Furama Hotel Guangzhou - Гуанчжоу

Tiny room, very old building, couldn't use bathroom properly - you know - it's something. And don't mislead yourself - there's no river view, though it's close to the river, it is surrounded already by skyscrapers, so that nothing is seen.

This Hotel is nice and location is strategy ,but the attitude of the front dest receptionies very bad,not friendly.

staff are very rude & unhelpful! made me very angry i arrived at hotel at 14:00, staff told me i have to wait for 17:00 for room. really disappointed!!!!! >< no hot water supply at first, call front desk & room service for changing room, they ignore me!! too bad!!!!

I had stayed there 3night for superior room, and 1 night deluxe room, will strongly not recommand to stay at superior room, cos furniture are very old, basin water only hv old water, cold water tap spoilt, feed back and no ans or action back from hotel.... will recommand to stay at DELUXE room, facilities & furniture wise is much much beta...

The hotel itself is old, the most diasspointed service was the attitude of the front desk service. Will not consider to re-stay in this hotel.

Hotel have access to internet but do not provide us with . Hotel publicity mention access to high speed internet with extra charge, but never personal has offered this option to us, although we needed desperately internet to book further flight and hotel for our trip. I've found a cockroach within my pile of clothes,although we did not eat,left any […] food in our room.I brought this insect to the attention of the desk personal. My kids of 24 and 26 years old hate this hotel due to the personal attitude. Подробнее

hotel is quite old. staff unfriendly. arrived noon having to wait for hours to check in 2 rooms but was given 1 room only later another. supposed to have 3 restaurants in hotel but there were none at all for 2 years ago. should make this clearly to guests before making a booking. what a bluff.and unacceptable.

The receiptionists are always rude; not friendly! Hope they will change their attitude especially the senior staffs.

Hotel is so flity.

Furama/Guangzhou. We checked out one hour after we checked in, even if we of course could not get our money back. The air in the building was lethal. The lobby smells of mildew, the room of smoke and mildew. So although the view from our room on the 27th floor was nice, and the staff friendly, we strongly advice everyone NOT to stay here! The sheets […] had stains and the building, carpets, rooms are very worn. Compared to the two other hotels (Carat Spa and Leeden) we stayed at in Guangzhou, the price here was extremely expensive considering what you get. Подробнее

Other than the location and price, I have no other good things to say about this hotel. Service was abominable and most staff seemed to think of us as pests. Knowledge of surrounding sights was also lacking. There was NO business centre with internet. We were rudely told to try the internet cafes nearby. Room was old with peeling wallpaper and stained […] carpeting. Toiletries were basic and thankfully the airconditioning and bathing amenities worked. The tv did conk out in the middle of the first night and the repairman had to give it many hard knocks before it could be revived. Bed was hard, as with many Chinese hotels. Go for Furama only if you like staying near to supposedly hip pubs/bars and just want a bed, albeit hard one, to crash. Подробнее

The Furama is located near the pearl river, fairly close to most down-town sights. Except for the good location, the hotel is mediocre at best. The lobby looks already pretty run-down, the staff rather unfriendly and not helpful. The room was again pretty run down and smelled musky. However, everything worked. it's value of money..

The location of the hotel was excellent (the river and proximity to the electronic plaza was excellent) but the surrounding lowered the hotel standards. The lobby and front of the hotel were good also however the rooms were old and dated. The Hotel environment is much better than expected in a 3 star rating. Most importance of all is the central location, easy acess both to the left & right wings of both the shopping belt & wholesales center. getting a cab is a breeze away by the main road.

不要給酒店名字騙了, 此酒店很舊并不美麗及豪華

不會推薦別人去，自己也不會再入住

安いので料金にしては満足できます。 ただ、となりの部屋との壁が薄く、となりの部屋のしゃべり声が夜遅くまで響き渡りなかなか寝られませんでした。 駅から若干歩きます。ホテルまでの道で飲食店があるので便利です。

1) 接待檯时时常要保持两个人. 那天服务员很好 2) 冷气不够冷 3) 位置好, 交通車方便,但周围环境不高贵 4)酒店大厅够要宽大, 能有發展的空间,如果裝修一下, 将能吸引更多客人

酒店大堂設備陳舊.傢俱也都爛了.不替換.服務員態度不友善.較不能接受

位置頗方便, 近海珠橋酒吧街,往地鐵站步行約10分鐘

整體設施陳舊.服務台電腦聯系落後.房內沒有上網設施.

Location: Bars/Karaokes nearby, 5 - 10 mins walk from Metro station; enjoy nite walk near the river; shops/restaurants very close. Hotel: a reasonable standard room compare to room rates, dont expect too much on the facilities; soaps/shampoo/slopper provided; PS: i stayed two nites by myself without expectation

以富麗華這品牌來說不及格. 豪華房比相片看起來殘舊, 樓下多的士高, 晚上出入較為不便. 但價錢可以, 花灑夠熱夠力.

The room condition is quite close to what is shown in the photos. The location is quite good, 10 mins from metro, with a 24hrs McDonald's nearby. There are bars and discos beside the hotel. The view is not bad as it's very near to a river. The service is okay. What made me disappointed is how muggy and hot it is in the room. There is no air-cond in […] room (only weak wind) during the 3 days of stay. When we enquire about that, their answer is they are not turning on the air-cond in that season (March). Another thing is the noise-insulation is extremely bad. I can hear quite clearly the noise from the next room. All in all, it is worth the price. Подробнее
