Предлагаемые цены оказались во много раз лучше, чем на официальном сайте отеля. Hotels.com дал мне отель в этот же день. Если вы путешествуете в Каракасе, знайте, что описания номеров далеки от совершенства и требуют усилий для сравнения. Hotels.com сделал все для меня.

В целом, это хороший отель. Если взять бизнес-пакет, который включает в себя завтрак и бесплатный Интернет, Вы получите хороший номер на эксклюзивном этаже. Интернет медленный, но я думаю, что в целом это нормально для Каракаса.
Район для Каракаса хороший. Отель неплохой и персонал тоже. Если вы собираетесь взять такси, не используйте такси в отеле, просто выйдите на дорогу, и возьмите такси там за пол цены.

Я останавливался пару раз в Eurobuilding Hotel. Я думаю, этот отель является прекрасным выбором для тех, кто ищет полноценный отель с хорошей едой и разумными ценами. Такси в отеле стоит дороже, чем обычное, но гораздо более предпочтительно в таком опасном городе, как Каракас ...

Все были очень полезными и вежливыми. Они даже звонили нам в комнату, чтобы проверить, все ли с нами хорошо. Удобное расположение. Рядом с хорошими ресторанами. Не для прогулок. Каракас является городом, где вам точно нужен автомобиль. Полюбил кровать, очень удобная.

Мы остановились здесь во время нашего медового месяца, потребовалось 25 минут, чтобы зарегистрироватьс, и по прибытию, мы получили номер, который не был убран после прошлого гостя, вернулись к стойке регистрации и ждали еще 20 мин. На следующее утро мы заказали завтрак в постель, как молодожены. Завтрак был включен и мы ничего не думали. Обычно приходится […] платить 12 фунтов стерлингов за обслуживание и т.д. При выселении они просили 600BS, это за 2 блюда на двоих и бутылку вина, которая стоила нам 400BS ночью, можно представить, как мы были шокированы, что мы должны заплатить это за завтрак. Мы пытались поспорить об этом, но их это не интересовало, я была беременна и очень нервничала и даже разрыдалась, ведь у нас было очень мало денег. Мы не получили ничего, за то, что дважды ждали регистрации, за необходимость идти в два номера, за сломанную кофе-машину в комнате, и висящую дверь холодильника. Это был мой медовый месяц, и они действительно могли бы сделать что-то для нас, или хотя бы возвратить нам половину за наш завтрак, я никогда не буду использовать снова эту гостиничную сеть, и я должна была прислушаться ко всем плохим отзывам, но думала, что люди просто ожидают слишком много. Я воспользовался низкой ценой и забронировал номер первого класса, который является маленьким номером люкс. Идеально.Окрестности неплохие, но я рекомендую взять водителя или машину в аренду. Движение в Каракасе это хаос …

The hotel is nice though the Air Conditioner was way high, everywhere was freezing!

Overall ok stay for business trip but make sure to pack vitamins and get your flu shots up to date, this hotel has not changed their air conditioner filters in a while based on a comment from maintenance staff.
The hotel was better than other I tried.

Once you get over the slow and painful process of checking in, the rest of the hotel experience is acceptable since there are not many other options in Caracas that offer the same level of safety and decent service for lodging.

Former Radisson hotel seems to be in a good shape. Nice location with plenty of luxory. Bit expensive to eat . Good staff with exc. english. Highly recommended

Standard rooms are not in pristine condition. Executive floor rooms are Hilton quality. The service in the restaurant on the main lobby is not the best for lunch or dinner. The breakfast buffet is excellent. There is a restaurant called foodies which is ok. I give the hotel 2.5 stars out of 5.

The hotel was nice, clean and a sense of security. I got a good deal all things considered with hotels.com. The only thing to be concerned about is to be sure you get breakfast and other incedentals included beforehand. Got a bump from a regular FirstClass suite to the bedroom suite of the Presidential suite - so no complaints there. Beautiful room, excellent bathroom with both a shower and a massaging tub. "Not worth, but no much choice"

The rates were good for the quality of the Hotel which was verey high. The TV was not directly at the head of the bed which sucked as had to watcg TV from the sofa instead of the bbed. I had been at this hotel 8 years ago and I really don't know what happened to this company. You can feel just at the entrance that something is wrong. People so cold and uncooperative not even for the tip they offer you to take your bag. Maintenence at the facility is almost ZERO. Rooms terrible. Rugs old, filty, with chewing gum and stains. Bathrooms […] full of mildew and poor cleanliness. Bathtub not working (room 640) is really a shame that a beautiful hotel like this one is in this condition. I had no choice but to stay there because city hotels were soldout due to elections. The first day I had to request a change of room due to even worst conditions to the ones expressed before. Very bad experience. Hotel is safe but area around (Las Mercedes) is very dangerous due to high level of criminal issues like robbery, kidnapping etc. I hope you guys of Hotels.com could do something about this. This is a good hotel located in a safe neighborhood. They have an excellent breakfast buffet which is included if you book in "business class". They also serve hors d'ouevres and wine in the business lounge weekday evenings. Foodie Bar has very good food and not expensive. Poolside patio serves great pizza. "Except for the crazy water temperature fluctuation"
...the Eurobuilding is great and my preferred business hotel in Caracas. I had a business suite this time and the room was larger and more updated than the "normal" rooms. The showers are always interesting because there is a problem so far in every single room I've had as far as temperature...cold then hot then cold then warm...no biggie but notable. Service at the lobby bar is terrible, you have to tackle the waiter to get his attention...the exact opposite of the Foodie Bar in the Mezzanine, where the bartender/server was excellent. The business center on each floor is pretty pointless as far as I can tell...the breakfast buffet is extremely limited and given the great spread in the lobby restaurant, pointless. There is a BW printer, a tv, and some out of date magazines. The Eurobuilding is great if your business is such that you can sit in the hotel and clients come to you all day, as is my situation. Great hotel for safety if you are traveling into Caracas, but the total cost for a trip here can get very expensive. Breakfast buffet was about USD $45. Dinner at hotel restaurant, not fancy and not buffet, was about $80, and then add the additional charges. a drink at the bar can run you between USD $15 and $40 per, yes, per. Checked in to extremely small room on distant wing, mirror in bathroom dirty. Took several phone calls to 3 different persons to get room changed. Not responsive to any requests. I have travelled extensively, and if this were the routine type of service, I would give up travel. Poor customer service at every level!
