Отель удобно расположен относительно центра города и достопримечательностей.Обслуживание хорошее.Рядом несколько вполне приличных точек питания (для придирчивого русского туриста), В номере чисто, убирались каждый день. Вообщем- твердая 4.

Летом 2011 года я проживал в гостинице "Casa Blanca", расположенной в центре Мехико, недалеко от основных достопримечательностей. До ближайшей станции метро "Hidalgo" добирались пещком минут 10. В непосредственной близости от отеля есть небольшой продовольственный магазин "Oxxo", а напротив отеля - довольно большой магазин, в котором продаются галантерейные товары, сувениры, кондитерские изделия. Внешний вид отеля, как и его интерьеры, производит положительное впечатление. В местах общего пользования и в номерах чисто и уютно. Очень удобно, что в номере (в сан. узле) есть фильтр для очистки воды, т. к. неочищенную воду пить в Мексике не рекомендуется. В номере также есть кофеварка, с помощью которой можно приготовить не только кофе, но и чай. Кстати, ежедневно уборщица приносит в номер молотый кофе в пакетах (бесплатно). В номере широкие, мягкие кровати, вместительный встроенный шкаф для одежды, сейф (что очень важно!), большой телевизор (жк), кондиционер. фен, два телефона (один в комнате. второй - в сан. узле), большой письменный стол, маленький диван. В общем, номер вполне комфортабелен. Понравилось также, что администрация отеля исполнила моё пожелание, высказанное при бронировании, предоставить номер с двумя раздельными кроватями, поскольку я проживал там со своей взрослой дочерью. Завтрак в ресторане организован вполне достойно: ассортимент блюд достаточен, напитки подают официанты. К положительным моментам следует отнести и то, что в отеле есть туристическое бюро, что позволяет легко и быстро заказать экскурсию с выездом от гостиницы. Отрицательное впечатление оставило то, что магнитные карточки для электронного замка номера размагничиваются, поэтому не всегда можно открыть дверь быстро. В течение нескольких дней, проведённых в отеле, мне пришлось сдать карточку рецепционисту, чтобы получить новую. В обменном пункте отеля курсы не выгодны , из-за чего я был вынужден обменивать валюту в банках. Несмотря на то что я забронировал номер с завтраком, на рецепции м

Останавливались в этом отеле 2 раза в начале и в конце путешествия по Мексике суммарно 3 ночи. Хороший, чистый отель, дружелюбно настроенный персонал, окна во внутренний дворик-колодец, кондиционер в потолке. Отель понравился, рекомендуем, всего минут 10 пешком до авениды Реформы и 2 минуты от метро Insurgentes.

Нормальная гостиница, все было в порядке, номер просторный, кровать удобная, не шумно. Персонал говорил по-английски, вежливый. Рядом продуктовый магазин. Далековато только от Аламеды.

Camino Real Polanco Mexico – это отель для семейного отдыха в районе Поланко города Мехико, неподалеку – Музей Rufino Tamayo, Чапультепекский зоопарк и Ботанический сад. Также неподалеку: Музей современных искусств и Национальный музей антропологии.
Особенности отеля.

Проводной и беспроводной высокоскоростной доступ в Интернет предоставляется в зонах общего пользования (за дополнительную плату). Кроме того, имеется рабочее место с компьютером. "In the heart of Polanco, one of the best areas"
My third stay in the Camino Real family. Very attentive staff. Great rooms, food, restroom. Super clean.

The first thing that will hit you when you walk in this place is it's like an art gallery, don't think I've ever stayed in a place like this before. The entrance in massive and lots to look at. Breakfast is good, but not the cheapest. Restaurants in the hotel are good, there's a few to choose from, but ask the staff for directions as they are all over the hotel. Very slow service at check-in. I had to call 30 times to get Internet access. You can never get an answer at the front desk with less than 5 calls. Had a leak inside the closet that got 2 of my slacks wet. Even on the 5th floor, I can't sleep at night hearing the noise on the street.

"Terrible Experience at Camino Real"
Arrived after midnight, there was no hot water, my friend got bumped out of the hotel and the front desk would not let him into my room unless I paid $1,000 pesos more (I had a double room). Terrible experience.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was pleasant and being an English speaker was usually able to find someone able to answer my questions. The restaurants were good and the first evening my husband and I spent most of the day in after being tired after a long trip. There was easy access to the shopping areas and sightseeing by taxis. "Good hotel, not happy with taxi service"
Good hotel, nice and spacious room - just ask for one close to the elevator if you don't want to walk for a mile. Also, the taxi service from the hotel charges more than the regular taxis in the city.

Very Pleasant stay. I was in town for 3 days on business. The service was great. The food was very good though a little expensive. My room faced the inner courtyard and was very quiet which is all you can ask for in this town…

The service is excellent and they are all very kind. The check-in was fast and they let us do an earlier check-in. The room was very clean and well decorated. We had a very good stay at this Camino Real, and walked from there to the Antara Polanco shopping center. The hotel isn't close to any subway stations, but we walked anyway. The hotel it self has some nice dining places, however I was very disappointed in the fact that they charge you and extra $50.00 in addition to your rate in order to be able to have Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access and continental breakfast.There is also a separate charge for parking. i really don't like the idea that I'm paying an X amount of money […] for a room and then on top of that I have to pay for the internet and parking. The hotel remains one of Mexico City's great hotels. The only facility I found lacking were the choices available on the hotel's cable tv system. The biggest omission was the absence of a top business oriented channel such as Bloomberg TV, for example.

"It Works"
It is an old hotel that is very well maintained. Not in a walking part of the city. Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. The sheets are like sleeping between thin cardboard. They need to improve the linens. Also, no bathrobe, which is a nice amenity.

"Great base for a relaxing vacation"
Really wonderful hotel. Not the best location if you plan to do a lot of sightseeing around the city, but very comfortable if you are looking for a beautiful spot to relax (in a fabulous city!!).

Reforma with its easy access to the rest of the city. The pool is very nice; the restaurants are good, if occasionally pricey (watch out for a "cover" charge in Bistro Bici that is noted […] on the menu in tiny, tiny print). Wireless is good, but you must pay for the password, even in public areas.
