Очень хорошая территория отеля, благоустроенная и ухоженная, налаженный сервис и благожелательный персонал. Очнь хороший СПА на территории отеля. Номера простые, но комфортные. Недостаточно полотенец и они уже старые. В остальном очень хорошее впечатление и соотношение цены качества. Хорошее состояние бассейнов на территории отеля.

Гостеприимный отель, благожелательно настроенный персонал.Замечательный небольшой сад, полный цветов, птиц.Место у бассейна или на пляже всегда было доступно.В зоне лобби свободый Wi-Fi. Часто вечерами какие-нибудь программы(латинские танцы, джаз), а в лобби национальная музыка и танцы. На наш взгляд, кондиционер в номере был уж очень громким - это.,пожалуй, единственно, что не понравилось.

Location.
Situated along the Ayung River, the Four Seasons Bali at Sayan is surrounded by tropical fauna and an immense river gorge. The hotel is 3.4 kilometers from the Ubud Monkey Forest and 5.9 kilometers from Elephant Cave.
Hotel Features.
This Four Seasons hotel features a full-service health spa offering a combination of Balinese and Ayurvedic treatment rooms in three indoor/outdoor treatment villas. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool nestled along the river, and a fitness center with a spa tub, sauna, steam room, and complimentary fruit and juice. The hotel has one large conference room, spanning 54 square meters. Audiovisual equipment, event catering, and wedding services are available. A business center is also located on site and the hotel offers wired and wireless Internet access in public areas for a fee. There are two restaurants on-site offering indoor, riverside, and poolside dining. A bar/lounge is located in the lobby. Room service is available 24-hours a day.
Guestrooms.
There are 42 villas and 18 suites at the Four Seasons Bali at Sayan. Rooms are outfitted with teak wood furnishings and traditional Balinese decors. Room amenities include cable televisions with DVD players, phones with voicemail, wired and wireless Internet access (fees apply) , and in-room safes. Refrigerators and coffee/tea makers are provided in all villas and suites. Complimentary newspapers and housekeeping are offered daily. Each oversized bathroom has Terrazzo tiles, granite countertops, and separate glass showers and deep-soaking tubs. Bathrobes and slippers are provided and hair dryers are available on request.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

The on-site spa at the Four Seasons Bali at Sayan has three spa villas, designed with Balinese architecture, teak wood flooring, thatched roofs, and blown-glass sinks. Spa treatments have been created using Balinese and Aurevedic therapies. Treatments include massage, facials, body scrubs, manicures, pedicures, and salon services. Indoor and outdoor treatment spaces are available.
Ayung Terrace - Indonesian and other Asian specialties served in the dining room and on the outdoor terrace, overlooking the Ayung River. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Riverside Café - Offers light fare for lunch including pizza, fish, and pastas along the pool and river.
Jati Bar - Lobby bar with views of the Ayung Valley, serving cocktails and snacks. Open daily from Noon to Midnight.
Room service is available 24-hours a day.

"Heaven"
Outstanding service and a gorgeous resort. The pool is spectacular, the rooms are very comfortable and the food was delicious. The staff is very fluent in English. I was injured with a bad knee & a bad back - the staff went above & beyond to make me comfortable & look after me. "Spectacular setting"
Beautiful setting and terrific villas and suites but limited dining options and sometimes catering not up to the same standard and arrangements for functions interfere with service to guests which is ludicrous. Still worth staying at because of the serenity of the setting and charming staff.

"Great hotel, but with a hefty pricetag"
Nicely situated close to jungle and ricefields, but also Ubud in proximity. Great luxurious bungalows, with nice facilities, but rather costly with extra charges for airport shuttle and use of WiFi and breakfast. "A outstanding place for well-being and living"
Unfortunately my little family with our 16 month old Marie-Therese had only few days to stay in this natural paradise - for us one of the five best places around the world to stay - we definitely have to come back again. There is also a very positive impact by Bali`s culture, especially around Ubud.

ホテルのスタッフが皆さんこちらの名前を予め覚え、それで声をかけてくれる最高のホスピタリティーでした。サービスは完璧です。料理は際立っているわけでは無いですが、不満が全くありませんでした（ディナーコースは繊細な味付けで満足でした）。ここの滞在の後、ヌサドゥアの米国資本系ホテルに行きましたが、サービスの差に驚かされました。またバリに行く機会があれば、ぜひ訪問したいと思いました。
"Ett fantastiskt hotell"
Four Seasons är säkert det vackraste hotellet jag bott på. Fantastik byggnad mitt i naturen. Och naturligtvis förstklassig service. Rummen i själva hotellet är i två etage med två balkonger och sovrum i nedre delen. Dessutom finns ett antal villor. "nature"
You wake up in your bed and just in front of you there is the endless jungle. The ayung river flows gently with the upmost relaxing sound. You can even swim in the river just five steps down the pool. The best hotel ever!
