Расположение отеля хорошее и в 2 минутах ходьбы от Empire State building. Помимо этого отель очень устарел и нуждается в реконструкции. Я заселился после долгого полета и был помещен в комнату где курили. Запах был отвратительный, и мебель и тюлевые занавески были желтыми и все в пятнах ... Я попросил другую комнату, и они сказали, что свободных нет. […] Как только я сказал, что собираюсь выезжать, комната вдруг сразу стала свободной и я переехал. С меня не должны были брать деньги за отсутствующие элементы из мини-бара, хотя я ни разк не открывал его. Я попросил изменить мой счет, а на меня смотрели так, как будто бы я говорил ложь . У моей жены, дочери и у меня был прекрасный отпуск в Нью-Йорке. Расположение такое, что можно легко прогуляться пешком или в любом месте взять такси. Мы были в Central Park, Times Sq, Broadway, Little Italy, ChinaTown, Empire State Bldg, и т.д., либо гуляли, либо брали такси и везде ездили. Паром East Side находится в нескольких кварталах отсюда. Комната […] была большая, чистая, было 2 телевизора и матрасы были большие. Вида из комнаты не было, но комната была яркая. Ванная комната была большой и джакузи тоже. Вестибюль современный и хорошо оборудованный, там есть бесплатный кофе и бесплатный интернет. На улице есть есть 10 мест, где вы можете взять утренний кофе и рогалики. Персонал был очень дружелюбным. Здесь много сотрудников и гостей из других стран. Все осведомлены о Нью-Йорке и, обо всем, что вокруг, все вежливые и относятся к вам, так, что они рады жить здесь вместе с вами. Отличное место, если вы ищете большую уютную комнату, где можно поспать, в Нью-Йорке. Отель не подходит вам после роскоши и ухода за телом. Остановился на 3 месяца, персонал полезный, позволили ранний заезд. Номер огромный, очень удобный, большая ванная комната. Удивительный для Нью-Йорка. Мебель старая и поношенная, если вы придирчивы, но это не волнует […] того, кто не остается в отеле целый день. Даже если вы действительно хотели много пространства, то оно есть. Я очень счастлив, что мы нашли этот отель в Нью-Йорке, и мы намерены остаться здесь в следующий раз, когда сюда приедем. Цена очень доступная (у них было специальное предложение, во время нашего пребывания, остаешься на 3 ночи, получаешь скидку 20%). Хорошо расположен с точки зрения мест где можно взять такси или метро до других частей Манхэттена. Область довольно переполненная туристами (рядом с empire state), но прекрасная. Этот отель выглядит хорошо, но в душе в ванной комнате была плесень от пола до потолка. Кроме того, я былвозмущен, что не было кофейника или доступ к бесплатной чашке кофе, особенно за эту цену, я заплатил .Администрато был очень груб, когда мы спрашивали, где здесь есть кофе-центр. Очень доволен своим недавним пребыванием в отеле Vincci Avalon на пересечении 16-й и 32-й улиц в Нью-Йорке. Отличное расположение и в целом хорошее качество. Площадь номера была довольно большой, по сравнению с большинством отелей в Нью-Йорке.

С 14 мая 2011 - по 19 мая 2011 года, прекрасная гостиница в центре города. Очень чистый отель. Кровати были удобные и персонал очень услужливый. Я остановлюсь здесь еще раз. Прекрасное место, близко ко всему. Достойный.

Только что вернулся после недели, проведенной в Vincci. Он был очень близок к клиенту, с которым я работал, так что я сам мог дойти до него. В целом, это прекрасно оборудованный отель. Просторный номер (люкс) для Манхэттена и прилегающий ресторан отличный. Мои жалобы были небольшими, но в целом - они сделали мое пребывание не таким приятным, как оно […] могло быть. Кондиционер - работал со сбоями. TV / кабель - работал неправильно, но они это частично исправили. В душе - слабое давление воды. Они чистили мою комнату, хотя я весил знак "не беспокоить" на мою дверь. У автосервиса, который они устроили - не было моей брони, к счастью, у меня было много времени. I love this hotel. Wonderful staff, attractive and spacious rooms. Only negative is if you need to use the internet for work it is too slow and unstable. Otherwise, this is a great property.

My 2 sons (8 and 10 y.o) and I stayed in a Junior Suite at the Avalon Hotel in Manhattan for 5 nights. Awesome price through Hotels.com!! The room was HUGE with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, we each had our own bed! Empire State Bldg. literally around the corner- we could see it from our window!! On 32nd Street in midtown, we could walk to plenty […] of shops and restaurants. Only a block to the subway. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful! We couldn't have asked for more! I was very satisfied with the Avalon Hotel. It was very close to the Empire State building which we used as a land mark. It was also close to MSG which we saw a Knicks game. The room was spacious and well kept everyday. Couple of suggestion to mention. One, the air-conditioning was not on during winter season. Great location! avalon is right at the center of Korean Town and Manhattan, there are so many great restaurants around the hotel. and it's very convenient to go to anywhere. my friend and I took cab all the time during our stay in Avalon and our transportation fee ended up to be very reasonable, it's only slightly higher than buying a week subway pass […] but way more comfortable. Very good hotel, not luxury. Really helpfull and friendly staff.

I give this hotel a five star rating. From check in to check out and everything in-between, the staff could,t have been more pleasant and willing to help in whatever way possible. Our room was perfect. Clean and spacious. I especially liked the hardwood floors rather than carpeting. Great location.

Great location, big rooms for my family of 4, clean and friendly, a great value. Would definitely recommend.

The staff here was fantastic. Extremely friendly. The rooms are big for NYC. They are clean and offer all the things you need. If you like a lot of pillows, you'll need to request extras, because the rooms only have 2 small pilllows on the beds. I'd stay here again.

LARGE rooms for NYC, great people.

I've stayed at quite a few NYC hotels, and while this hotel might not be the coolest or hippest design or decor, it is very nice- more classic/traditional design and decor. I have stayed here twice for business and have been struck by the courtesy and helpfulness of the front desk staff. The rooms have both been very nice and comfortable w/ a good amount […] of room (junior suites for 2 people, each needing their own beds). It is in a good central location- below the park, above SOHO or meatpacking, so it works well for needing to get uptown and downtown. This hotel was very comfortable and clean. Our beds were very comfy and the room atmosphere was perfect. My daughter and I went to NY to shop for her wedding dress, and finish our Christmas shopping. The location was perfect and the neighborhood and restaurants were great. However there was no coffee pot in the room and the comlementary coffee was not […] available until 11:00 am. That was a little too late for my first cup of coffee. They also didn't have any washclothes which I thought was unusual. They said they ran out. So the whole week end we had no wash clothes. Near the #6 train, good delis and one of the best French Restaurants, I've eaten at in a long time called "Serge" on Madison Ave. Delighful staff, meal and dessert. Very international! The hotel was very clean, could use some updating, but that's a sign of the times and it was refreshing to not be in the cookie cutter Marriott or Hyatt for a change. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. My only negative is that there was a lot of street noise in my room (room number ended in -02). I was concerned about falling asleep, but earplugs did the trick. Would definitely stay here again, just might request a room that wasn't next to the elevator or ending in -02.

I would never stay here again. As mentioned in other reviews the front desk staff should not be allowed to speak with customers- they really seem to resent them interrupting their internet surfing. ABSOLUTELY do not eat the "restaurant" especially for breakfast. When I complained that the "bacon" looked very weird and processed, the waitress told me […] it was regular pork bacon. Then when the hostess ran over to correct her, she admitted that it was not pork but a processed turkey product. She said they dont serve any pork since it is a "Mediterranean" restaurant. I explained pork is probably the single most popular meat in the mediterranean, but she finally admitted that the restaurant is owned by Muslims and that was the real reason. Fair enough. But tell people that especially in NY where bacon is bacon. The hotel is nothing special and as I said the front desk people should choose a different line of work. Подробнее

Purchased a night stay in N/Y City for our anniversary and reserved a junior suite. At check-in, they upgraded us to a full suite which was very comfortable. Jacuzzi bath was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommeed again. Price was comparable to others we considered.

I booked a junior suite with two double beds specifically because I was sharing the room with a co-worker. Upon arrival I was told that because another group didn't leave, the room was not available so I was being "upgraded" to a "deluxe" suite. The room only had 1 King bed. I was told we also had a sofa bed since we didn't want to share a bed. The […] "deluxe" suite appeared to be the exact same room as a junior suite (according to online pictures) but with a bigger bathroom and 2 tvs. No fridge, no microwave, no frills. The furniture looked like it had fallen down a staircase and when I bumped a lamp table, the rickety thing nearly fell to pieces. The sofa bed mattress was about an inch thick with metal bars under it so I called for a rollaway. So after paying for a "suite" I got to sleep on a hard rollaway bed. This place is alright if you get a great deal (which we didn't). Just don't believe the pictures and know that a "suite" is really a big room with minimal crappy furniture and no frills. This was a great and unexpected change to the tiny rooms of NY. Situated in the village area and close to a subway, making NY easy access

The location was great. The hotel was very nice. I noticed that in hallways several lightbulbs were burned out and the Loveseat in our room was filthy looking. Other than that every thing looked very clean.

Nice hotel, comfortable room that worked well for me and my friends but lacked some amenities like coffee in the morning you could take to your room, a fitness center, a printer in the "business center" (a computer in the lobby)...

Outdated. Checked in to find the room was not what I reserved or paid for. I reserved a junior suite with 2 beds, the put me in a room with a single double bed (not even a queen) and tried to convince me to sleep in the same bed with my business partner. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Vincci Avalon. The Junior Suites were very large and comfortable. The only negative was that we made a reservation for 2 double beds and were given a queen. They stated they don't guarantee the type of bed available at check-in.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. I checked in early and upon checking in I was upgraded to a double suite room. The room had two flat screen TVs and a pull-out sofa-bed that we never used. In all, the room was very clean and comfortable and well worth the extra price we payed.

Flew all day, tried to check in, and they didn't have a room for me. They wanted me to go 8 blocks away for a night. I was a tad upset, said no. They then found a hotel two blocks away for one night.
