The staff was kind and accomodating. They were renovating so a bit inconvenient as we had to enter from a side door and noisy work going on. That was made up for by the nice newly refurbished room, kind staff, breakfast provided and the convenience of the location to everything we wanted to do. I would definately stay again.

Hotel was very close to Hershey Park probably about 1 mile. Hotel was very quiet and our room was very clean. The main lobby was under renovation, by the looks the main lobby will look good. While the hote overall was clean and convenient to a lot of stores and parks, the bed mattresses were hard and very uncomfortable.

We were displaced from our home due to Hurricane Sandy. With no heat or hot water we decided to go to Hershey. The staff of the Hotel has been extremely accommodating. It's been a great experience! I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

The hotel was clean and had nice rooms. the hotel is close to downtown hershey and easy to get to and from there by driving. the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to use the computer there to copy a paper from our email and the staff helped us fax it also. there is a free breakfast in the morning which was great to grab a bite and take off […] to where ever we were going for the day. Our room was a suite,(two queen beds, a pull out couch) that was roomy and comfortable enough for our three teenage boys. The couch in the living room area is separated and affords a small degree of privacy. The mattress was slightly lumpy, moderately firm but I'm used to a high end sleep # bed. The front desk is pleasant, but not a fountain of information. […] There were no discounts or deals at the Park that we could discern (find a Dunkin Donunts- we belatedly found $8 off admission coupons). The breakfast area is a cross between Lord of the Flies and Road Warrior. Too many kids, too little room at the trays, not enough food, gone as soon as it goes out. The kitchen workers are superb, working hard to replenish, but there aren't enough of them and there are seriously testy backups for the eggs, sausage and waffles. Children should not be allowed at the food area: every third kid was coughing and sneezing onto whatever food was out. But, I must admit breakfast at the hotel is a big attraction for us and we found the competition no challenge (New Yorkers know how to get theirs!). Nice TV with good channels. Ten minute straight drive to the Park. We'd stay again. Подробнее

Hotel was sold out and people waited over an hour for "free breakfast". Seemed like poor management knowing your hotel is at maximum and not planning for the food. They opened another room up to accommodate and the staff was very friendly. Just too packed.

Very happy with the hotel but not quite big enough for our party of 6. Two adults and 4 children. Breakfast was OK but not warm enough and not replenished fast enough. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place to stay if you're planning to take advantage of the attractions in Hershey. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. A buffet breakfast (with hot items) was included in the price of the stay. Thumbs up.

The staff were very nice and very helpful. Our kids enjoyed the pool immensly as did a lot of other people there. The breakfast buffett had a lot of choices and was replenished often. Overall we enjoyed it a lot.

Hotel appeared to be at full capacity for our weekday stay - lots of kids as it was Christmas break from school. Breakfast was a challenge the 1st morning: only 1 waffle maker which caused long lines. They did add another one the next morning. Staff replenished food slowly, a small amount at a time. We ate in conference room, which was fine. Glad we […] were on 3rd floor - chlorine smell on 1st floor was extremely strong. Room was clean except for a couple of cobwebs at the ceiling. Housekeeping was helpful when questions were asked. We're not used to soft water, so showers seemed strange - felt like we couldn't get the soap off! Elevator was shut down at one point - ran very slow. Overall it met our needs and we would probably stay there again. My husband liked the exercise room, which he had all to himself both days. However, we were VERY disappointed that despite being told that there were in room movies by both the main Marriott office and the hotel itself, there were indeed no pay per view movies, which was something we were looking forward to. I stayed at the hotel for a work and I thought it would be a little better than the motel options in the area. It was just as bad. Very uncomfortable and dark. Hard to do work in room. Nice Location, friendly staff... however for the price i was slightly disappointed in the quality. I would recommend staying here, however for a special occasion spend the extra money for the extra luxuries!

Overall, this hotel is great. Besides waking up at 6:30 am by people's footsteps from the floor above and people talking, walking, opening and closing their doors out in the hallway it's a very nice place in a nice area.

Nice hotel very close to Hershey. Quiet and hotel staff friendly. Only complaint they close the INDOOR pool during thunder storms? Never saw this before at other hotels. So we had nothing to due whilr it rained. Otherwise would stay there again

This hotel was great! They staff was more than courteous. The room was large enough. Short distance to Hershey Park. Hotel was in a quiet location. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was nice. Waffles were great, eggs and sausage were all fresh and hot. Would defitnitely stay again.
