В Paramount Hotel Times Square New York вы будете в центре событий. Это действительно Times Square. Мы останавливались там с семье на 10 дней, и это много. Больше 1-2 ночей там нечего делать. Удобно расположенный, но дорогой, если вы привычны к Нью-Йорку. Окружающая обстановка выглядит дружественно по отношению к Европейским вкусам, а соответствующие размеры комнат кажутся небольшими и практичными. Ожидайте многого от атмосферы бутиков, задающей уровень цен!

Превосходное расположение, чтобы увидеть все достопримечательности в короткий срок - только несколько маловат, чтобы быть действительно комфортабельным, и вестибюль темный и унылый.

Буквально. Было +32,2°С в Нью-Йорке и воздушный кондиционер в комнате был сломан, они не смогли починить его или переселить меня. Но были очень любезны по этому вопросу. Комнаты были малюсенькими, но элегантными, Театральный квартал - не плохое местоположение для посещения города. Неплохой бюджетный выбор для остановки в Нью-Йорке.

Самое лучшее в этом отеле - его персонал. Абсолютно каждый - служба обслуживания номеров, швейцар, служащие уборки номера, ресепшн и особенно изящный и привлекательный, но профессиональный бармен - выглядели искренне счастливыми видеть меня и готовыми сделать все, что они могут, чтобы быть уверенными, что я хорошо провела время. Я очень признательна […] (хотя некоторые, может, и нет), что когда я оставила знак "Не беспокоить" на несколько дней подряд, уборщица позвонила, чтобы узнать, действительно ли мне не нужны ее услуги. Вестибюль модный, но немного шумный из-за рок музыки. Недостатки: автомат с кубиками льда половину времени не работал (соответственно 4 за техническую оснащенность), но служба обслуживания номеров присылала ведро со льдом сразу же как только мы просили. Комната была несколько маловата даже для одного человека. Я не переживала по этому поводу, так как спала здесь одна, но если у вас куча багажа, будьте готовы к тому, что будете спотыкаться о него. Ставлю 4 за местоположение по двум причинам. Первое: "удобство" зависит от того, где вы планировали проводить большую часть своего времени, и второе: я терпеть не могу Таймс-сквер. По мне, там слишком много людей и хаотично. Это также объясняет, почему "три" за соседство. Этот район не является таким обездоленным и опасным, каким он был, когда я росла, тем не менее, вам несомненно стоит быть осторожными. (Полисмен на Таймс-сквер сказал, что главное преступление там - вырывание кошелька из рук.) Клиенты отеля выглядели на 30-55 лет, кто-то помоложе, кто-то в бизнес поездках и несколько гостей из-за границы. Я несомненно буду рекомендовать этот отель для определенных людей. Если вы ищете отель с подходящими местами для того, чтобы повеситься или комнату, чтобы просто "порушить" там все, этот отель возможно для вас. Комната была самой маленькой комнатой, которую я когда-либо видел, хотя много путешествовал. В дополнении к этому, она не была очень чистой... на кровати и в туалете были волосы. За те деньги, что я заплатил, […] комната больше походила на комнату в общежитии, нежели на номер в гостинице. Было некомфортно находиться в столь маленьком тусклом пространстве. Я выглянул в окно и мог видеть спящего в соседнем здании. Жутко! Я полагаю, несмотря на то, что цена была высокой... это все же было дешевле, чем в нескольких других местах в округе. Тем не менее, я думаю, в следующий раз я потрачу больше на 50-100 долларов, чтобы остановиться где-нибудь с нормальными размерами номеров. Превосходное местоположение и прохладное здание со старой атмосферой "шика-бутика" уносит вас назад в 90е годы, Парамаунт, однако, дорогая туристическая затея только едва дотягивающая до его "шикарных" корней. Если вы можете устроить крикливое разбирательство, то тогда оно еще может иметь смысл, но если же стоимость комнат будет возрастать, я бы порекомендовал […] поискать другие варианты. Комнаты очень маленькие (даже королевский люкс) и ванные малюсенькие. Это изначальные размеры комнат с 1928 года. И не смотря на то, что их якобы "обновляли", эти комнаты много использовались и впитывают влагу. Великолепный отель. Очень чистый и с превосходным местоположением. Единственным негативным был один из служащих, который был менее чем полезен, но вероятно у него был плохой день. Все остальные прилагали все усилия, чтобы угодить.

Отель был намного меньше, чем я ожидал, вестибюль был близок к тому, чтобы быть клаустрофобным. Холл и вестибюль были тускло освещены, что порой приводило в замешательство. О позитивном: отель был наполовину закрыт от Таймс-сквер и был в центре по отношению ко всем театрам. Персонал отеля был профессионален и крайне любезен. Комнаты были микроскопическими. Это все шик и, как я понимаю, должно рассматриваться как крутое, но имелся недостаток места под багаж, ванна размером с очень маленький шкаф и отсутствие каких-либо подходящих розеток. Была одна напольная лампа в углу на другой стороне комнаты. Мне пришлось ее передвинуть, чтобы она был рядом с кроватью, так как не было […] лампы на прикроватной тумбочке. В номере были стеллажи в комнате, заполненные какими-то книгами и какими-то черно-белыми фотографиями. Ковер был в виде поддельной кожи зебры, и раковина была сделана из нержавеющей стали в форме конуса от мороженного. Возможно, это все стильно и все такое, но когда ты путешествуешь по работе, и тебе приходится остановиться где-то на неделю, ты хочешь создания уюта дома и удобства, чтобы легче работать. В номере не было стола, если быть точнее, только одна розетка, шкаф был размером со шкафчик в спортзале, который измял все мои рубашки. Я едва нашел место, чтобы разместить мою зубную щетку, еще стоячая душевая (не было ванны) ровно 2,5 ступни от края до края. Очень бедно обставлено для бизнес путешественника. Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. […] Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks. Подробнее

This hotel is right on times square which is great for getting close access to most of Manhattan. However be prepared for very crowded streets around Times Square at all times of the day and night. Once you get a few blocks away it is not as busy. Otherwise great location and good hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Bed was made, but the trash had not been emptied, carpet not swept, no fresh soap. Room was exceptionally small. Called front desk to report room condition, and could not get through. Went downstairs and told them I tried to call. The answer was we have been busy - too busy to answer the telephone.

I loved the Paramount! Located literally 1 block off of Times Square, I was very close to tour buses and subways. Upon arrival, I felt very welcomed and check-in was super fast. I read so many reviews about small rooms, that I actually held my breath upon entering my "queen" room. Amazing! 2 huge windows made the room feel very open (blackout curtains […] were included and used when sleeping). The space is set up so efficiently, TV mounted on the wall, lighting above the bed and very modern. The air worked great and made the room very comfortable. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was a great use of space as well, shelves mounted on the walls, and a space for towels behind the mirror. I had plenty of hot water and great water pressure and a full length mirror behind the bathroom door. At night, I had a great view of the lights from Times Square, but the room was quiet. Elevators were fast, never had to wait. My trip was just as a tourist, so I was only in the room to sleep and shower, but the Paramount exceeded my expectations. Also, the photos from the hotel are very representative of the facility. Hotel staff was very friendly, hotel and room were very clean. Very modern and hip, overall great NY experience. Подробнее

The suite with sleeper sofa reserved was "out of order" when we arrived at midnight after a full day of travel, so we were "upgraded" to the entertinment suite that only had one bed for the 4 people I reserved accomidations for. Our son & his wife shared a twin roll away because that was all the hotel could offer. The suite had stained carpet and very […] "tired" furnishings. We had to move our bags to the lobby early the next dayand where bothered by housekeeping to do so because they couldn't relocated us in the suite we had reserved until after 3:00... then moved again to the standard Queen room for our last night which was unbelievably small and spartan. Over three nights, we had to call in requests for sheets(none on the sleeper sofa), ice buckets, glasses, and a blanket..of course tipping each staff member that brought what should have been in the room to begin with.With all of the moving, I never did unpack. I would never recommend this property... there are plenty of others in this price range. Nice staff... not well managed...really awful bathrooms and not well kept. Подробнее

Great location near theatres and restaurants.

I really like the vibe of the Paramount hotel... the lobby is soooo cool, and everyone @ the hotel was really nice and very helpful:)

The rooms are not like their website photos. Staff seemed fairly nice. Clearly not a 4 or 5 star hotel but it was ok. Location really couldn't be better.

The Paramount is a very attractive hotel and has a very fashionable and stylish look. Our check-in was carried out by an extremely helpful, friendly and efficient lady and this could be said for all staff at the hotel....I would not hesitate to recommend it as it is 50 yards from Times Sq and easy to get everywhere from there. This hotel is fine if you you're not spending much time in the room. The lobby was very inviting. The room was clean and comfortable, but no frills.

hotel was nice. The room was very very small. There was no desk/table, the bathroom was tiny. There was a tiny 1/2 closet not tall enough to hang a dress, and no in room coffee maker.

It is in a good location for plays and Times Square. But the service was terrible. It took two days and many complaints from me to have my telephone fixed. It took 6 hours to get hand towels. The air conditioning is very noisy, etc.

I had seen on previous reviews that the rooms were small but I was still surprised when I walked in the room and there was the bed one step away. The hotel did say at check in that it was the smallest size room with a full bed and that larger rooms with Queen beds were available for an additional fee. We were only there one night so definately not worth […] upgrading since we'd rather spend money outside the hotel seeing the city. We ordered the pricey room service for breakfast and plus another pricey fee for parking overnight and tax (yes, there's tax on parking) ! They did let us keep our car parked there for a full 24 hours which made it a bit better. Needless to say we ended up spending a lot more than anticipated but it is NYC and the hotel's location is awesome! You can walk to the center of Times SQ. in less than a minute and it's in walking distance to so many great restaurants and bus tours. For the price and location, it's worth dealing with the tiny rooms if you'll be out of the room most the time anyway! Подробнее

It was my bad that I selected this hotel. Its by far been my worst stay in NYC and across the globe

Our family went to NYC to see a show and booked this hotel because the location was great-within walking distance of the theatre, great restaurants, and sight-seeing venues. However, other than the location, I would not recommend this hotel. We were told it was recently renovated, but that was not apparent to us. The room smelled musty and was extremely […] small. Overall, it didn't seem clean. Even the elevators were dilapidated--one that we rode in had an entire panel missing and splintered wood exposed. Worst of all, it was not price-friendly either. Great location in the middle of times square NY. Front desk were perky and helpful. Rooms were smaller than expected but this is new York. The thing that I find most irritating is that I found a woman's hair on the bathtub which is a bit of an eyesore. Our room was situated opposite the lift hence its a bit noisy come 5am. I felt a little cheated because […] I need to pay $2 per luggage item for storage post checking out. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay. Due to high occupancy, the lobby can be overcrowded as everyone is using the complimentary wifi. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel given its location and reasonable rates. Подробнее

Room are small, but the location is great. Less than a block away from time square. Staff are great and very helpfull. If you do not mind the noise that the place to be.
