Отель чистый, но иногда не бывает горячей воды. Вовремя не убирают номера, нужно говорить . Завтраки неплохие, но все на 4 или 3. На ресепшене персонал невнимательный, спасибо амире, девочка с Украины , которая помогает туристам решать все их проблемы. Интернет только в лобби, wifi в номерах нет. Недалеко от золотого рынка и дейра Сити , но от центра далековато.

Отель хороший, очень понравилось обслуживание, очень вежливый персонал, чистота в номерах ( убираются каждый день . меняют полотенце ). очень удобно есть кухня полностью оснащенная , стиральная машинка. неплохой тренажерный зал, ну вообщем не плохая гостиница Есть конечно и замечание к отелю - грязные стекла с уличной стороны окна, я конечно понимаю 40-50 этаж не первый не легко вытереть.и еще недостаток это качество приготовления пищи в ресторане не сказать плохое но и шедевром кулинарии не назвать, хотя на месте руководства отеля я бы сделал упор на ЭТО. такая же проблема и в других отелях готовят очень много но не очень на вкус!

Отель только для деловых поездок. До пляжей - только такси, ближайший Аль Мамзар, перейти дорогу перед отелем невозможно - трафик сумашедший, переходов нет. В отеле вам не очень рады. Массаж и проч. - только для мужчин.

расположен в районе, удобном для посещения любых достопримечательностей города. однако в настоящее время в непосредственной близости проходит строительство небоскреба (строятся уже самые последние этажи), но при сильных ветрах строительная пыль летит прямо на территорию отеля, кроме того проходит реконструкция пляжа самого отеля-работы проводят 2 больших трактора. за 3 дня до окончания отпуска нас пересилили в другой номер, в котором при включении кондиционера очень сильно пахло сыростью и гнилью. Для размещения семьи из четырех человек-двух взрослых и 2 детей до 12 лет номер очень маленький (хотя у нас был клубный с видом на море)-даже элементарно шкаф не может поместить всех вещей...

Отель нам очень понравился, отдыхали большой компанией и взяли апартаменты с 2 спальнями. Цена соответсвует качеству. Расположение удобное, близко от метро, от торговых центров. До моря добирались на такси, очень дешево.
Location.

"Comfortable and Clean"
I have stayed at the Sharjah Rotana several times, and it is always very nice and comfortable. The rooms are clean, crisp white linens on the beds, and clean bathrooms. This time when I checked in, they did not have exactly what I booked, so I got a room upgrade for free. I have been very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The one […] down-side is the location. It is a little out of the way if you're wanting to explore Dubai, but if you don't mind a little bit of a drive then it's not a big deal. friendly but non professional staff, overbooked rooms and were unable to locate my second room,gave a non sense answers, however i recommend this hotel if improvements is done. very considerate general manager.

The hotel is situated in a lively neighbourhood. Very friendly and effective working reception staff. The room is big but dated. The room, bathroom and linnen are clean! The gym and steamroom are nice, staff is very helpful and friendly. We got complimentary breakfast which was of very good quality! The hotel is not in the centre of Sharjah, you need […] a taxi to get around. 2x a day there is a complimentary busshuttle service to Dubai Deira Centre and to the beach. We just had a short time to book this hotel, so I guess the location was our biggest mistake. Apart from that it was an ok hotel, nothing special in either direction. Not my first choice if I would stay again, but no big problems either.

Positives: Excellent service. Friendly staff. Affordable, clean rooms. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfast (complimentary) buffet was excellent. The gym/spa was good, and the pool was clean. Just a few issues: 1. Despite cleanliness of the room, there was a faint smell of smoke in our room. They really should separate smoking and non-smoking […] rooms. 2. There is a shuttle to Dubai mall that leaves at 9:30 am which is excellent, but the return shuttle is at 2:30 pm. "Rotana ett vänligt hotell med bra läge"
Hotellet ligger bra till, är du lite nyfiken på kulturen finns mycket att se på gångavstånd. Hotellets personal är mycket vänliga och servicinriktade. Men om alkohol är ett viktigt inslag i din semester är det inte tillåtet i hela Emiratet Shardja på något hotell, resturang eller bar . Det är inte som lag trode
Godt hotel i et lidt slidt, men charmerende miljø Perfekt og venlig betjening, og fin morgenmad. Var der kun en nat, men kommer gerne igen.
