Очень хороший отель для тех, кто путешествует на машине. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Завтраки хорошие. Не очень, правда, понравилось кофе... Но это - на любителя. Если я поеду в Неаполь, то, думаю, остановлюсь тут же.

Recently we returned from the island Ischia where we stayed at the Grifo Hotel. We liked it a lot because it has many strong points: it is not big and therefore the staff is not numerous. But each and every (no matter a waiter or a manager) know how to provide a good service. For a example, on the second day the waiters know what you prefer to drink during the breakfast - water, tea or cappuccino. But we should give his due to the Grifo's owner - Alberto, because such a client oriented direction is specified by him - it is very important for him that the guests feel homey at Grifo. Though it is his work but he does it sincerely and with warmth. There was no a request which the staff could but did not satisfy. The hotel's atmosphere does not suppose loud night parties, vice versa it is a place for a quiet family rest. But it doesn't mean that there is no social life in the hotel - one evening Alberto invited a local musician who performed Italian and world's hits very beautifully. The hotel is situated on the hill and we were confused a little bit initially. But don't be afraid - almost all the time the guys from reception are ready to give you a lift to the seaside. Moreover, we appreciate the hotel's location because it's situated in the distance from the main noisy seaside road, where many other hotels are situated. So, if you like simple but perfect interior style, if you seek for silence and peace and finally if good service means much for you - the Hotel Grifo is a good choice.

Местоположение.
Отель Ramada Naples располагается в городе Неаполь (Центральный вокзал), неподалеку – Церковь Св. Марии ордена кармелитов, Кафедральный собор Неаполя и Порта-Капуана. Также неподалеку Замок Капуано и Государственный музей Филангери.
Особенности отеля.
Отель бизнес-класса предлагает следующее: ресторан и бар в лобби отеля. Каждое утро гостям предлагается бесплатный завтрак. Бесплатный беспроводной доступ в Интернет в зонах общественного пользования. В этом 4-звездном отеле предлагаются следующие бизнес-услуги: бизнес-центр, конференц-залы (для небольших групп) и конференц-зал. По запросу: услуги консьержа, услуги по проведению бракосочетаний и помощь туристам. Нам пришлось совершить срочную поездку в Неаполь, чтобы посетить больного родственника, и мы выбрали это место, п и-за его легкой доступности к общественному транспорту (поезда и автобусы). Персонал был услужливый и вежливый. Лука был очарователен, он приветствовал нас за стойкой регистрации, когда мы заезжали и вспоминал наши имена каждый раз, когда […] видел нас. Неаполь в общем довольно грубый город. Отель расположен близко к вокзалу и это было удобно. Персонал на стойке регистрации предложил нам снять все драгоценности, когда мы отправимся на прогулку по городу. "Отель Ramada в Неаполе - близко к жд вокзалу"
Этот отель видал лучшие дни, обслуживая в основном большие группы туристов. Единственное преимущество этого отеля - близость к центральному вокзалу и метро - отсюда легко добраться до Помпеи и других железнодорожных пунктов назначения. Район не привлекательный, и я бы не отважился ночью выходить в одиночестве. В отеле есть ресторан, вполне нормальный. […] Отель сам по себе ничего, но оба утра у меня в душе не было горячей воды. я бы рекомендовал его для краткой 1-дневной остановки по пути на или от вокзала, но не как базу для обзора Неаполя. "Отель Ramada в Неаполе - отличное расположение"
Отличный отель, дружелюбный персонал и отличное расположение рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом. Неаполь сам по себе - как свалка с мусором на каждом углу. Этот отель обеспечивает расположение в чистоте и безопасности вдали от всего уличного мусора.

Неаполь - отличная база для посещения археологических мест, таких как Помпеи, Геркуланиум и других очаровательных мест. Этот отель удобно расположен около железнодорожного вокзала. Район вокруг станции в Неаполе не слишком впечатляет, около отеля большие кучи мусора. Отель сам по себе довольно чистый и большой, особенно ванные. Плюс, кондиционеры хорошо работают, и в комнате может быть действительно холодно. Вдобавок расположение отеля означает, что вы можете всего-то пересечь улицу и запрыгнуть на поезд до Помпеи или Сорренто, […] Капри, Амальфи. "Удобно и хорошо среди куч мусора"
Ваше пребывание в этом отеле будет, возможно, приятным, но окружающий район не располагает к пешим прогулкам. Хотя, вы можете обнаружить, что иметь железнодорожную станцию в квартале от отеля (и станцию на Помпеи даже ближе, может быть всего в 50 метрах) стоит пребывания в приятной части города.
Right by the train station. Nice hotel, efficient. On a busy, noisy street. They were nice and let us keep out luggage overnight while we went down to Pompei.

The price was good, the staff were friendly, close to the train station, comfortable room. Every thing was perfect.

We choose this hotel mainly because we want to travel to Pompei and the hotel is close to train station. Water not hot enough at the beginning, but when we reflect this to the hotel, they fix it and it is fine.

"Welcome respite in a crazy city"
Our first trip to Naples was brilliant based on this hotel. The city is chaotic, dirty, surprising, and a comfortable hotel is needed. The location was around the corner from main terminal and another local train is right outside the front door of the hotel. This is convenient for day trips to Pompeii, etc. The cross streets however don't have a safe […] feel to them and don't have many services. Because of this, the hotel works really hard to make your stay pleasant and worth it. Breakfast is incredible, both European and Western styles, lots to choose from, never running short of anything. The room and bath were clean and comforting after long days in the city or day trips. My partner and I felt great here and would totally stay again. The cost was also very worth the service. "Napoli lived up to it's reputation"
Great hotel in a terrible area near Napoli Centrale. I expected the area to be better since it's the gateway to their city. Terrible area. I couldn't even walk with my luggage thru the streets since they don't have sidewalks in this area. Trash was everywhere and had to throw my bags into traffic so that cars could stop and allow me to cross the crosswalk. […] I was only in Naples so that I could visit Pompeii... "famyli with kids"
The hotel is very good every staff are helpfull the location is wonderfull just steps from the central station. confortables rooms breadfast incluyed and everithin good including price. The surounding areas is all Napols problem so nathing the hotel can do.

Ettori, I believe is the name of the closest excellent- and it was excellent restaurant close to the train station-Da Michelle for Pizza - amazing and also close. The garbage on the street was disgusting and not healthy. Naples needs to be discovered from all around not just near this location.
Great hotel. Very helpful staff. especially front desk. Area is grungy, lots of garbage in the streets, large pile on sidewalk just outside of the entrance

"Ramada Naples"
The room and general standard of the hotel is very good, however we were very disappointed by the evening meal in the restaurant, poorly organized service and badly cooked food sold at a premium price.
"An okay option in a dirty city"
The Ramada Naples is a haven against the grim and horribleness out side its windows. The rooms are nice size. The lobby is beautiful and clean. Located near main train station which you will need in order to go to Amalfi, Capri, Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii, Rome. But there are also other routes via land or water. The room was clean enough but the staff was not helpful when it came to information regarding travel. They said we could use our laptop and even gave us a password and nothing worked. "Great location not so great surroundings"
The Ramada Naples is situated 5 mins walk from the Main train station - Its a clean and comfy hotel that seems to cater for a lot of tours. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Do be aware though that the hotel is not in the nicest location, the streets around are dirty smelly and busy. Out of our 5 stays during the trip in Europe this was the best hotel and the least expensive as well. The surroundings are a little bit lively, but so is the whole Naples. An excellent hotel friendly staff, always willing to help and greet you with a smile, the room was very spacious and clean. The price was very good for what I got. "Awful!!"
We got to the hotel at about 10pm to find out the resturant was closed so they agreed to make us grilled cheese sandwiches which was nice. The hotel lobby and staff were nice the room however was very old and air conditioning did not work so it was about 86 degrees all night. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very close to the Naples train station with easy access to other sites to see in the Naples area. The staff was very nice to us during our stay. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Naples.

Bra hotell nära stationen i Neapel. Vi använde det för en övernatttning innan vi fortsatte neråt kusten med tåget.

Apesar de estar localizado próximo a estaçao de trem, considerado. Funcionários atenciosos, excelente café da manha. Falta internet wifi gratúita no quarto. O hotel vale pelo custo benefício.

ナポリという町が、ゴミが散らかっていてイタリア北部の都市と比較すると、治安の悪いイメージがありますが、このホテルはナポリ中央駅から徒歩5分程度で行けアクセス良好です。 室内も非常に広く清潔で街の喧騒から離れてリラックスできる空間です。 朝食ブッフェのパンやドリンクの種類の豊富さもうれしかったです。

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in Naples verbracht und haben mit Ramada das richtige Hotel gefunden. Das Zimmer war groß genug für 2 Eltern und 2 Kinder, das Frühstück war toll, das Team war sehr freundlich, und die Lage (5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof) war perfekt.

The price is very good, luggage keeping service, location, room cleaning are all good but napoli-city is very dirty.

Hotellet har sikkert været et af byens fineste, da det blev indrettet. Nu bærer det præg af at det er bygget for noget tid siden og har gamle installationer. Fx fungerer varme og vand ikke optimalt (vi måtte lade vandet løbe i mere end 15 min at få varmt vand i hanen om morgenen). Ligger ved stationen på en traffikeret vej, men vinduerne er nye, så […] selvom vi boede på 1. sal ud til vejen var der ikke larm. "Hotel Ramada Napoli - good hotel in horrible area"
This is a comfortable hotel and the price we got was low indeed compared to the quality of the hotel in general and of the rooms. The reason for this low price, however, lies in the hotel's location. While it is comfortably located near the central train station, the surroundings area appalling. Prostitutes, illegal trade just about everywhere, drug […] addicts, etc. If you can, don't go out at night without taking a cab, especially on your way back. Having said that, the experience at the hotel per se was very good - clean and comfortable rooms (albeit a bit 'standard business rome-like) and friendly professional service. Подробнее
