where do i start? well had a gap under entry door about inch wide , carpet look like it was never vacuum , towels rough as sand paper heating was not enough to keep room warm, maybe reason for that was gap under front door i can keep going but I am not trying to forget that one night , oh yeah one more thing bath room so out of date , looks like bath […] room from sixty's . If it wasn't so late getting to hotel i would had left to another hotel , but was tired of driving an it was late . never never never stay at that hotel { if y all want to call it a hotel } i call it worst hotel in history . thank you . for recommend this nightmare also i spoke to hotel clerk about issue , they seem not to interested in what i had to say ПодробнееОтзыв реального пользователя Hotels.com

"NOT OUR KIND OF HOTEL/MOTEL"

"Pet Friendly in Tyler"
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating for a very reasonable price. They happily welcomed our 4 legged friends and extended our stay when we decided to add another day onto the vacation. The room was actually a suite with microwave, fridge, 2 bathrooms, wetbar, etc. The breakfast bar was sparce but overall this hotel exceeded my expectations […] and needs. Will stay there again. "JUST DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!"
Well, I should have known not to stay here: you get what you pay for.... This place is rundown, outdated and just plain gross. The bed was hard, the carpet was nasty, the "free breakfast" was cut up grapefruit, a few Little Debbie snack cakes and cereal. Then, to beat all heck, some old middle eastern man (the owner, apparently) came out fussing at […] me because we filled our **tiny** cooler with a couple of cups of ice! Since you did not make your dissatisfaction known during your stay (and that is an unfortunate disservice to other potential guests by not giving a room number in order for us to correct the issues) allow us address the issues now. In regards to your complaints about the room, you should have notified the front desk at the time of your stay that your bed was “hard” and that the “carpet was nasty” so that immediate action could have been taken. We would have gladly moved you to another room and had our maintenance department address the issues. Your misrepresentation of our offering in the Complementary Continental Breakfast are also a disservice to fellow Hotels.com customers who will not think we also include biscuits, gravy, bagels, waffles, coffee, milk, and orange juice for breakfast. The “old middle eastern man” is not the owner and the management has spoken to him about “fussing” at you to ensure such behavior will not be repeated. However, there are signs posted on ice machines requesting that ice chests not be filled as a courtesy to other guests.

When I requested this room on Hotels.com I requested a room that would sleep 6 - this hotel came up. When I arrived I found this did not sleep 6 but only 4 to a room. The hotel graciously gave me a second room and even though they were next door to each other they were not adjoining rooms and we had to walk outside to get to the other room. "Great Price and Great Service"
When we arrived, the worker at the front desk said that he noticed that we had children with us and asked if we would prefer to switch rooms from having one king sized bed, to having 2 queens. He said there was a sleeper sofa in the room, but wanted us to be comfortable. So he suggessted that we go and look at the room and decide what we wanted to do. […] After looking at the room, we decided to go ahead and switch to the double queen room for comfort sake. I was very thankful that the front desk worker was so thoughtful and accomodating. When I thanked him, he said, "We will do whatever we need to so that you and your family have what works for you." We had booked a jacuzzi suite, and I was expecting a larger jacuzzi, not just a jetted bath tub. But regardless, the jetted tub worked and felt great, even if it was smaller than I expected.
