Как только мы приехали в отель, нам пришлось ждать, когда нас обслужат. Я путешествую с пожилой матерью, которая болеет. Я выбрал этот отель безо всяких причин — просто он казался интересным вариантом. У отеля нет точного адреса — он входит в комлекс Флорида Молл и не выходит на людные улицы. На парковке никого не было — служащие исчезали, как только слышали сигнал, было сложно сразу найти кого-то, кто бы занялся автомобилем. Ресепшен помогал, вызванивая служащих, когда […] это было нужно. Комната была хорошо обставлена (хотя кожаный диван выглядел не очень). Горничная не убиралась под кроватью, даже не пылесосила в последнее время, но кровать была удобная, и белье белоснежное. Хороший плоскоэкранный телевизор с большим количеством каналов. Холодильник в номере был больше обычного. Предоставлены бутилированная вода и растворимый кофе. Провел 4 часа, работая за столом — удобно. Ванная чистая, но вода плохо уходила. Шампунь, кондиционер и гель для душа были предоставлены в дозаторе в душе — очень необычно, но все средства казались качественными. Прямой выход в торговый центр — отличные магазины и множество ресторанов, но и в самом отеле был магазин самообслуживания, кафе-ресторан и бар. Пиццу можно было заказать в номер до часу ночи. Определенно вернусь сюда же. Если в следующий раз будут какие-то проблемы с уборкой номера, сразу же попрошу ресепшен отправить горничную как можно скорее. Детям понавилось в «Молле». Ресепшен, уборка и обслуживание номеров — все замечательно!

Прекрасный отель, присоединенный к торговой галерее Флорида Молл, очень удобно. Снова хдесь остановимся, если слвершим очередную поездку за покупками.

Персонал отеля очень приветливый и любезный, очень чисто, сложновато добираться, нужно улучшить схему проезда. Приедем снова. Удобный чек-ин и чек-аут. Спасибо. Детние постояльцы

Нам очень понравился этот отель, и договор, который мы заключили с Hotels.com замечательный. Теперь мы будем выбирать это место как наш отель «Орландо»! Очень рекомендуем!

The front of the hotel and lobby were very clean and impressive. We ate and drank at the bar/restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel lobby. Both were excellent with no complaints. It was mall parking, full, but always a few spaces available. The room was nice, but poorly cleaned. There was hair in the tub and in the "clean" towels. There is no shampoo or conditioner in little bottles. It comes from a dispenser in the shower, which seems less sanitary. The TV remote had some unknown substance all over between the buttons. The room was not completely dirty, but we would have appreciated better attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom. Shampoo/conditioner/soap in small bottles would be nice, even if only by request. The beds were too small. They were full. Queen or king would be much better. Подробнее

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Lets right out into the Florida Mall. Five minutes from airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. My family and I had a great experience staying at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center. We plan to always stay here when we visit Orlando.

this hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. i ordered room service twice and the food was delivered very quickly and was very hot. the staff was friendly and responsive.

Florida Hotel and Conference Center - Located off a very nice mall, close to Orlando Airport They were very friendly, nice rooms and close to allot of restaurants.

in few words , everything was perfect and would do again

The hotel was beautiful and the location is awesome; you walk right out of the hotel into the Florida Mall; however, the beds were very uncomfortable.

Only stayed one night. Room was comfortable and clean. The mall was right there, so it was a great place to do some shopping before the next leg of our trip. I will stay there again.

Love this place! Staff is so friendly and helpful! I stay here every time I come to that area of Orlando for work! I was so bummed that I'm going to that area again at the end of the month and was unable to get a room. I guess the word is out about how great they are!

Can' t beat the location, and the breakfast buffet is awesome and a great deal, especially for a hotel. The pool is very clean, so was the room. The shower pressure in the bathroom was AWFUL. Otherwise, a great deal. Next trip I would prefer to stay on I-drive even if it costs a bit more.

Had a great stay at this hotel, would like to come back in 2012. Facilities great, loved the pool and enjoyed shopping at the attached mall. All the staff were very helpful. The surrounding area is less than desirable but the hotel is located inside a good mall (plenty of designer stores). The hotel is very big, clean, and well staffed to take care of your requests. There's a bar, Starbucks, restaurant and sundries shop that are owned by the hotel. Also the mall is just a few steps away. Was worried that the hotel would not live up to it's reputation but was so happy with everything!

I suppose it would be a good idea to Step Up Security !!. While we were there, there were a few parties and drunk people in hallways. But the scariest part was the robbery in room accross the hall from us. Looks nice on the outside, located right in the Florida Mall. Our room had a moldy ice bucket, low flow shower heads, brown water that came out of the pipes, and an $11/day "resort" fee. Recommend the airport Marriott instead. Surrounding area is not family friendly.

One night stay when arriving at orlando airport and then driving next day to Sarasota. Only complaint was very little power in the shower.

Room was not ready at appointed check in time, had to wait 2 hours. Room smelled like it had just been fumigated. When I booked this reservation there was no mention of additonal resort fees.

Located right at the Florida Mall, you don't even need to go outside to get shopping. We went to Universal Studios and Milennia Mall, all about 13 minutes away, very convenient. Eventhough the lobby was being remodeled, it still had a feeling of elegance and charm. The Starbucks located right in the lobby was great, and the Melrose Restaurant was delicious.... I travel to Orlando monthly and usually stay at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center. They always deliver personalized service and quality from check-in to the cleanliness of the room to the personal greeting received from Valet to check in to front line manager. clean rooms very , nice employees, would recommend this hotel again only thing is no inside pool i think that this would be a good idea for some who do not like to go outside.

The only bad aspect of this hotel is an $11.00 service charge not paid upon paying online. This fee covers 2 bottles of water, coffee mess items as well as internet. However, the housekeeping didn't replace the items after the first night and I had to ask the front desk 4 times before they gave me new items. I come to Orlando at least once a month to work at the Florida Mall. This hotel is always a pleasure and a convenience to stay at.

I wish I knew the pool was down.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, however, there was a little dirt or something on the tile of the bathroom. Just bring some mildew spray or your own cleaner. Everything else receives 5 stars.

my family and i stayed here for 3 nights and we were very pleased with the hotel and with the room. it was clean and so was the restroom. i'm a big germ freak and i didn't feel disgusted staying there (( compared to staying at the value disney resort where it felt dirty)). i would most def stay here again...the only downside that we encounterd was that […] it was about 15mins from disney and after being at the park all day made us wish the hotel would have been closer. but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends. Great hotel, convenient location to parks and shopping malls and restaurants.

The hotel was great. Liked most was it was near a mall

I was upset to receive an additional tax of $12.00 upon arrival. My rate with hotel.com was fair, yet the hotel added on their on own tax. If I had known this, I would not have chosen this hotel.

to much noise late at night, it was avery restlesnight

The hotel service and atmosphere were all great, no problems and the staff were very courteous at all times. Room service food was better than I expected and the location of the hotel next to the mall is an added convenience. I was able to get my nails done at the Spa downstairs - one less thing I had to worry about when I got back home!

well located, But , room very noisy like machinery working all the time. We had to put ear plugs to block the noise of the refrigerator . Very expensive for what is offering.
