Extended Stay America - Dallas - Farmers Branch - Даллас

Hotel is starting to feel slightly worn, but is clean. I wish they had a rewards program. Pool closes in winter and there is No hot-tub/spa. The Deluxe Suite has a good size, internet and Tv worked. Kitchen equipment is spartan but I could make it work. Small exercise room With Cardio equipment (threadmill + Bike).

I paid for 4 nights April 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th. The man at the counter said I would have to pay for another night if I didn't pay to stay Thursday night and not only that, I would have to pay full price for the room. You can see in your records that I had to stay at another hotel for Thursday the 26th. I know this is not your fault - sometimes there […] is someone else that causes the problem. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The first item I noticed was the hall-ways and common areas were starting to look worn an outdated. I sincerely wished that was the only issue. The room itself was fine. However, the bathroom was small. The hotel only provides soap and not other toiletries. This is the first hotel I have ever visited that […] did not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. My real issue was with the toilet. The toilet seat was wooden and instead of replacing the seat when needed, the hotel simply painted it. The problem is that the paint had started to peel. Sadly enough, this seat had several layers of peeling paint. It was chipped it several places and the brush marks were visible in both the seat and the lid. I am thankful I was by myself and did not actually have to “sit “on this. If my family had been with me, I would have left the hotel. The phones and the remote controls were filthy. Top this off with finding a roach in my coffee mug in the morning, and needless to say, I was in a rush to leave. I would never recommend this hotel. Подробнее

My main reason for staying here was I was spending 4 nights while working at a customer's office during the week. I've stayed at surrounding hotels during 1 night stays and this was half the cost plus offered the ability to have a full sized fridge and microwave. The ethically diverse hotel has guests that are living there on extended stay, so do not […] be surprised if the hallways have a smell of various cooked foods. The hotel also allows pets and during my stay I did hear a dog barking in the next room, however after turning on the room a/c fan it did not effect my sleep. The surrounding area is office/business with hotels, upscale town-homes and full of middle to upper scale eating places, so if you don't want to cook there is plenty of variety. If you are looking for a low cost, no-frills hotel in the area then I would suggest this hotel might fit you bill. Подробнее

Room was nice and functional. Kitchen was like my apartment in college... You could cook, but not entertain. Good value and good location. Common area's had faint smell of cooking, but every room had a kitchen and none of them have effective exhaust hoods. Only drawback was lack of internet wireless access in room.

I really appreciate extended stay hotels, because all I'm really looking for when I travel for business is someplace cheap and safe, with a bed and free Wifi. With the exception of a 1-time charge of $3 for internet access, StudioPlus fit the bill nicely. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located near the site of my conference. […] I got to stay the entire week for what one night would have cost at the conference hotel. There's no complimentay breakfast, no regular room service, the exercise room is kind of a joke, and while I was there the pool wasn't open. None of this mattered to me. I can clean up after myself, use the kitchen to make my own food, and exercise on my own. If you know this going in, and this is what you're looking for, then this hotel is a fantastic value! The hotel staff is very friendly, and helpful. They make you feel very welcome as soon as you come in. Also, my room was very nice. Its almost as if, you feel like you're at home. wow the lady that checked us in was not friendly. God forbid I interupt her to check in. The room we had I really dont think was what I reserved. I did not look anything like the picture. It was quiet though. We found trash behind the tv/dresser.

Room was wonderful, Full kitchen with utensils and everything needed to cook. The only bad thing about this room was the bed. It was like sleeping on a wooden board. Could use better mattress. Had a sofabed which comes in handy. Great location. Will definately stay here again.
