Очень приветливый и любезный персонал, комната очень хорошо содержится, приличного размера в сравнении с моими ожиданиями о Европы. Хорошее расположение, пешком можно дойти до различных городских достопримечательностей. Я холостой парень и путешествовал в одиночку, остановился на шесть ночей и в основном ходил по клубам и барам, а не по музеям и культурным […] местам. Возможно, мне следовало выбрать отель поближе к пляжу, но на такси можно было добраться до пляжа меньше, чем за 8 евро. Завтрак был неплохой, но все же не стоил тех денег, но я все равно съедал достаточно много каждое утро. Не понимаю, почему дверь в ванную сделали стеклянной и прозрачной, зато можно смотреть телевизор «не отрываясь от дела». :) Из минусов: стеклянная дверь в ванной, и лишь одно небольшое мусорное ведро, расположенное в ванной. Прекрасный выбор для проживания. Замечательные художественный дизайн интерьера и архитектура. В номере просторно, и стиль не как в обычных комнатах. Приятные и тихие окрестности с хорошими магазинами и барами.

Этот отель мне рекомендовал коллега, поскольку здесь и недорого, и в то же время красиво и современно. Комнаты компактные, но в них есть все, что нужно, в том числе балкон и душ-»вопопад». Завтрак проходит на террасе на последнем этаже, с которой открывается прекрасный вид — это одна из изюминок отеля — не пропустите!

Провел здесь 5 дней, и очень понравилась комната. Отель расположен вблизи ко всем туристическим местам, но также достаточно недалеко от жилых районов, чтобы можно было смешаться с местными жителями. Четыре квартала до метро. Служашие отеля был очень приветливы и любезны, когда мы к ним обращались.

Очень удобно и чисто, очень легко добраться до метро. Персонал дружелюбный и любезный. В окрестностях безопасно даже ночью. Завтрак был хорош, но дороговат. Единственное, к чему могу придраться — это то, что из ванной видно комнату. В остальном все замечательно!

Отель маленький, но очень уютный. Находится в центре Барселоны. Пешком недалеко до метро. Предоставили возможность поменять комнату на большую без доплаты, и не возникло блем с поздним выездом. Персонал был очень приветливым и любезным. Я бы снова остановился в отеле «Cram». Без тени сомнения!

Отель очень современный, чистый и в то же время удобный. Номер большой и с прекрасным душем-»дождем». Полка для багажа под кроватью — это прекрасная идея, хочется, чтобы во всех отелях была такая же. Раскладывать и укладывать вещи намного проще, не нужно поднимать тяжелую сумку. Персонал отеля очень приветливый и любезный, в любое время и в любую смнеу. […] Расположение отеля хорошее — не слишком близко, но в шаговой доступности к большинству главных достопримечательностей и в 5 минутах ходьбы до ближайшей станции метро. My husband and I just got home from this trip and the Cram hotel made out stay extremely wonderful! The room was exactly as pictured and had the perfect amount of room for us. We even got a balcony overlooking the main street (right above the hotel entrance). This was nice to look out at all the surrounding buildings and scenery. We stayed at Cram hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and loved it! Stylish modern interior, our suite was fantastic and the staff were all really friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Overall a great value hotel, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good standard 4* hotel in city centre.

I found this place from my Time Out: Barcelona guidebook and I generally liked this placed. It's modern, clean, stylish, and centrally located near several metro lines. Unfortunately, the one large issue I had with the hotel is that my room, #212 (and presumably #312, #412 etc.) sits in the corner in a way that puts the adjacent room's outer door (#211) […] within inches of mine. The result is that every time guests in the adjacent room opened or closed their door, it sounded exactly like someone was opening and closing my room door. This was mildly alarming and fairly disruptive to my sleep. This is a great hotel but for the money I paid (Hotels.com won't let me post w/specific rate), there really should not be any rooms like this. Mind you, I didn't complain and see if there was another room to transfer into, but I just write to advise prospective guests to avoid those rooms. Подробнее

Stay at this hotel only if you prefer design over comfort and service. I've chosen this hotel because of the previous reviews and location. But the location was the only satisfying thing. When we arrived we saw a nicely designed hotel, but the longer we stayed, the more angry I became. Good: - Design. The hotel really looks like every detail was created […] with purpose and everything is designed in style - Location. In the middle of Eixample. We didn't used any transportation at all. Almost all tourist places are reachable by walking. Bad: - Bathroom. I was surprised to find out that the bath tube, which is mentioned on hotel's site, exists only on some rooms. My room had only shower, which doesn't make it 4 stars hotel. - Internet. By all standards it is NOT high speed WiFi. The signal was unstable and some times didn't work at all. I complained at least several times and the and the answer varied from "we will check, in can't be possible" to "yes, we know there is a problem, but technician will be here only tomorrow morning" - Working area. They have a nicely designed working area with the table you open in the cabinet , but ... no one thought about chair. You could only sit on the bed to work with your laptop, which is very uneasy. - Tourist amenities. It's very strange, but they don't have any tourist information available. - Service. Practically non existent. Starting from that every time I tried to complain about something, I didn't get any proper answer and ending with the fact, that twice during my conversation with the front desk, manager interrupted it in order to reply his phone, making me wait. Also, they had a pipe leak and switched off the water supply for the entire hotel every day of our 4 days stay. We didn't receive any apologies for it as well as every time I asked when they solve the problem, no one could provide an answer. Very clean,chic,but very small room.Bath room door is see-through and doesn't close tight,so it's not for everyone.Breakfast buffet is more on the expensive side.I was hoping to use the rooftop pool,or at least to sit around at night,but it was dark(no light) at 9:00pm... I like the concept and the cleaness,maybe it's good for what you pay...

I was not happy with my trip to the Cram Hotel in Barcelona!! The stay at the hotel started off well and the room was quite nice but ended badly when a pipe broke in the hotel leaving us without water and the ability to shower or flush the toilets. The staff said it would be fixed however when we came back in the evening water was running but only cold […] water to take a shower. The next morning all the water was off again and we were unable to shower before leaving for a very long trip back to London and onto the United States. I spent 2 nights at the Cram hotel. My only regret was that it was not longer. The hotel was great. Rooms are modern and reasonable sized. Very well finished and definitely an upmarket place to stay. A brilliant way to end my European vacation

For our first experience in Spain, this hotel was great. It was clean, well lit, and the staff was excellent. It was close to things we wanted to go to. the hotel is overrated. if you go for businness purpose keep in mind that the internet connection is pretty bad (in most of the rooms there is no wirless signal). The staff is helpful, but I could not get a good feeling from this hotel for the money I have paid ...

Very nice hotel with an ultra modern update of the interior. Very nice rooftop deck and pool. I would stay here again.

I travelled with my husband and a 1.5 year old child. The hotel has a great décor and nice ambiance. The location is good - a short walking distance from the great street of Pasage De Gracia, and Gaudi's Casa Batllo. Near the hotel, there were nice places to eat (breakfast and even dinner). The Hotel staff was nice and helpful, knew English and was […] willing to check anything we asked for. Rooms were very clean. The not so good part was that the rooms are very small! Perfect central location, helpful, courteous staff (who spoke English very well), very comfortable room... they do have free WiFi, but do not have computer to use... however very cheap (although kinda smelly) internet cafe is right around the corner. We did not eat here, so cannot comment on food. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here!

The Hotel Cram is truly as pictured. It is ultra modern and beautiful. The furnishings and the lighting and the color scheme are unusual and modern, all as shown in the pictures. I like to wood floor instead of carpet in the room. The luggage storage is new idea and love it too. The front desk staff can be a bite more knowledgable about the town and service provided by the town. I have a hard time signing on the internet. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay for the money.

This hotel has a lot going for it-price, location and service. It is a very cool looking hotel with modern rooms and great t.v. options for either movies or internet access. The bathroom has an awesome rainfall shower but be forewarned, the door to bathroom is glass and so privacy is limited. Also, the rooms are not insulated well so the best rooms […] are at the end of the round hall and end in 12. Note that the rooftop breakfast is a hefty 21 Euros and doesn't seem worth the expense. Great hotel friendly staff, brillent bed and power shower. Free films ,internet access. Only 10 minutes walk from Las Ramblas. Room a little small but very comfortable. Deffinately will stay there again.

ショッピング街が近い上に、近くに美味しいバルと24時間スーパーもあり、観光には最高でした。また、フロントスタッフも非常に親切で、英語もＯＫ。唯一、シャワーの取り付けが不安定で、高さの調節ができませんでしたが、大した問題ではなかったです。料金は少々高いですが、お勧めです。

Hotel di charme, moderno, con soluzioni di comfort veralmente originali e piacevoli. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e poliglotta. Centralissimo, vicino ad una miriade di locali, fermate di metro e di autobus. Consigliatissimo.

Snyggt hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket fräscht rum med ovanligt sköna sängar, mycket bra isolerat mot trafik utanför. Ett stort plus för minipoolen med bar på taket, fin utsikt. Baren var stängd då vi var där (lågsäsong) men man hade ändå möjlighet att utnyttja området. Promenadavstånd till ramblan och sevärdheter. Rekommenderas!

Rent og fint. Bra beliggenhet, med gangavstand til det meste. Plenty med hyggelige, små restauranter og barer i nærheten. Ingen sjenerende støy fra gata, og strøket virket trygt og ok selv på nattestid. Resepsjonistene var meget hyggelige og hjelpsomme og snakket bra engelsk. Det eneste som skuffet litt var takterrasen som var en tanke "steril" og øde […] da vi var der, pluss at det var litt mørkt og smådystert i gangene. Hyggelig hotell sentralt i byen. Gangavstand til Ramblas og gamlebyen samt til metro. Fin frokostrestaurant på toppen, med terrasse og mini-basseng. Standard-rommene er små, men praktiske. Fine bad. Jeg bestilte et superior-rom, som har større gulvareal i soverommet og badekar på badet istedenfor stor dusjnisje. Rekommenderar gärna detta hotel till andra. Rummet var mycket väl ljudisolerat, relativt stort och välstädat. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Sängarna något fasta men vi sov trots det väldigt bra. Läget är bra, lite vid sidan om vilket vi tyckte var skönt. Cirka 5 min promenad till tunnelbanestation Universitat och 10-15 min promenad till […] toppen av Ramblan. Enda nackdelen var frukosten, I och för sig helt ok sett till innehållet men priset är lite magstarkt. Annars hade vi en jättebra vistelse i Barcelona och hotellet bidrog starkt till det. Подробнее

Vi tycker att hotell Cram motsvarade våra förväntningar med god service och bra läge. Däremot tycker vi inte, att frukosten är värd sitt pris och därför åt vi den endast första dagen. Poolen på terassen motsvarade inte våra förväntningar.

Hieno hotelli, hienossa paikassa. Parvekkeelta sekä katolta avartuu aika hieno näkymä Barcelonan kaduille. Jos jalkoja haluaa säästellä niin ei paras vaihtoehto, Ramblalta kuitenkin aika pitkä matka hotellille. Mutta sai nukkua rauhassa eikä melua kuullut. Pieni ja hiljainen hotelli ihan hyvällä palvelulla. Aamiainen oli hieman shokki, aivan loistava […] tarjoilu mutta 22/€hlö/pvä, tuli aika kalliiksi croisantin hinta. Jos sosiaalista hotellia hyvillä palveluilla haluaa niin en valitsisi tätä. Hiljainen hotelli. Kuvat hiukan vääristää. Tavallinen huone on just yhden pienen huoneen kokoinen ja parveke on ranskalainen. Se isommalla sängyllä oleva huone on varmasti sellainen mikä kuvissakin esitetään. Me vaan luultiin että kuvissa näkyy perushuone jotia kuitenkin enemmän on hotellissa. Seuraavksi valitsisin sosiaalisemman, paremmilla palveluilla ja enemmän keskustassa olevan, kuitenkaan ei Rablalta. Mutta ei valittamista. Подробнее
