The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The front desk were friendly and helpful, however, they could have been more knowledgeable about the events and transportation. For example we were there for the Balloon festival and they had no idea if the shuttles would run early enough to get down to the valley. For example, the female bartender took our initial drink order; had to flag her down to order dinner and any subsequent drink orders or needs. This was my first time visiting the Snow Mass/ Aspen area. We stayed at the Stone bridge Inn and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit small but nice. We enjoyed the breakfast the following morning at the restaurant with made to order omelets and waffles, fresh fruit, an assortment of muffins and bagels, as well as cereals, […] fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits and gravy. One of the ways they like to scam is...they leave a teddy bear on the counter with a note saying that it is a gift to you, but if you turn the note around it says that you will be charged $30 if you take the teddy bear. Please excuse the title, I couldn't resist making a rhyme based on a 1970s song. My wife and I wanted to stay in Aspen but we found a good deal in Snowmass Village. The hotel amenities were fine but the ceiling and walls are a little too thin and we could hear people talking late at night. Also, we arrived at around 9pm and the way to the hotel was […] very dark due to a complete lack of street lights on the roads. The hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable and the staff accomodating. Our only complaints were: they charge a ridiculas fee for internet, no air-conditioning and the pool is shut down for construction so you have to go to a different hotel/condo to swim.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Snowmass/Aspen. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you into Aspen and the village is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the restaurant in the hotel was very good with great atmosphere. All in all a very good experience.

We truly loved the stay in Snowmass, The condo was very clean and had everything, even grilled a few steaks one night. No Problems at any point, Had a great time.

Be aware that it can get quite hot in Colorado in summer. During our stay, they daytime highs were in the upper 80s and 90s and with no airconditioning in the hotel, it was very uncomfortable. The hotel did provode extra box fans to guests, which helped.

Front desk staff could not have been more pleasant and accomodating on arrival. They were extremely helpful with directions, transportation options, hints for activities in Aspen. Room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Hotel itself was neat and clean and decor was very well-done. Room's bathroom (separate toliet and tub area) tub was small, […] but who spends all day in there? Bed was extremely comfortable, and having a window to open to get fresh night air was wonderful. Dinner in the hotel's restaurant was fabulous, offering a great variety and a quick and courteous waitstaff. Pool was out of service due to renovation, but hotel had the courtesy to explain this in advance on website so it was not a surprise, and we did not have time to use the facilities anyway. Hotel also offered a free ride to a nearby property for complimentary use of the pool and facilities there for those interested, which was extremely thoughtful. Something changed overnight, though. Buffet breakfast was OK, but barely room temperaure; waitstaff seemed distracted and disinterested. I was charged for breakfast even though the room rate I paid indicated "full breakfast included". When I asked staff to check on this, the host looked at a printout, said "Sorry about that", and walked away, telling the server to give me the bill. This put a real damper on an otherwise very pleasant visit. We would love to stay here again, but the morning's experience makes us wary. Подробнее

Pros: The people at the front desk are extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are decent. The restaurant 'Artisan' has a great view and the food is affordable. The hotel is old and the elevator is small and very slow. We had to take the stairs or wait a very long time. The breakfast buffet is very expensive for the quality and selection of food offered. The rooms were ok, but with very bad lighting and no pay-per-view movies. The cable was basic with no movie channels either (something I wish I had known about […] before I stayed there). Nice room and surrounding area was beautiful, but do not go in the off season. There were three restaraunts open in town and thats it.

Hotel staff are very helpful, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, a small frig in room, and prices are very reasonable.

This is a great little hotel with super friendly and helpful youthful staff. Location couldn't be better close to the village center. Plenty of free parking in front of the Inn.

We enjoyed our stay at Stonebridge Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was very good and the variety of items was super. We also enjoyed listening to the stream outside our window.

Great Hotel. It was clean and a great location. The free bus stop was right outside the hotel door. Beds were comfortable with ample room to move around.

The hotel is attractive both inside and out. The bed are very comfortable. The rooms are small for the amount of furniture. I was there in July and could not imagine what one would do with ski cloths and alot of other bulky clothing. Location next to the shops & restaurants was great. Amount paid seemed appropriate. Would rank lodging a B+ overall.

First time to Snowmass, and it was in the middle of July. The staff were very friendly. Parking is conveniently across from the hotel. Front desk changed our room to an upper floor for a nicer view (thank you). The room has two large queen beds in a relatively small room with a single sink and a small, separate tub/shower & toilet. Also a table and […] a couple of kettle chairs. I couldn't imagine more than two people in the room given the space...so why not a king and some space? The breakfast the next morning was excellent, with omelettes and fresh fruit and terrific service, included in the price of the room. Why hotels like this charge for internet service when their chain competition does not is beyond me. In sum, Stonebridge is a nice facility with friendly staff but with smallish, crowded rooms, comfortable beds, and limited space for luggage. Подробнее

Comparison of this hotel to others in the area it was a good value for the money. It did have some disadvantages such as the hotel safe was to small to hold anything of value. The staff, however, was more than accomodating and offered to utilize a partner hotel to store items if needed. A great small hotel with large, well appointed rooms and a very attentive staff. Snowmass Village is a lot of fun, even in the summer and the Stonebridge is right in the middle of all the action and directly on the shuttle route, a real plus.

While it is evident the hotel is older and has some challenges, the overall experience was good and certainly felt like a good deal for the cost. The location offers a lot in most seasons, including hiking and biking trails that offer great views in the summer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and hottubs were nice. This hotel is clean and tidy, with plenty of parking across the street. Location is good, though on the back surrounded by condos and apartments of Snowmass. Das Hotel war besser als wir uns von den vorhergegangenen Bewertungen erhofft hatten. Auf der Suche nach einer erschwinglichen Unterkunft in Aspen und Umgebung sind wir auf dieses Hotel gestossen. Die Lage zum Skifahren ist optimal, Zugang zur Piste in Snowmass ist direkt vom Hotel aus möglich und vor der Tür fährt der kostenlose Bus nach Aspen und […] zu den anderen beiden Skigebieten. Ausserdem ist die Snowmass Mall mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Skiverleihen nur 3-4 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es gab ein ordentliches Bad mit Badewanne. Die Betten waren ein bisschen weich aber trotzdem ganz gut. Wir haben das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, was fürs Skifahren ganz angenehm war. Der vor Ort Preis für das Frühstück ist allerdings recht saftig für das relativ eingeschränkte Angebot (Europäer werden die fehlende Brotauswahl sowie das Fehlen von Marmeladen, Käse und Wurst vermissen - dafür gibt es reichlich bacon, eggs und sausage). Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel empfehlen und auch wieder hierher kommen. Подробнее
