The rooms were dirty. The air conditioner fell apart. Location was terrible, no food available close by that was open. Great fast next day was horrible! We will never stay at a microtel again.

First experience of the Microtel brand. Very impressed with comfort, cleanliness and price. Good breakfast. Location also good for accessing downtown, and Temple Square. Front Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative was excessively noisy AC unit compressor, that could not be used for sleeping - we used fan only mode.

Nothing fancy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is starting to show it's age with scuffed doors and wear marks in the carpet.

Staff are very friendly and went to great lengths to make sure we had what we needed. Even picked up my husband at the airport. Staff are patient and very caring about the people staying in their hotel.

We stayed for a night enroute to Yellowstone. Location is close to the airport (approx 2 mi) & that's a relief! Overall, the stay was OK. Room didn't have a microwave or fridge, so that's a minus. Could do with some more choices for breakfast. Staff was courteous though & that matters. Overall OK......

I have stayed here several times when catching a flight. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The furnishing are very nice. Only thing I would like to see them add is a fridge and microwave in each room. There really aren't any eating places close by so you either have to order in or drive a ways to eat. Nothing fancy, but served it's purpose. Hotel location was great for access to the surrounding area. Room was clean and comfortable. Great if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Included breakfast was nice and convenient.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean, however was disappointed that the TV was an old model that sat on the dresser.....there was an empty space on the wall where medal brackets were still mounted on the wall but no flat screen TV. But was fine for a one night stay.

The staff was OK, but they seemed to be anxious for us to leave even though we left well before check out. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ok. Kind of sparse and no protein... not even yogurt :/

When I first arrived I realized quickly that the room I was in had toe nails all over the floor. It was disgusting. I called the front desk and they said they would move me to a clear room right away. They were very apologetic. The room had no bedside lights which made it difficult at night to walk around and no clock. perhaps this room was being prepared for remodel. Don't believe I will stay on there on my return trip .

LOVED IT! I will look for Microtel on my future trips if this hotel is any indication of the standards that they keep.It was super plush and comfortable in the room. It was handily off the freeway and in the immediate Airport area..

The price of the room was much lower than surrounding hotels. Plus 2weeks of airport parking for $20 almost paid for the room. Service was great. Very clean rooms. Great value.

I was returning from an international trip and needed to overnight in SLC and continue on to my final destination. I arrived at the Hotel very tired around midnight. When I walked in the Lobby of the Hotel I would have turned around and found another Hotel if I wasn't so tired from travel. The carpets in the halls and elevator were filthy and everything […] looked worn out and dated. When I got to my room on the second floor there was a "Do not Disturb" card hanging on the door. So back to the front desk. The clerk assured me there wasn't anyone in the room so back I went. I got my things in the room and went to take a shower, undressed and grabbed the shampoo bottle provided and it was empty. So I dressed and headed back to the front desk again. The bathroom tub & sink look old and dirty. There was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. The shuttle was on time picking me up from the airport and in the morning to return to the airport. However, it only picks up once an hour on the hour. Hotel was very nice , not overwehlming on appearance . Room was clean and comfortable and looked as though they were trying to upgrade and make it look more up to date , however, it still had the 70'ish look . Carpets are really worn in the center and are in need of replacing soon.

Does what it says on the box, clean, convieneinet hotel near airport. Ideal for people in transit requiring somewhere comfortable to get some sleep. Helpful staff, modern rooms and facilities and good overall value.

Unfortunately, our iphone map function couldn't locate the address for the motel, but we finally figured it out even tho the standard map given out by the rental car agency did noy go west of the airport (where the motel is located).
