This hotel is very out dated. The carpet smells and is bunching up in spots. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is expensive for what it offers. The fridge didn't even cool our wine.

Comfortable king size room. The hotel seems to needs new carpeting and window air-conditioning rattles if on. No towels in room when I arrived. Breakfast good and excellent service. Would rate overall every average. Good for one night.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this was by far the worst experience for my family and I! The moment we drove up to the hotel, we already had a nervous reaction, but thought that it couldn't be as bad as it appeared from the outside. After walking through the door, no one was at the front desk. We waited for a little over five minutes until someone […] arrived, but received no greeting. I stared at the man as he shuffled through some papers for a few minutes, till he finally asked, "Did you need something?" While assisting me, he took a phone call and a younger female took over a couple minutes later. On our way to our room, we noticed how dilapidated the hotel appeared, along with the noisy kids running around. Here is a list of problems we experienced: cigarette/iron burns on the carpet, two queen beds instead of a king, two small/uncomfortable pillows per bed, water stains in the ceiling, TV wasn't working, phone stopped working while talking to the front desk, Internet kept disconnecting, and sticky carpet. 20 min later on my way out, the dining area was filled with older people and under aged *children*. They weren't disruptive in anyway, but what I did find inappropriate was the presence of alcohol. The following morning, the man from the night before watched everyone carefully during breakfast, as if people were going to steal food. The coffee dispenser was empty. All motels I've ever stayed in were even better than this dump. I highly recommend you steer clear! Подробнее

Great location near the Pleasant Valley Fields for our soccer tournament. The free breakfast was really good with many choices.

Unfortunately, the pictures on hotel.com were not accurate. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. The carpet was dirty were burn marks (?) and the entire room smelled like a horrible ashtray. Very good hotel if you are not looking for a 5 star hotel, The breakfast is outstanding and it is cooked to order. Make sure you tip the short order cook well, She's awesome!

This hotel was not too expensive but yet I was satisfied with the room. It was huge it has sofa and nice bed,very spacious room.ive stayed here couple times already. It is also close to outlet stores.

The room was comfortable but I had to request to change rooms because the TV in the first room blew out. TVs really need to be replaced with newer ones

Hotel was quiet and staff was nice. Rooms a little older but well keeped . Breakfast in morning very good. Next to freeway but did not hear traffic noise. For the price very pleased and will stay there again.

It was a decent room for the price. Convenient to the outlet mall and to the freeway. The hotel could definitely use some updating, but I was very happy with the price.

My family and I liked our stay there. For the money we paid it was above what we expected. Breakfast was simple but hot and tasty. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast, juice and more. It wasnt the cleanest room with some floor stains but it was reasonable and comfortable enough for the price. A little far from the outlets but again for the price the service was good plus they served breakfast!

The breakfasts were the highlight. The hotel had been sold and some changes had started like new tile in the kitchen and elevator. It has a long way to go to be freshened up.

Stayed here while I was waiting for my new apartment to be ready. The hotel is older, but the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is young and not very helpful. The breakfast in the morning is a nice quick meal. I would recommend to stay here if you are looking for a cheaper priced hotel to stay with the amenities everyone would need except a gym.

I tend to take reviews with a grain of salt because I believe most people that write them do so because they were unhappy and you don't hear from all the people who liked it, but the poor reviews I read before staying here were accurate. I don't know why they call it the executive inn... I don't know any executives who would stay here. The smell in the room was barely tolerable and I felt like everywhere I went after being in the room people were wondering why I smelled so bad. Probably wouldn't have been bad if I had stayed on the other end of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very good. My room smelled a little strange, maybe somebody had smoked in the room? The hotel is very close to the freeway which is convenient but also a little noisy.

From the moment I walked in to check in, while the staff were polite, this is really a run down hotel. wasnt there very long, but the staff was very nice the room is what I needed at a really decent price. Only compaint was there were alot of "kids" hanging out and smoking very late (midnight) made it very uncomfy to walk to my car.
