Отель расположен на 2й линии от моря. Тихое место. Есть парковка. Недалеко есть бесплатный пляж, но на нем нет ничего. Мы пользовались платным за 11 евро: зонт, лежак, два кресла, есть туалет, душ с пресной водой. В номере хороший кондиционер, но очень плохой санузел, душ с дыркой в полу, заливается все. Очень понравились завтраки. Для коротких остановок при путешествии по Италии.

Отель "Ondina" расположен достаточно удачно, на второй линии от пляжа, от вокзала добираться недалеко. Небольшой, семейного типа. Я провела в нем 10 дней в одноместном номере. Изначально меня поселили в комнатку, которая больше напоминала каморку папы Карло и вместо нормального окна было небольшое квадратное отверстие. Я попросила поменять номер и на следующий день мне дали ключи от приятной комнатки на первом этаже, окно и дверь которой выходили во внутренний двор, крытый навесом. В целом она меня устраивала, несмотря даже на отсутсвие кондиционера. Во дворике стояли столики и шезлонги, на которых можно было удобно расположиться с ноутбуком. Был только один минус. Если за эти столики садилась компания и кто-нибудь начинал курить, то в моей комнате очень чувствовался запах дыма. Приходилось выходить, иногда ночью, и просить курить в другом месте. Персонал был приветлив, можно было получить любую интересующую информацию.

Плюсы отеля: 1. Прекрасное расположение - две минуты до моря. 2. Собственный песчаный пляж. 3. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. 4. Близось к кафе и ресторанам. 5. Соседство с большим зеленым парком. Минусы отеля: 1. Бар-ресторан отеля работает по расписанию. 2. Из коридора слышно, что обсуждается в номере.
Местоположение.
Отель Hotel Villa Kinzica располагается в сердце города Пиза, в нескольких шагах от отеля Музей Оперы Дуомо, Пизанская башня и Кафедральный собор Пизы. Также неподалеку Кампосанто и Баптистерий в Пизе.
Особенности отеля.

Pisa’s famous Torre Pendente (Leaning Tower) seems to defy the laws of physics, which Galileo tested with weights dropped from its summit. Even without its recently stabilized tilt, this marble bell-tower would be an architectural marvel. Two ornate pulpits are highlights of the Duomo and Baptistery nearby.

Кажется, что обслуживающий персонал, особенно рецепционист, думают, что если отель находится в хорошем месте, то можно быть невежливыми. Не помогали, когда мы что-нибудь спрашивали, а во время регистрации отъезда пытались повесить на нас дополнительные платежи. Но сам отель в порядке.
"Расположение, расположение, расположение"
Отель находится в Пизе в самом удачном месте — на площади рядом с Полем Чудес. Мы могли видеть Пизанскую башню в полный рост из окна нашего номера. Мы могли парковаться на площади рядом с отелем, получив от отеля талон ZTL (зона ограниченного движения). Из недостатков то, что номер и кровати маленькие, но для недолгого пребывания нормально. Персонал очень приветливый и любезный. Расположение отеля самое лучшее для посещения Падающей башн. Хорошая вложение денег.

Очень близко к Падающей башне... и ко всем достопримечательностям, что неподалеку. Отель понравился из-за своего расположения. Обычная комната и завтрак, но на 5 звезд не смотрелось.

Я имею в виду, что отель прямо рядом с Пизанской падающей башней. Прекрасное расположение, но очень унылый номер. Ванная грязная, и кровать ужасно неудобная! Но расположение просто бесподобно! Удивительно находиться так близко. Если вы не слишком заботитесь об удобстве, хорошей кровати и чистом номере, то это место — для вас.
Мы забронировали этот отель на одну ночь на пути во Флоренцию. Нас подкупило расположение отеля, и на самом деле отель размещен в прекрасном месте. Совсем недалеко до Пизанской башни. Сам по себе, к сожалению, отель не так хорош, уж точно не стоит таких денег. Первое — это неработающий кондиционер. Это было в сентябре в Пизе, все еще достаточно жарко […] и влажно, так что в конце концов нам пришлось открывать окна. Это привело к тому, что нас заживо съедали комары. Далее — это душ со сломанным держателем. То есть принимать душ приходилось, держа его одной рукой. Потолок в ванной тоже начинал обваливаться, то есть, принимая душ, можно увидеть плесень на потолке. Персонал на завтраке оказался не очень любезным, обслуживая всех вдалеке от нашего столика, так что нам пришлось самим просить горячие напитки. "Nice Hotel!"
This is a very nice three star hotel. I loved that it was so close to the tower. The parking was directly in front of the hotel for 7 euro a day ~ very convenient. The staff was kind. We enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning. Ensure to print your hotels.com receipt because they will ask to see it.
the hotel was good for staying there for one night, the staff was helpful, the room reminded me of a hotel room from the 1970's it was clean but old the bathroom was good, but also needed to be updated but after staying in other hotels in italy the entire country needs to be updated. the breakfast was coffee juice and toast and croissants . however […] the restaurant across the street that the staff recommended was great pasta with wild boar was great . the hotel was about 200 yards from the leaning tower and museum but thats all there is to do in this small town makes for a better day trip Подробнее
"Good for Passing by and Only 1 Night"
I stayed at this hotel for one evening before catching my flight the next morning out of Pisa International. This bed/linens are clean, but the hotel is severely outdated. The bathroom is a bit creepy looking and not the cleanest. However, if you are literally there for one night and need to take a quick shower, it does the job. However, besides the Tower, a few shops, and some touristy restaurants, there isn't anything else to do in the neighborhood. Its about a 20 to 30min taxi ride to the airport. The hotel was close to the tower, We did not expect the hotel to have a dusty room and not upgraded in a long time. Staying here you are paying for location. "It really is the closest hotel to the tower!"
Perfect hotel for travellers on a budget, loved being able to have a night-time stroll around the tower grounds ,followed by dinner in a lovely restuarant, and then to literally cross the road to our room. Breakfast was filling,with a great selection, staff were friendly and accomodating -i.e. calling for taxis, showing us where the beach was etc. As […] we were only in Pisa for a day, we got directions to the nearest beach (lovely prom!), as you would see all there is to see at the tower in a couple hours. "Decent Hotel"
I went with this hotel based on other reviews that said it was adequate for what it was: a one night stay while viewing the Pisa sights. The location is excellent, right around the corner from the Tower. It is old, and there was some noise in the morning from nearby construction, but we were out of there early, so it didn't matter to us. It is an old […] building, with old rooms, but it did have a small elevator to get your bags up to the room. The room had a single and a double bed in it, as well as a tiny TV and it was air conditioned. If all you need, as we did, is a room to sleep and take a shower, then this hotel would be hard to beat, based on its excellent location. You can't take bags and such on the Tower tour, so you have to check them next to the ticket office. These people we very rude. We were taking a 10:00pm tour, yes a night tour, and when I asked what time they closed the place where they wanted to check our bags, she said 10:30pm. So they expected us to take the 10:00pm tour, climbing up the Tower, take some pictures, climb back down the Tower, and rush over to get our bags out by 10:30. Ridiculous, but since we stayed at this hotel, all we had to do was walk 2 minutes around the corner, drop our bags at the hotel, and bypass their bag check. "Villa Kinzica-- close to leaning tower"
In some ways the location is ideal-- you can see the Leaning Tower. It's over a mile from the train station, though. The building is old, and even with the elevator there are some stairs to negotiate. The hotel has done a series of renovations, so it's nice for that location. "A hotel for no mor than one night"
The only good point of the hotel is that is REALLY near from the Tower. Service and quality of the room are less than good. I will not be able to stay more than two days in this hotel.

The Hotel is in a fabulous position. The decor is quite tired but it is adequate for a short stay.

The hotel is in a brillliant position. It is right opposite the Leaning Tower, we had a fantastic view from our top floor window. The main bars and restaurants are just around the corner. Although the decor is a bit dated the bathroom is the cleanest we have ever been in. This hotel was only a stones throw from the Leaning Tower and we had a good view from our room. "Centralt beliggende hotel"
Det bedste ved hotellet er placeringen - tæt på den centrale bydel. Desuden var der ikke så langt til gratis parkering. Hotellets standard matcher ikke med de tre stjerner, rengøringen var mangelfuld, og hotellet virkede generelt slidt. Servicen fejlede dog intet og hotellet kan anbefales hvis man ønsker at bo i gå afstand til den centrale by.

Nice hotell just around the corner from the tower (we could actually see the tower from the window). Surrounding area was obviously "touristy" with a lot of restaurants. Wir habe jenes Hotel für zwei nächte gebucht.Es ist ein altes aber Top gelegenes Hotel.Die Zimmer wahren gut ausgestattet und bietete vom Fenster aus(keine Balkone)eine wunderbahre aus sicht auf den Pisa Turm. "Fantastisk lokalisasjon ved det skjeve tårn"
Hotellet har en uslåelig beliggenhet rett ved det skjeve tårn i Pisa, men standarden er relativt dårlig. Gode senger og rent rom. Vi bodde der kun en natt, men det holder siden standarden er såpass dårlig. Men absolutt anbefalt for en eller to netter for en billig penge.

Vi boede 5 dage på Hotel Kinzika i juli 2011. Hotellet har en ideel beliggenhed i forhold til Det skæve tårn og Domkirkepladsen. Der var udsigt til begge dele fra værelset. Gode renoverede værelser med aircondition og nyerere badeværelse med bidet og hårtører. Værelserne er ret spartanske men velegnede til overnatning nogle dage. 24 timers receptioon […] med venlig og imødekommende service. Engelsk talende personale. God morgenmadsrestaurant. "Läget!"
Extremt bra läge på hotellet! 100m till lutande tornet. Enkelt hotell som är en aning slitet. Trevlig personal, gratis WiFi, enkel frukost, restaurang etc gör det till ett prisvärt alternativ för den som inte är allt för kräsen, och kanske inte ska tillbringa en hel lång semester där. Rekommenderas.

L'hotel è magnificamente posizionato, circa 100m da piazza dei miracoli. Il personale è gentile e cordiale. La nostra camera era pulita, tuttavia l'hotel è un pò vecchiotto, le condizioni delle pareti della moquette del bango sono un pò al limite.Inoltre la camera è piccola. Cmque per una notte va bene ed ilò prezzo è onesto. "Villa kinzica i pisa - god belliggenhed"
Jeg boede to nætter på hotellet. Værelset var ikke prangende, badeværelset var rigtig fint og rengøring var af høj standard. Personalet på hotellet var meget søde og hjælpsomme, ligesom restauranten i styrets en var et dejligt sted at afslutte dagen med en god blanding af lokale og turister. Jeg vil sagtens kunne bo der igen.

Vi såg lutande tornet och butanisk trädgård från fönstret. Hörd ljud från häst och vagn. Knappt OK frukost. Kunde inte lämna kvar väskor på hotellet i säkert rum tills vi skulle till flygplatsen. Unga Italienskor borde där… vackert…. Fin restaurang på hotellet. Gav oss mycket bra karta… lossnande tapeter... Duschen inte helt fräsch

Tumbado en la cama de la habitación se ve la Torre de Pisa. La ubicación es excelente, el trato es amable y tras recorrer los alrededores y ver otros hoteles, estoy casi seguro que es el más tranquilo para poder descansar. Forventningene til hotellet var ikke høye pga prisen , men det lå sentralt til i forhold til det vi skulle se i Pisa. og vårt opphold der var bare en natt men det var nok på dette hotellet.
"Værelse med udsigt"
Dejligt centralt hotel, hvor vort værelse havde udsigt til det skæve tårn. Dejligt stort og rummeligt værelse og badeværelse. Receptionist, der kunne tale engelsk til husbehov. Eneste anke er, at der udelukkende var hvidt brød på morgenbufetten.
"Hotel Villa Kinzica, Pisa"
Små rom i gamle hus med forskjellige etasjenivåer. Svært trangt bad, tydelig vanskelig å holde rent, med sterkt støyende vifte koblet til lyset (som for øvrig var en lampe med feil som lot seg rette relativt enkelt av gjest). Fin beliggenhet, ikke trafikkstøy.
