С того момента, как мы зашли через двери не было ничего кроме прохладного ветерка, теплого солнца, щебетания зябликов в большой викторианской клетке с птицами и красоты. Я от всей души рекомендую Junior Suite, отдых, проведенный в нашем […] номере был очень расслабляющим с большим количеством пространства и двумя телевизорами во время March Madness. Обслуживание в номерах было как наем собственного дворецкого с его заботой и беспокойством (я недавно заработал пищевую аллергию). Есть вкусную еду у бассейна в великолепных садах было потрясающе. Удивительная итальянская кухня в шикарном закрытом дворе на улице. Прекрасный тренажерный зал. Соблазнительные классы как для мужчин, и женщин. Хотя у нас не было достаточно времени, чтобы посетить корты, в Biltmore очень хороший теннис. Было очень весело прогуливаться по полю для гольфа по вечерам . The Biltmore was so accommodating to our needs. We stayed there during our wedding weekend. They made sure we had a great stay. I would recommend anyone to stay with them. The staff offers great customer service, and that is very rare in Miami. I loved and enjoyed my time at the Biltmore.

The Biltmore is a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous, pleasant and helpful. The Junior suite was spectacular. The Cuisine in all of their restaurants was excellent, The Spa was fabulous. Loved every minute of my stay.

We were supposed to get a suite but they told us that we could only have one rollaway bed - problematic for my two kids. The offering on computer and description of the room was misleading. Expedia failed to advise me that the pool and all of the adjacent terraces would be closed .They had advised there would be some outside work and that it would not interfere with my holiday.The noise of the builders at breakfast was very intrusive and the lack of a pool and terraces to sit out at ruined my stay. The Hotel was under renovation during our stay and the pool was not available. However, the Hotel did provide complimentary breakfast to remedy it a little bit. There was some construction noise but bearable. Cant wait to go back to check out the reno'ed Biltmore, enjoy the pool and try the Sunday brunch again.

The hotel and staff were great, however the hotel pool was closed and under extensive renovation. The hotel provided passes and transportation to a nearby city pool which was very nice but we should have been advised that the pool was closed prior to our visit.

In a nutshell, The Biltmore Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we have had, and if you are looking for a relaxing hotel with lots to do then this is it. The hotel is located in a residential neighbourhood, and in nearby Coral Gables there is plenty of shopping and lots of great restaurants. It is about a 30 minute drive from South Beach and […] about 15 minutes from the Bayside Market (boat tours etc). The Biltmore is the polar opposite of the madness that you will find on South Beach. This is a hotel that focuses on relaxation and comfort, set in a beautiful estate, in a quiet residential area with a golf course, tennis courts, and a one-of-a-kind swimming pool. These alone do not make a great hotel. What makes The Biltmore a great hotel are its people - they simply cannot do enough for you. The staff are very relaxed, they don't try too hard, they just do a good job and are always willing to go the extra mile. When you add this to the hotel property itself it makes for a winning formula. We have stayed in some beautiful 5 star hotels all over the world and our experience at The Biltmore was the best to date. We would recommend this for families, couples, and romantic holidays. Upon check-in the staff was very friendly courteous. The room was clean , but unfortunately it was right across from the icemaker which we heard being used throughout the night. The servers and waiters were efficient and helpful. The bartender at the poolbar couldn't be bothered with questions as he kept referring us to the waiter. we searched for ghosts but didn't find any. but what we did find is a national icon, at very fair rates, and on a moment's notice when we visted the Venetian pool. both are a must-do. don't miss downtown Coral Gables, which offers fabulous drinks and dining, and the shops on the Mile. we can't wait to return!

If you don't want/need to stay at the beach, this is the go-to place. Historic hotel, turned back in time. Rooms can vary in size/location but are all updated with ceramic tile. Best hotel pool in the US. Staff treats you like royalty.

When I checked in the hotel, the lady at the reception desk was impatient and rude. The hotel is a bit old, and there is no hot water and tea bags provided in my room. Architecturally the hotel is beautiful even in a monsoon! While we didn't get to enjoy the pool, we dined poolside under cover - waiter was wonderful and brought towels for our shoulders to protect from stray wind and water. We were able to self park which was useful as our event was local to coral gables and avoided the longer valet waits. Took advantage of the spa on a rainy sunday - massage wtih the chardonnay oil was blissful and relaxing. Everything was ultra clean - room had high ceilings, bathroom had extra shelving to store all our toiletries, and the water pressure was out of this world! Room maintenance included turndown at night. LOVED everything.
