Very small rooms but clean. No place to site other than on bed and desk type chair. Most people went down to the lobby to sit if they were going to eat or visit with people.

It's a "no frills" hotel, but in a good way. The room was on sale, so about half the price of the neighboring hotels. In return for paying less, I got all of what I needed - a nice bed, decent bathroom (with tub) and a bowl of cereal in the morning. I also liked being able to open the window for fresh air, and not listen to the heating or cooling cycling […] on and off all night. (Of course highway noises aren't a great trade off...) Frills I might care about on a longer stay would be a fridge or microwave, a bigger room, and a more elaborate breakfast. But then again, I'd be paying more.... Подробнее

I've stayed here many times in the past few years and have always been pleased with the cleanliness, the room size, the comfort of the beds, etc. The breakfast is nothing to shout about, but it's adequate. The value for the price cannot be beat. The in room amenities are exceptional for a hotel in this range. I have stayed at this hotel on at least two trips. I like it when travelling with my dogs. They put you in a first floor room and there are lots of grassy areas outside for potty breaks. It's a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff and unlimited coffee!

Room was clean & average for the price. Staff were friendly. Main complaint was the noise. It's right off the interstate and the noise level from traffic was terrible. Sounded like my window was open. Couldn't sleep all night.

I brought my dog and they were welcoming about that. Nice check-in help. Did not stay for breakfast although they have one. Easy to get to. It was generally pretty clean. Bathroom was great.nice big fluffy towels.the cleaners should use a crevice tool when vacuuming the corners and edges of the carpet but that was my only complaint otherwise the carpet […] was clean. Enjoyed by stay here but the north winter wind was blowing through the heater/air conditioner wall unit, making it cold & the heater was running off & on every few minutes. They did give me a blanket, which helped.

The desk attendant was friendly but needed to have her cell phone on silent while helping customers. The rooms were nice with good lighting. Difficult to control the heat in the room. Fan shut off frequently even though the room had not reached desired temperature. Cold air coming in under the heating unit. Bed was very small for a queen and mattress was thin.

A no-frills hotel (no pool). Seems that lots of out of town sports teams and/or music ensembles choose this hotel due to location and low rates.

Our room was very nice. Everything was new and clean. Beds were comfortable and the staff was great.

Very clean room. Comfortable bed, tv worked, shower very nice, heat controls worked to satisfaction. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a cheap room for a few nights. The room was small but for 50 a night I cant complain at all.

Room was very small and there was no microwave or regridg in room; however the bathroom was good, the breakfast was just fine and the space was very well laid out to give a spot to hang coats away, window ledge for suitcases -I will stay at this chain in the future - this was a great value.

We had to switch our 1st room because black hair was found in our sheets and ick on the comforter. The window had a crack running down it. The second room the beds were made with the blanket and quilt under the sheets but we were to tired to switch rooms again so we remade them ourselves. The lobby was very well kept but both rooms were not very clean. […] Thick dust around the perimeter like it hadnt been vacuumed close in a year. We have stayed at other microtels and it was fine. If not for the fact that we were only staying overnight due to traveling for our final destination, I might of ran away. A room with someone else's dirty laundry on the floor is what we got. Beds were ok, and we slept fine just to continue on to our next stop. Overall just a cheap place to crash.

Needed a decent place to stay for one night in Ames. This fit the bill. No problems with the room. Nothing overly fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Would stay again.

Our check in was quick and our room easy to find. The room was clean and good water pressure in shower. We stayed 2 nights and got along great. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator to keep our waters cold overnight but otherwise no complaints.

overall great experiences. 2nd stay this summer. 1st time room was very clean. The second time one of the beds was dirty and the floor wasn't clean. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels.
