Для короткой двухдневной поездки - прекрасно. Но отель выглядел грязным снаружи, а горничные суетились в коридоре начиная с 9:30. Администратор за стойкой даже не пытался выглядеть гостеприимным. Затхлый запах в холле и номерах. А когда мы прогуливались в окрестностях, то видели отели с лучшими ценами, да и выглядели они лучше. Стоимость и расположение хорошее, близко к междугородним шоссе, район вокруг - плохой. Постоянно ездят и останавливаются машины у въезда на парковку, народ ходит по тротуару целый день. Хотя мы выбрали Travelodge из-за бассейна, он был закрыт, видимо для того, чтобы те, кто в отеле не живет не воспользовались им. Нам так и не удалось поплавать, хотя […] мы просили, чтобы его открыли для нас. Нам сказали, что мы должны выйти на задний двор отеля, чтобы попасть в наш номер, но ключ не работал. Мы просидели некоторое время за столом для пикника, пока кто-то из персонала не пришел, чтобы открыть дверь. Не приезжайте в отель раньше 3 дня, за стойкой вас встретит злой сотрудник и велит вам приходить после 3. При этом, девушка за стойкой была очень милой, этот контраст очень был нужен, она даже разрешила нам бесплатно позвонить. Мы бронировали номер на троих на 2 ночи, а нам предоставили 2 мочалки, 2 полотенца для рук, 4 банных полотенца, 1 брусок мыла, 1 бутылек шампуня, 1 упаковку кофе. В номере было написано, что мы можем обратиться на ресепшен, если нам что-то понадобится, но после всей этой суеты, нам не хотелось разговаривать со злобными сотрудниками. Хорошо хоть, что у нас было с собой все, что могло пригодиться в эти 2 дня, включая подушки. Один плюс: в номере был кофейник, микроволновка, мини-холодильник и утюг. К сожалению, развесить одежду не удалось, так как перекладина вешалки очень низко. Континентальный завтрак – издевательство, состоял он из пончиков. Унитаз в номере подтекал, так что пришлось бросить на пол полотенце и позвать сантехника. Стены тонкие, такие, что соседи своим шумомо могут разбудить. Моя семья не требователльна, но и у нас есть некоторые стандарты, которым отель и не собирался соответствовать! Дыры в покрывале, вонь, и нельзя парковаться, если вы с прицепом. С наилучшими пожеланиями ко всем вам и удачи в путешествиях!

Ужасный, ужасный, неприятный, скучный, старый, душный, пропахший дымом. Бассейн для детей нормальный, но тоже надо поправить. Заметили, что постояльцы, приехавшие на 30 минут позже нас, следующим утром съехали из-за клопов в номере. Это была семья из 20 человек и отель потерял на выходные хороших клиентов, и если бы нето, что я платил через hotels.com […] и была возможность получить деньги назад, я бы уехал. The hotel was great until we reached our room. I had repaired holes without paint older tv fuzzy cable and there was a hole in the blanket. The staff was ok but not professional. The hotel outside was nice but in needs work. There was no dirt or noise which are the two best things. But I wpuldnt have paid so much for it.

It was a horrible experience. The hallway smelled and the room wasn't any better. The mattress was falling apart. The air conditioner smelled like something had crawled in it and died. This hotel was old, dirty, rundown, and had a smell throughout. The breakfast was minimal and the free wifi was locked. I did not feel safe in this area and really thought about taking the loss and leaving.

We will see if they Do what they said and refund my money for the time I did not stay with them, The Ac smelled like some one had P!! in it. And the sheets were wore out, the bathroom flooring was stained and pulling up. Didn't look like the carpet had been vacuumed.

My friend and I were on a girls getaway. I am expecting my first child and this was supposed to be a relaxing time away. Upon arrival we discovered that the hotel was run down, smelly, and backed up to a lot with junk initial. The front desk clerk was friendly, shared a bit much of her personal life. When we got to our room we found it in disarray. […] There were burn marks in the carpet, scratches on the wall as you enter, water stains on the bathroom floor, the boxspring mattresses was obviously worn at the corners and there was trash between the night stand and bed. Also there were a few signs posted that were unsettling. Outside it said that they were not responsible for cars or content, unsettling but common. The one by the sink got me. It said 'please don't use our towels to take off eye make up". I then knew we were at a classy establishment. The staf and service were great. All the front desk people were very nice and helpful, we had fresh sheets and towels each day we were there. But the breakfast was pretty much non existant. And the building itself was in very bad repair. Others on here had mentioned the hotel was in a bad area. Unles you consider a commercial strip a bad area that is […] not true. The service was ok. The employees were nice and friendly. The hotel needs to be seriously updated. They need more parking. Because this is not a smoke free facility I find that they use an over abundance of air freshener to cover the smell of cigarette smoke.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Reported a problem with lighting in room, only one bulb in bathroom, and was never fixed while we were there. Continetal breakfast was poor, packaged donuts, cereal from a large bin,orange juice from a vending machine and coffee. It served our purpose while we were there.

I went here to save a few bucks and this place was hilariously bad. I'd give a half a star. Our room smelled like mold, the beds were terrible, the toilet ran all night. People had chihuahuas barking all night even! This is the worst possible part of Pensacola also. I feel fortunate to have not gotten robbed. To cap it off there were what looked like […] blood stains in the hallway and every time I went to the office they were overwhelmed with complaints. Stay away! Walked in couldn't find a light that worked, did find one over by the bed that worked. Vanity light didn't have a cover on it nor did it work. Called front desk ASAP, no maintenance was in. They would sent up someone in the morning was response. Toliet ran all night, due to a bad flapper called again, same story. There was a large hole in sheet on the […] bed, one you know maids saw but still it was there. Second day, no maintence, toliet still running, maids gave me the sheets to change. Third day maids came every 15 minutes to try to clean the room. Front desk said they would credit me 20% Still not seeing that. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY EVEN FOR THE PRICE! Location was suitable but condition of hotel was not good. Appeared dirty but probably the impression given by old fittings, coffee pot etc. So badly corroded that did not like to use. Breakfast set-up very minimal and didn't want to stay. No a good hotel choice.

I requested a non-smoking room and even though the whole floor was a non-smoking floor, it was above a smoking floor. Smoke rises and it floated to our floor and the odor was disgusting to a non-smoker. And the filthy carpeting in the halls was an eyesore.The hard water stains made the tub look as though it had not been cleaned in years. They also do […] not provide complimentary toiletries. And if you closed your eyes while drying off with the towels, you could swear it was sandpaper!! The parking in front of the lobby was very close together so one absolutely must be aware of the tight fit. One other thing, their complimentary "bear bites" breakfast should be renamed "barely there bites", almost nothing. Just enough to take the edge off before you go out to a restaurant for breakfast. The furniture and carpet and drapes were totally beat-up, stained, worn out in rm 124. Door didn't close properly and TV remote didn't work. B'fast not worth getting up for. Bathroom OK and bed endurable. Was cheapest rate I could find for pre-Xmas trip but it wasn't worth it.

We relaxed in a very Large Double room equipped with a nice refrigerator and microwave and had a good choice of pastries and cereal and coffee and juices for a Continental Breakfast.

did not enjoy my stay. hotel had strong odor. did not want to sit in the tub. the word make-up was scratched out on the mirror and replaced with a word I will not repeat. Housecleaning should have spotted it before I checked in.Parking for large vehicles was poor and no elevators for those traveling with children and a lot of bags.
