Вполне приличный отель. Жили втроем с ребенком 1,5 лет. Понравилось все, кроме завтраков (скудный ассортимент) и шумного обогревателя в номере.

The price is rather good. However continental breakfast is pretty poor ( we stayed in Travellodge hotel 3*, continental breakfast includes more bakeries :)). But i think it is not a big issue. Room is ok. Thanks a lot.

"This was not an enjoyable stay"

"Great Rooms very clean and comfortable"

"Missing Knobs"
I would say that the bed of the hotel was very good. It was just a bit of a turn off when knobs were missing. The bathroom had a broken knob and the controls of the a/c and heater does not have a knob. It had the same condition of 2 star hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was reallly poor. Not asking much but a boiled egg could make a difference. […] The staff were friendly and the location was close to fastfoods and gas stations. It is good for overnight stays just to rest from driving because it is close to the highway. Overall not worth the $96 I paid for. "Hospitality was spotty"
The hotel was under renovation but truthfully unless the hotel steps up their hospitality skills, I don't know who will be walking through the doors to enjoy the physical improvements. "relaxing."
It was quaint and nice. the service was on point, the greetings and checking in went smoothly and the upgrade to a room with a jet tub made it even more superb. the peace and quiet of the location and the room gave that extra private get away feel to the experience. from check in to check out everything was as expected.Отзыв реального пользователя Expedia
"Complementary Shuttle shut down in middle of night"
we left our car in the parking lot for one week and then our flight came in at 1:50am. BUT the shuttle did not run from 2 - 4 am NO ONE told us about this at the time of booking our room. "Not given pertinent information about services"
I was very disappointed. I realize it was Christmas and many things are closed,but since the rest of the hotel was operating I assumed that the restaurant would also be available. If a main service is to be closed, I think the least you can do is put up a sign indicating the closing so other arrangements can be made beforehand. Also, the attitude of […] the staff was not supportive or helpful in finding an alternative. I was also not told that there would be a hold put on my charge card. I think that is necessary information. Also, the tap sprayed outwards, the fridge was very noisy and the heater was always too hot. "Good for the price"
Overall, it was fine. The breakfast was minimal and there were couple of glitches in the room (the shower control didn't work properly, the heater only worked on high heat which could therefore not be left on for the night).Отзыв реального пользователя Hotels.com
"Geo caching close by"
This hotel is a little tired in its decor but if others you know are staying at that expensive place up the street you will be really, really happy that you saved some dough and stayed here. "Good for a few days with the price I paid"
The hotel was kind enough to accommodate a late check-out. The rooms are decent with adequate furniture but the bathroom could have a shave mirror and a cleaner bath-tub. "When you only need a place to sleep, it's ok"
Front desk staff are very friendly, resteraunt staff are friendly during the day. At night the lounge staff are grumpy and rude and don't know what they are doing. The free continental breakfast is mediocre. The room is small and tight but clean. If you just need a place to sleep this place is just fine. Room was cklean and ciomfiortable, althoough small. This hotel shouldn't call itself a park and fly airport hotel. We had to pay our shuttle driver on the way to the airport despite previous confirmation that it would be arranged by the front desk. "Nice hotel - rules more important than service"
I had booked the room for 2 people coming from different directions. My friend arrived before me and I was held up. When I called the hotel to ask them if I give my credit card number if they would let him into the room already I was brushed off with RULES even by the manager, so no. "Where am I? Where is "nearby airport"? Shuttle?"
I booked this hotel at the last minute, sitting in Logan Airport in late evening due to flight delay, as I realized I would not arrive at my friends' home at a reasonable hour (before midnight) and did not want to inconvenience them. "Monte Carlo Inn Airport Suite" given the title, description that it's near Pearson International, has shuttle service, […] and rated 3-star. None of those were exactly true. It's far away (15KM), the opposite direction from Toronto; the shuttle costs $7CD each way; and both night and morning staff were rude and even hostile when I remarked the description is misleading. Worse, I was not informed that the shuttle had to be booked one hour in advance the day of departure as I was checking out and inquiring about a ride and that I could not be driven to the airport if I were not flying out! In the lobby, there is a brightly colored poster that says something like "free breakfast" with picture of eggs, breakfast meat, etc. What one gets is continental. "Stay at the Monte Carlo"
Arriving to the hotel, I thought to myself it looks new. The entrance looked nice with automatic doors opening up to you and a very unpleasant check in desk. I found I was doing the welcoming as soon as I made the approach to the desk. The check in process was very unpleasant, I felt like a criminal. Maybe I was treated differently cause I had tattoos […] on my arms? I have never been asked to put a deposit down on my credit card incase of anything gets stolen or broken, I would expect that at the four seasons not a 3 star at best hotel, then again made me think to check my card after to make sure I was not getting ripped off in this deal. "I'd stay here again but ..."
My stay was without problems and the location was convenient. The hotel was clean and generally the accomodation provided me with good value. I would stay here again. The only issue I saw was with another guest who made 2 requests of the front desk clerk and neither request was handled well. Had I personally experienced this I would have given a less […] positive rating for the hotel. The first situation was a guest making a simple request for a late check out. It was little more than a communication problem and my business partner eventually intervened and the guest got his requested later check out. The second problem arose with that same guest being told he would have to pay for shuttle service to airport when that guest claimed he was told by the hotel person who orginally booked him into the hotel that the cost was included. He had the hotel booking clerk's name and date of booking. The front desk clerk that night did not make any attempt to find a compromise preferring to stay his ground and tell the guest basically he doesnt care what he may have been told, you pay for shuttle. The situation appeared more argumentative and embarrassing when challenging the guest in front of other hotel guests such as myself and others in the lobby. Its a 3 star hotel, for the price point exactly what I expected - clean, basic, simple - front desk staff were helpful and professional. "Long Wait"
I was disappointed on the distance from the airport, 20 min away. Shuttle was late picking us up in the morning and shuttle smelled like cigarette smoke. None of the lights worked when we entered our room and one lamp needed to be exchanged along with some lightbulbs.
