Недалеко идти от вокзала, только убедитесь, что у вас с собой есть точная карта. Отель идеальный в отношении множества развлечений и расположения в центре города. Персонал очень дружелюбный, вежливый и любезный — даже нашли мне зарядку для телефона, которую я забыл дома. Рекомендую.

Я настойчиво рекомендую этот отель. Расположение впечатляющее — всего в нескольких кварталах от собора и старого города, но вдали от шума и суеты. Отель находится на спокойной улице по соседству с полицейским участком, что придает дополнитльную безопасность. Номер был просторный и чистый, персонал дружелюбный и любезный. Как только я заселился, сразу почувствовал гостепреимство. Персонал был очень вежливый, номер чистый, в отеле была парковка (немного дороговата, но дешевле, чем парковочный талон), 5 минут пешком до собора. Я приехал в Кельн на неделю по делам, и мне нужно было каждый день ездить на поезде на встречи. Отель совсем рядом с вокзалом, что для меня было идеально. Сам по себе отель был замечательный, персонал очень дружелюбный, номера всегда содержались в чистоте. Единственная проблема, которую могу отметить, - это завтрак, если он не включен в стоимость проживания […] в 20 евро, то достаточно дорог для того, что было (хотя он был неплохим). Как и описывается, отель находится в пяти минутах от вокзала и столько же от собора и туристического информационного центра (места начала всех туров). Персонал очень дружелюбный и любезный — быстро предоставили нам дополнительное спальное место для нашего сына. Завтрак и еда, которую можно заказать в номер, очень разнообразная и вкусная. Расположение отеля делает его идеальным местом как для осмотра достопримечательностей, так и для празднования Рождества. Было необычно, когда мы получили довольно саркастичное письмо от хозяина отеля, в котором говорилось о новом налоге, который правительство Германии заставляет ввести хозяев отеля; в письме он просил гостей писать жалобы в интернете. Это уже второй раз, когда мы остановились в этом отеле, и уже снова планируем вернуться на следующий год. Мы приехали на Рождественские Ярмарки в Кельне, и отель был очень близко, пешком можно дойти. Весь персонал очень любезен. Работники на завтраке в столовой тоже замечательные. Один из них вспомнил, что мы приезжали в прошлом году, было очень приятно. […] Единственный недостаток — это двуспальные пуховые одеяла на кровати. My stay at the Lindner was terrific. I arrived very early from the USA and my room wasn't ready yet. They suggested I have breakfast and they would do their best for me. After 15 minutes the front desk manager came into the restaurant and told me I had been upgraded to their Junior suite, so I could rest. It was a beautiful suite with a large patio/balcony […] where you could see the spires of the Dom! I appreciate the courtesy extended and it continued the rest of my stay. Hotel was minutes walk from the train station and Cathedral. Rooms were quiet and very modern. Everything was sparklng new. I would return without hesitation. Absolutely no problems with the reservation. The price of the breakfast buffet was not a good value, so we went to one of the numerous bakeries that are close by for coffee and pasteries. Pro's - Wonderful facility and very helpful staff. The location was within a 5 minute walk from the train station and and the fabulous cathedral. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future . Con's - signage for the hotel location could be improved

Unfortunate that such an attractive property made for such an uncomfortable stay. The thermastat is set not to go above 23 C which is 73 F. After a day of cold sight seeing in Northern Europe in winter, I longed to return to my hotel and not have to dress up in sweats, flannels, and long underwear to be comfortable. Location is in city centre that's the best thing about this hotel It has the steepest entrance I've ever seen into a parking garage so beware if you drive anything other then a 4x4 This hotel was more like a travel lodge for 4 star money Bar small, rooms old fashioned, wellness area shared with old people's home in the ajoining building

This is primarily a couples hotel - excellent room - friendly staff - top quality restaurant - largely Italian menu - swimming pool - great town centre location - not cheao though (breakfast E22 evening meals approx E25) - we visited to see the Christmas Market which was excellent and we also took in two Art Galleries whilst we were there

Very good value. Clean and comfortable room, friendly service. The hotel is close to the central train station, Koln Cathedral (Dom), and other sites of interest. Next time I am in Germany, I will certainly consider other Lindner hotels for my stay.

Only one night but very comfortable room, all the amenities -- except would have liked to have easy access to coffee. Main train station is just 4 blocks away -- and the Dom is even closer. Beds were comfortable, shower refreshing (even a tub, which is unusual in Germany), and the front desk people were most helpful.

I had made a mistake with my online reservation and booked a double room when I actually needed a triple...they brought in an extra bed and didn't even charge us! Parking is convenient - there is a garage underneath the hotel - and the rates for parking were average. The location is a quick 300 meter walk to the main part of town. The food in the hotel is pricey...we didn't eat there at all, so I can't comment on quality, but I have no doubt that it is good! We chose the cheaper, more authentic fare a couple of blocks away instead. It's a good business hotel - located a 3 minute walk from the Dom and the train station. What would really improve the hotel as business hotel would be FREE wifi. It's a bit ridiculous that in 2012 wifi is seen as revenue stream as opposed to a business necessity.Anyway a good solid business hotel.

I stayed here for two nights. The location to the central train station was good, less than 2 blocks walk away. I didn't have any problems walking there in the very early morning. The room was clean and comfortable, with english TV channels and movies available. The staff were OK, but not the most helpful. On my first day I asked where the nearest […] doctor was. The girl didn't seem to happy to help me, and more gave the impression I was bothering her; yet the hotel brochures say that if you need a doctor to ask the reception and they would be 'happy' to help. In addition to that, when I asked one of the morning staff where the nearest ATM was her reply was a shrug of the shoulders and "maybe the train station". However, on my way there I noticed there was not only one, but two, at the end of the street. She also told me that the train to the airport would take 40 minutes; it only took 15 minutes! I recommend the staff make themselves more aware of the area and those questions that might be more commonly asked by guests. I had a couple of meals at the restaurant at this hotel. The food was lovely, and worth the money. With regards to the drinks though, there needs to be more consistency. On the first night I was served a cocktail in a tall glass. On the second night I ordered the same drink, but it was served in a glass half its size. When I wanted it topped up with the rest of the mixer (ginger ale) they charged me extra for it! on arrival we were given room 219. There was a distinct unpleasant smell - damp problem, perhaps? We complained and were offered choice of room 119 (directly below 219) or 514. When we entered 119 the odour was many times worse than in the room above. We settled in 514 and everything was fine thereafter.
