Замечательный отель, удобное расположение: рядом пешеходные зоны для покупок, близко метро. Обслуживание персонала быстрое ( в отличие от других) Вкусный и разнобразный шведский стол Очень тихо в номерах Было приятно в нем останавливаться.

У гостиницы очень удачное расположение. Недалеко от станции метро, всего лишь одна остановка чтобы добраться до центра Гонконга. Месторасположение приятное, не шумно как например, на центральных улицах и без зловредных заведений. Недалеко от пристани. В номере есть все что необходимо, достаточно просторно и симпатично,, но мебель, и особенно ковры, […] староваты. Used this hotel for business. Their breakfast buffet is incomplete on opening at around 6, which is the time I eat because my business starts at 8. As well, they charge extra for wifi. Many hotels in their price range offer it for free.

I would highly recommend staying at the Regal Kowloon Hotel but only on the club floor to take advantage of the amenities.

overall was good if you don't think about the cost. SMALLLL room.. but no need more than in HK. The roof of the bathroom started to drip water.. and its being like that during the entire night... even after i called the reception, they did not come. Check in.. very slow people... junior receptionists... this hotel needs some work. it is past its prime. the location is good with alot of resturants and such and the view from just outside the hotel is nice. but the rooms need some updating and for the price, it is not up to par. that being said, it is perfectly stayable for a night or 2.

Just spent 1 + 2 nights, first night 6th floor room was poor old and tired but clean, other 2 nights was 11th floor much better, small rooms but again normal for HK, quite good location lots of eating places close by. After 19-hour flight plus Hong Kong local traffic, I really wished to take a good hot shower to rest. Sitting in my room was a fruit giftbox clearly mistakenly delivered to my room prior to my check-in. I called front desk to move it and explained why. 10 minutes passed, nothing happened. I called again, did the same, no one came after another 10 minutes. […] I was very tired and angry, asking to speak to a manager. After few minutes, he came and apologize. Booked 3 nights in Superior Room at Regal Kowloon through Hotels.com website . Booking through internet was fast , convenient and confirmation was immediate. Upon check-in at hotel , the hotel reception was quick to confirm booking and said that they had upgraded us to Deluxe Room . But did not give us room as we were there at 10 AM . They said that […] we could leave our luggage at Concierge and come back later for Room . We did as said . Breakfast was not included in our package . Neverthless , we did not feel like paying extra for the breakfast at hotel as there are plently eating options nearby - Subway , Starbucks , many other budget and premium restaurants in vicinity . Hotel is located in a excellent , well maintained compound . Location is super . MTR - station Tsim sha Sui (East ) is walking distance . Room allotted was clean and nice . Beds were comfortable . Great hotel, very comfortable, highly recommended

My first visit to Hong Kong. Very pleased with this hotel. Staff always courteous and helpful. Room was clean and only once during stay was a slight problem with room cleaning but was immediately corrected when informed. I would recommend this hotel

good location, a typical tourist hotel, bad service, too busy to be attentive to guest.

The room was great except there were 3 of us and we thought we got 2 double beds when we got 2 twin beds. So my wife and I shared one bed and my sister got her bed. It was a great value for New Year's time in HK and a lot more room than our hostel we were paying $40 less for a night. It was a nice treat as we normally stay at hostels.

I would like to say we had a wonderful stay at Regal Kowloon Hotel! My family and I really enjoyed this hotel stay. I have stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong and can say Regal Kowloon was the best "Bang for the Buck". I will stay here again! Also the breakfast was great!

Hotel condition was nice enough but we did not appreciate the staff at all. Everyone I came across could use a course in customer service. The hotel does not delivery what it advertises and deploys the old 'bait and switch' approach. Dealt with the manager, who was a dope. It's a problem from the top down.

Very hard beds and only got a single bed (even though the confirmation was for a king bed). Apart from that, pleasant stay. Breakfast was good and hotel clean.

nice hotel, good service

We only stayed 1 night but found everything we needed including good dining in the neighborhood. The rooms are small but average for Hong Kong. Staff was efficient and friendly.

The Hotel is about 5 min from "the walk of Stars", right outside the door you find all kinds Bars, Restaurants, a Bank, and stores. From and to the Airport you can take the Hotel shuttle (not included in the roomcharge), very easy and convinient. The welcome at the reception was very friendly. Safe, hairdryer, Bathrobes, all there. Internet was NOT included. In my room breakfast was included, the Restaurant is very big, the buffet was European style, but not so big as you might expect with this loads of people. Regal Kowloon Hotel is good.

The hotel is quite dated, but the location is convenient. There were a lot of Americans staying there so it was good to chat about stuff to do while in Hong Kong. The only way to make the stay worthwhile is to book a club room, with access to the club. The staff in the club are very friendly and helpful, there was a wide variety of food available for […] the breakfast and cocktail hours. There's a tour desk downstairs so you can book tour cruises, ferry rides, etc. It is close to the MTR, which is the only way to go. The MTR stations are clean, and bright, easy to navigate, the fares are cheap. If you're going to be in HK for a while I suggest purchasing the Octopus card for convenience, you can also buy the visitor's pass which is good for 24 hours for $55 HKD. Took the MTR to Hong Kong Disney for $19 HKD each way. The Temple Street night market was fun too, get ready to barter prices. Do not go to the Lei Yue Mun Seafood Bazaar to purchase "fresh" seafood to eat. Go there just to look. The seafood is overpriced and the restaurants you have to eat in will cost you $80 HKD per person just for them to prepare your food, and they charge you for everything (tea, soy sauce, peanuts) which you assume comes with the meal since it's on the table but it's not free. The woman told me of the charge after she already poured the tea and I told her I refused to pay and she made a fuss. Totally turned me off to the whole meal. Подробнее

Very nice hotel, all amenities nearby, night life in the area, everything rocks

4 stars rating & price, but motel room condition, everything is very old expecially the bathroom. Charge for internect too (HKD 130 + Tax /per day). Willl not stay there again for sure.

All the staff were very friendly and the food was great. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was located in a good position. Many places of interest were in walking distance. The water and the harbour were not far away and the restaurants were very accessible.

I have stayed in the Regal Kowloon multiple times in the past year and I will keep staying there.. Great location and service.. They have a lifetime customer ... and I will recommended to everyone I know traveling to HK..

I normally stay here when I'm in Hong Kong and remember the good service of a few staff. But this time I went it was running at high capacity and it was showing. On the last day I was locked out of my own room and had to return to the reception to have them reprogram the card. There was no apology from the people at the reception and it seemed that […] it was of no consequence that this happened. Environmentally I there is also some improvement needed. I'm not sure what they're using in their rooms but the rooms smell like chemicals and my nose kept running while I was in the room (of course thankfully the room had tissues) and also I felt tired and slightly hard of breath. Common areas like the lobby had a different problem of a headache inducing level of fragrance which resembled pet shampoo. We had that strong level of scenting in the lift lobby of floor number 10 on that I stayed on. In summary this trip I went, everything around the hotel and the room looked alright, but the feeling this stay was not comfortable and I did not rest well. I hope they can improve. Подробнее

We enjoyed our stay at the Regal Hotel. Location was so convenient to shopping, restaurants, the Star Ferry Boat, MTR, and waterfront. Best price we could find. Staff was pleasant. We were supplied with bottled water everyday. Would recommend it.
