Very disappointed. Room I booked was not available when we checked in. Was told they had no way of contacting me. Specifically booked a two room apartment and got a room with one. Room was lacking in basic cleanliness, had lights that didn't work and tv reception that was unwatchable. Would have gone somewhere else if Rotorua was not full of people […] running the marathon. We booked 5 nites which gave us a discount for 3 nites min stay deal so was great value Rooms were clean but mouldy smell from clothes closet creeping to room No friendly smiles from reception however we appreciated the free WiFi Would likely return if deals still available

As far as the condition of the room was concerned, it was probably the worst we have experienced for a 3.1/2 star rating.

Room was not ready on arrival, but staff were very sorry for the inconvenience to us. Nice room otherwise, lovely big heated pool, good facilities and restaurant. Enjoyed stay at Silver Oaks Heritage, Rotorua.

Only spent one night here, staff very pleasant and helpful both on check in and check out, recommended several good places to eat as well as things to see and do as we travelled from Rotorua south. Beds were comfortable but the room was a bit dirty, dead bugs on the ceiling and it was evident when we pushed the twin beds together that they don't move […] furniture when they vacuum. Outdoor furniture on the deck area was a bit rickety. Overall it's a good place to stay for a one night stop over in Rotorua but don't think I would book a long term stay there. Location is easy if you have a car but would be a bit far from pubs and restaurants if you were walking. Подробнее

Enjoyed the room. Good price. Loved the restaurant. Looking forward to returning.

Service is good, condition of room and facility is dated. However, still represent value for money given the cheaper rent.

hotel had all the facilities and they were well used,including mini put golf ,swimming pool ,spa pool.An added bonus was the kitchen facilities which enabled us to cook our own meals.great stay at hotel will stay there again

Got this room pretty cheap,and it was okay, but could have done with a good clean, and a few fittings replaced. Also because it was shut up smelt pretty sulphury. Okay for money but nothing much.

I did not stay but our men did on conference in Rotorua. The comments back were the the accommodation was satisfactory

This hotel is great value for money. It has a tennis court with free use of rackets and balls, a large hot swimming pool, some indoor spa pools, a restaurant and bar, and mini-putt golf. The rooms are fairly ordinary but tidy and clean.

cleanliness is not a top priority for these people. they seem to forget to place rubbish bins on the floor and not on the cooking bench. every aspect of the acomodation is in desperate need of maintenance. showers and toilets are worn out. not enough dishes in the kitchen. they didn't even bother to check to ensure there were drinking cups and wine […] glasses in the kitchen. not enough towels left in the room. room service the next day only emptied our rubbish bin and left the bin on the kitchen bench amongst all the food. Location of hotel was perfect for us - close to the woods for biking. Room was clean and tidy but there was not enough cutlery,plates etc or pans for cooking meals, considering it had cooking facilities in the room. Staff very helpful and friendly they found us cutlery and plates but unfortunately as they were full no more pans were free. Pool is great […] for the children as is the playground. hotel close to town and te puia which we wanted to visit... Room not very clean stains on carpet..needed painting... not enough cutlery and plates for 5 people...toilet broke...they sent chef to have a look !!!!!!!!!!!! still not fixed owner came didnt know what to do..so fixed myself...however staff very good and friendly

Some reviews were very negative but we received a great rate and having booked a studio were pleasantly surprised to be given a 1 bed apartment. This was reasonably equipped and clean. Furnishings were a little worn, but no worse than many other motels. Swimming pool tended to get rather hot - like a very hot bath at times!

1. base of bed so worn we had to put the mattress on the floor. 2. The television did not work and it had to be replaced. 3. pillows the thickness of a towel and it took 2 hours to get another thin pillow. 4. The refrigerator was not turned on. 5. we were not even given milk to make a cup of tea. An overall bad experience.

quite in the heart of the city, easy walk to CBD etc. Good customer service and free internet access in the lobby. On the flip side, wish rooms were sound-proof and that there was no charge or no more than $10 car park charge for parking in the hotel.

Under the bed was dirty seems like it haven't been vacuumed in ages, Fridge didn't work, Spa pool water was cold other than these we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is recommended and we'll stay again.

The first room they gave us was filthy, there was water in the "spa tub" and the bottom of the tub had crud on it. There was no tv in the room, and the room was cold and we couldn't find any way to turn on the heat. I think we reserved the only queen room they had and it wasn't in rentable condition. They gave us a double which was cleaner - carpet […] still didn't look too good. The bed wasn't that great but the room at least had a heater and a tv. They didn't offer us any money back off our stay - reserved queen room and only received a double....There is no way this was a 3 star hotel.... Подробнее

可もなく不可もなくでした。 Wifiは提供されていましたがかなり弱く寝室では使用できませんでした。 中心部からは若干、遠いですが許容範囲でした。

Efterhånden alt for nedslidt. Vi blev som damen i receptionen var glad over hele hoved over, opgraderet med et værelse med spa. Hi hi hvor naive tror folk efterhånden man er. Dette rum (udestue) var nok fra sidst i firserne. Når først algerne ligger over det meste af gulvet tror jeg godt man kan sige, lidt for nedslidt. お部屋も広く設備としてはキッチン、ジェットバスもあり、部屋の外には温泉プールもあり、パットゴルフ場もあったりとなかなかいいのですが、何しろ建物が古いので清潔感にかける感じは否めません。ハウスキーピングも食器の洗い方がやや雑でした。ランドリー室があり長期の家族旅行だった我が家には大変助かりました。町の中心部からはやや遠いのですが、中心地から直進で車なら5分ほどですから車で移動するなら全く問題ないです。お値段がリーズナブルなのでそう考えればわりといい方ではないかと思います。

L'hôtel se situe sur l'avenue principale. L'entrée est agréable et même les différents bâtiments mais une fois dans la chambre, tout est vieux, les taies des coussins des canapés sont pour ne pas dire vieux de 10 ans. Le lit est trop mou. La piscine est chauffée mais on peut y voir les cheveux, les fils des tissus flottés (nous y sommes restés 3 nuits) […] donc l'entretien laisse à désirer. On se dit que vraiment la crise est passée et est toujours là car l'hôtel est presque vide et donc l'entretien a un coût... Подробнее
