My room didn't have towels (which I didn't discover until after my morning shower) and wasn't fully set up for a new guest. I didn't notice this until the morning because I arrived late, was tired, and fell to sleep.

I called the day before our stay to make sure their Pools were working and that they had the other amenities that the website stated....like Jacuzzi and shuttle to the airport, I was told that everything was in working order and the shuttle left every 15 minutes. (The shuttle was the most important amenity to me as I had a flight out the next morning) […] You can imagine my surprise when upon arriving I found that they had no shuttle. Knowing it would take 3-5 day to receive my refund I knew I had no other choice but to stay. So I contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel only to be told a different story than what I was told, such as the Jacuzzi just broke down, and I was told it had been broken for months!! Hotel NOT comfortable or convenient for a family. Initial room was dingy, dark, had odor to it, trash in bedside stand and NO remote to TV. When I notified front desk, they quickly changed me to another room that was not as smelly, brighter and had a remote. The shower did not have a "full" stream either. Not first stay there. Room was nice. Pillows very comfortable. Pool is nice. Staff very police and friendly. Bathroom needs to be larger but did have enough counter space inside of it. Shower was just a bit small. Great price for the night. Just needs a few updates.

The lobby looks very nice, perhaps I should have slept there, cleaner than the room. The room is filthy, bathroom tub nearly clogged, toilet barely flushes, breakfast is pathetic, and the check-in girl was so slow and unwelcoming during the check in process. Oh and the smell of the room! Never again!

I was pleasantly surprised. I had read some of the previous reviews and was worried about what I would find. Our room was clean and quiet. We were just there for one night, but we had everything we needed.

Stay was okay problem was with they advertise for a shuttle but have no shuttle service. The taxi service that they use is horrible, doesn't look like taxi looks more like an old beat up under cover car. "Very Embarrassing" to represent any hotel.

Everything in room needed to be redone. Paint peeling, dirty carpet, dirty sofa, drapes falling, AC unit noisy and bent. I chose this hotel as a gathering point for final visit with my family before we left the state. We we got there we discovered that nothing was open in the hotel. No bar, no gift shop, no coffee shop. The pool was open but the room that contained it was really grungy. The rooms were also quite shabby and the AC was not adjustable. Wifi in room worked […] well but there was no outside access in the lobby/bar area. It worked as a gathering point but I would not have been happy if I had planned on sleeping there. The bones of the Hotel itself are lovely but really needs some TLC. If you are looking for a inexpensive place to crash near the airport and are not fussy this would work. The Room was ok. The air conditioner in the room was loud, beet up and hard to controle. It woke us up several times at night. The hot tub was broken down and not useable. The pool area didn't seem very clean. The floor in the elevator was sticky. This hotel looks rundown from the outside but the inside was was nicer looking. they did have some of their emergency lightin in the hall way that was falling off the wall as well as a smoke detector. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel services were sparse at best. The gift shop/snack shop was closed the entire time we were there, the drinks vending machines I found were empty and I had to ask for more sets of towels because our room was only supplied with towels sets for one person. Lobby is beautiful, which is misleading, as the rooms themselves are run down and very much in need of renovation. Only one elevator which was very far from our room. Price is good, though, so I guess we get what we pay for.

This is the second time that the pool/jacuzzi were not working during our stay. One main reason we selected this hotel was to enjoy the indoor outdoor pool. Very disappointed. Also at check in we were told they no longer allow guests to park and store their cars, however their website still offers this service and charges you for it.

Fire alarm kept going off and the fix had the alarm ringing constantly in the front desk/lobby area. Tub is old thus shows wear and appears dirty - no one you would want to take a bath in. if you have ever seen the shining and the Overlook hotel the inside had me waiting for the kid to come ridding along on his big wheel saying red rum. It was clean enough but smelled funny. Their phone is broken so you cannot get a hold of them so they can tell you their shuttle is NOT RUNNING! Also, their pool is closed. The hotel smells awful. The room is somewhat clean. The air conditioner is very loud. First of all, I booked two doubles, and I received one king. This did not meet my needs. When I informed the staff, they told me they had nothing else because they had oversold. In the second room, there was also only one pillow on a king-size bed. When I complained the following morning that the second room also had not been acceptable, I was given no response, which led me to believe that the hotel staff is well aware of the problems. Their hands are obviously tied.The only good things I can say about the hotel is that the price is very affordable (you get what you pay for), and for some reason its public areas are clean, pleasant, and well-appointed. The hotel is very nice looking, but doesn't offer a whole lot to guests. My husband and I stayed here on a Tuesday night but had to walk about a half a mile away to find a restaurant/bar. Their listing shows pictures of an arcade and theatre, but neither were available for use during our stay. There is a gift shop, but it was also closed during our entire stay. The room was very clean and well maintained except that the toilet didn't flush very well, the television remote didn't work and the coffee pot in the room didn't have a basket to place the coffee filter into. However, when I called the front desk to report the remote and coffee pot issue, they responded promptly and provided a new coffee pot and maintenance came to address the remote issue right away.
