, we couldn't find it. The volume of the TV was set so it would only go so high and we could not hear it. "Great everything...but charging for the TV?"
I liked the location, the free-wifi and the layout of the room. Didn't quite get the whole '10 euro voucher to watch TV' or 'a deposit to borrow the iron' or being handed the kettle at reception with A plastic cup! Even with all this though, I stayed there one night as I had 11 hours transit time which I didn't fancy spending in the Schipol plastic […] chairs....and thoroughly enjoyed their free wi-fi and comfy rooms. Pros: Excellent value for price, Excellent breakfast buffet with good variety, frequent free shuttle to and from airport to take train from airport to city center, friendly staff, good alternative to staying in city, free wi-fi Cons: Have to buy a card to use TV Great value for hotel and save money to explore city!!

The hotel is quite far from city. Rooms are really small and dingy. Parking price is very high as the hotel is located in a rural area. It is only good for someone staysjust one night before his/her next flight.

Shuttles are quite convenient and there are 4 to 5 in an hour. Very easy to go back to the airport and then to city center. Rooms are clean and the wifi is very fast!! It's a valuable hotel!

"Not for eating"
Was served raw turkey when asked the waiter actually said that turkey is served this way... Salmonella struck.. Else like a airport hotel, no charm, no smiles. Will never again stay at an Ibis hotel due to the food history but besides the food it is an Ok one night sleep hotel.

excellent value, very welcoming and accommodating reception staff. restaurants within hotel were friendly and great food. shuttle bus to and from airport fast and free. so glad i stayed here for my very early flight the next morning

"A place to stay after landing late at night"
I chose the hotel due to my flight arriving at the Amsterdam International Airport a bit late in the evening. The shuttle bus service was a welcome bonus after a 18 hour flight, the reception helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet for some extra euros, was pretty good. "Nice location, hotel, bad service"
The hotel is convinient and nice but the service was terrible. I waited 30 min to checkout while this other guy who clearly could have checked me out pretended he was too busy and how hard is it to print a receipt? They acted like I was asking what all the elements of the periodic table was...

"The good, the bad and the ugly"
We chose this hotel because we had expensive bicycles and went hunting for a hotel with indoor space for them. In this respect, the hotel was great, allowing us to store them in the luggage room. The receptionist at check-in was superb. He didn't know anything about the arrangements, but was very friendly and sorted things out very quickly. After that, […] unfortunately things went downhill very quickly. Each of the individual problems were trivial in themselves. For example, out of order vending machines and and room keys which worked once then failed. However, they added up to a whole series of hassles, and the attitude of the staff ranged from offhand to borderline rude. I finally spoke to the duty manager about it, telling him I was particularly unhappy about paying €50 for a nearly cold meal in our room. He asked me when we were checking out and assured me that he would take care of the matter. At checkout, the meal was charged for in full and there was no message from the manager. "Worth the money"
if you are in Amsterdam, for the price I don't know if you can find a better hotel. Airport shuttle is a bit slow and can be very crowded at times, but the hotel itself is great. Friendly staff, a bar, restaurant on premises. I enjoyed my time and found it to be well worth the money.

"Convenient and comfortable!"
Their free shuttle runs frequently to/from AMS. The city center is only 15minutes away by train (7.40 euro Return ticket). The hotel has many restaurants and cafe. The free hot breakfast was a treat!
This is a basic hotel that caters very well for the traveller, with a range of food facilities, including an excellent breakfast service. The free shuttle service to the airport makes it easy to catch a train into th heart of the old city.

Was shocked at the size of this hotel. Kind of reminded me of a off the strip Las Vegas casino hotel without the casino with its lights, restaurants and bars. I kind of liked the hotel. The hotel is very convenient to the Cruise Ship terminal-just a Tram stop and a short walk away. Very convenient to see downtown Amsterdam. We were able to walk everywhere. "Hotel Ibis - When you want to be close to Schipol"
Evening arrival at Schipol followed by an early morning flight out? Hotel Ibis is a good solution. Complimentary bus service runs early to late and frequently. It's close to the airport, so don't expect a neighborhood to stroll in. Room was clean and functional. Modular bathroom is clean and new. Top sheet is on thin mattress pad only, not on the whole […] mattress, but it was clean. Food is adequate - you won't starve - but don't expect a wonderful meal. Best bet - between the vending machines and the "high end" restaurant is the pizza restaurant. All food (except the vending machines in the lobby) is on the 4th floor. We selected Ibis because of proximity to Schipol and price. We planned on returning to the airport for breakfast based on others' reviews warning of the overpriced breakfast at Ibis. "Every staff person was kind and helpful."
The staff without exception were very kind and helpful! I would stay there again. We spent the night to catch an early flight out in the morning. It work well and would do it again. I'm not sure I would stay a week but maybe I would.

Other than the room being very small, you couldn't stay at a better hotel for the money if you need to be close to the airport. Their shuttle leaves every 10 min. for the airport, where you can get the train to Amsterdam Central. The staff was extremely helpful. A friend brought me beautiful flowers and the hotel had no vase, but brought me a bucket […] with water so the flowers wouldn't die. I gave them to the desk when we left. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good. And, the pizza was some of the best I've ever had. The hotel has 3 different restaurants. "Hotel ABD in Amsterdam"
It was simply excellent. I was very impressed with the bilangual of all staff. I was worried about communicationg with staff as I speak only one language; but was very impressed as all staff could communicate in English.. Excellent service; will visit soon again.......

"Not great."
Hotel is WAY overpriced for what you get. It is conveniently located close to the airport with a reliable shuttle, which is good. However, you have to pay for everything! Breakfast, internet, local phone calls. Front desk service is not great. Amsterdam has so many hotels that are nicer, cheaper, and have better service. I would not recommend.

Having stayed in many hotel / motels over the years, we can say the rooms here are the best layout we have seen for a 3 or even 4 star hotel. Good beds, bathroom and TV.

Room bigger than previous ibis experiences. Clean comfortable. To the minute on time airport shuttle service. Regularly scheduled and no need to commit to specific reservation.

"Big Box Hotel, Big Box Food & Service"
Crappy. My first stay at an Ibis and based on this experience, the last. I'll drive further for a small, independent hotel. Masses of people at reception at all times, slow check-in process even with a prepaid reservation which I saw did not include breakfast and which was still ten Euros more than advertised rack rate. And speaking of breakfast, a […] rip-off with no change to just buy a normal cup of coffee. (Except from a machine in the lobby, yuck) Parking, another rip-off. I made the mistake of eating spaghetti bolognese in the "Italian" restaurant upstairs and it was terrible and horribly overpriced for what it was. All around very depressing. "IBIS Hotel"
Flew in from Canada, was a nice hotel. Nothing special but going half way across the world was clean and safe. Can't ask for much more, room was clean. Would stay again for one or two nights.

The hotel was overall a nice stay. Large rooms for a European hotel. There were three restaraunts and a bar - all reasonably priced. Free airport shuttle. The only complaints I have were that the bathroom could have been cleaner and the mattress was so uncomfortable.
