Очень понравился отель, обслуживающий персонал. Немного боялись, что в связи с близостью к станции будет слышен шум поездов. Но к счастью, нам ничего не мешало. Напротив остановка общественного транспорта и бесплатных автобусов в Гардалэнд и Мувилэнд. Довольны своим выбором, 10 баллов из 10.

Отличный отель, расположен прямо в историческом центре города - до любых достопримечательностей рукой подать. В номере свежий, очень хороший ремонт, светло, просторно и уютно. В наших апартаментах была спальня с действительно большой кроватью и гостиная-студия с полностью укомплектованной кухней. Все обставлено хорошей мебелью. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. С карты дополнительно не снималось и не замораживалось каких либо сумм за бронирование или депозит. За эту же цену рядом были только отели 2-3*, либо 4* подальше от центра. Недалеко есть ресторанчики, супермаркет в 600м. Там же платная подземная парковка - рекомендую оставлять машину здесь и в центр идти только пешком.

отличное расположение, пешком центр рядом, завтрак хороший, все чисто. сначала предложили на 2-м этаже. очень плохо закрывались окна, потом на 5-м - все ок.

В период нашего проживания (Декабрь) был закрыт собственный термальный комплекс отеля. Клиентам ежедневно выдавали бесплатные ваучеры в термальный комплекс "Аквария", где бассейнов и услуг значительно больше. Ваучер включает талоны на напитки и питание.

В целом, хорошо. Соответствует своей ценовой категории. Расположен в 3 км (7 остановок) от центра. Добратьс легко на автобусе за 1,5 евро, либо на такси за 12 евро. Таскси лучше заказывать, так как найти на улице сложно, особенно вечером.

"Отель"
Очень понравились шоколадки на подушке каждый вечер, и завтрак был превосходным. Близко к станции и до центра 7 минут быстрой ходьбы. Все сотрудники были приятными и очень эффективно работали. Отличное место.

Наша поездка в Верону была очень короткой, и отель стоит в действительно хорошем месте, 5-10 мин ходьбы до железнодорожного вокзала и 10-15 минут до главной базарной площади, которая великолепна! Хорошо расположен в тихом районе - хорошего уровня 4-звездочный отель. Все сотрудники были очень дружелюбны. Гостиница была безупречно чистой. Хотя номера были не большие, больше походили по размеру на номера в Центре Города, но красиво оформлены с ощущением дороговизны. Изначально подушки были чрезвычайно твердыми для нас, но по нашей просьбе их заменили на мягкие пуховые подушки. Завтрак был по первому классу с обилием свежих фруктов, самообслуживание, на выбор горячие блюда. Кроме того, бесплатный коктейль в первый день и шоколад на подушке. Мы остановились здесь на одну ночь в мае. Не ожидали многого, но были приятно удивлены. Мы добрались до отеля рано, и они разрешили оставить наш багаж бесплатно, пока мы не заедем. We chose this hotel for 3 days as part of our honey moon. We were upgraded and given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. It was conveiniently located a short walk from the centre of Verona and is a 10 minute walk from the train station. HOTEL FRIENZE was great to stay in ,lovely rooms very quiet ,excellent beds and friendly staff all made our trip to Verona very enjoyable.The position is excellent with parking garage next door and short stroll to the Arena and other attractions

We very much enjoyed staying at the Hotel Firenze. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable. My partner and I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Firenze for 1 night. Very much a business hotel, it was clean and the staff were generally professional and pleasant with the one exception mentioned above. We were given a room on the 1st or 2nd floor, facing the front of the hotel. The rooms on this side have a balcony. I was concerned about potential […] noise from the road outside in the morning, but I needn't have worried as doors to the balcony are well glaced and also have the added soundproofing and protection of metal shutters that are controlled electronically by pressing a button on the bedside - quite impressive, I thought. Overall, the room was quiet, which was most important to me. The room was not large, but clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and comfortable. The 'jucuzzi' shower which had sprays all around the inside of the shower to massage various parts of the body was rather novel, but unnecessary. A simple but good standard shower would have done the job just fine. I might also mention that one of the spray functions (perhaps a seldom used function) gave off a bad cheese-like smell... Loved this hotel. Verona is a great, quaint city to relax in - a good rest day for a tour of Italy. The room was wonderful. It was large, clean comfortable, and decorated refreshingly nice. If arriving by car ensure you contact the hotel well in advance if you wish to secure a parking space as there are limited numbers. Parking costs 15 Euro per night and a member of staff will escort you and your car to an underground car park in the adjacent side street. On arrival, for checking in, there are three car parking spaces directly outside […] the front of the hotel reserved for guests. We chose a superior room, very comfortable and with all of the facilities expected in a chain hotel. A large widescreen TV dominated the room and there was certainly no scrimping on the freebies. One minor downside was the wooden flooring. The guests immediately above us chose not to wear the courtesy slippers and noisily clopped around like a herd a cattle in stilletos. With the station only 12 minutes walk it is easy to access the fast Trenitalia rail services. Within an hour and a half of a superb hotel breakfast we were in Venice for the day. On route to the rail station form the hotel are two small cafe bars which are half the price of eating and drinking in the tourist areas of Verona. Beware that at night the local down and outs gather in the park near the rail station. If you want to stay in a typical quirky Italian hotel then the Firenze may not be ideal. But for the guest seeking Euro style very close to the sights of Verona with that extra touch of luxury then the Firenze is perfect. Подробнее

"Wonderful break"
The hotel is centrally situated with easy access to the old part of town and the bus and train stations. We had a day in Verona including the Opera and a day at Lake Garda. the hotel staff were very helpful - Lake Garda was an hour by bus, Verona truely magical - it was great to be so well situated and able to walk everywhere.

Trés bon hotel, mais un petit Hic....Il ne doivent pas connaître Le Français, c'est un problème pour ce genre d'hotel, qui je pense doit avoir du personnel parlant le Français, nous n'avons quand même pas une langue morte!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Angenehmes Hotel in guter, sehr zentraler Lage"
Wir waren mit dem Hotel rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war ruhig, komfortabel ausgestattet (Jacuzzi, Möglichkeit, warme Getränke zuzubereiten) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal zwischen Stadtzentrum (zu Fuß ca. 5 Min.) und Hauptbahnhof. Der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Een echt stads hotel, met ontbijt in de zaal "beneden". Prima verzorgd en vriendelijk personeel! Locatie is perfect voor een dagje shoppen in Verona en een bezoek aan de opera in de Arena. Wij hadden een geweldige studio, met zicht op de hoofdstraat en van alle gemakken voorzien.

We had a wonderful time in Verona. The hotel was in a great location for walking around the city. It was an easy walk along a wide, very safe street coming back from the opera late at night. nous avons été logé dans l'annexe dans une chambre spacieurse, côté cuisine, salon, côté chambre, entrée. Très propre - nouveau- Nous avons pris une chambre triple tout en étant 2. L'annexe paraît meilleur que l'hôtel et loge les chambres triples apparemment. se renseigner cela vaut le coup
