Не понравился отель. Обслуживание плохое, ресторан дорогой с медленным обслуживанием.

Единственное, что хорошо вэтом отеле то, что в нем есть большой бассейн ... конечно, если вам не жаль 20- 30 минут, для того, чтобы разжиться полотенцем. Мало того, эти полотенца старые и, будто поеденные крысами. Тем не менее, сотрудник в баре у бассейна Риццо, очень приятный, посоветовал место для ужина. Еда в отеле очень очень дорогая, но по соседству […] много мест, где можно перекусить всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы. При этом к бассейну запрещено приносить еду, купленную вне гостиницы. В отеле идет ремонт и будьте готовы слушать звук дрели весь день и по всей гостинице. Отель намного старше, чем выглядит снаружи. В лифтах и холлах нет розеток, кстати, в номерах они тоже не лучшие. Если вы собираетесь выбраться ночью в клуб, то поблизости нет ничего. Отель в 25 минутах езды от аэропорта и 15 минутах от центра города на такси. При выезде в мой счет включили не мои траты, пришлось спорить, чтобы все лишнее убрали из счета. Так вот они даже не извинились за свою ошибку. В этом отеле большой бассейн и джакузи. Здорово, что они построили их прямо на пляже, но пляж узкий. Номера пора капитально ремонтировать. Выглядят старо и пахнут затхлостью. Правда, если нужно что-то дешевое на побережье, то цена подходящая.

только что вернулись из поездки, жили в этой гостинице. Ожиданий не было никаких... отель расположен неподалеку от моих клиентов, поэтому забронировал его, наъходясь в деловой поездке. Хорошее местоположение, чистый отель, достойная цена. Определенно нужно обновить мебель и весь интерьер. Я прочитал предыдущие обзоры, прежде чем бронировать отель и полностью соглашусь с замечаниями об устаревшем интерьере. В остальном, отель довольно приличный.

Плохое обслуживание в номерах, запах бензина на пляже (Seedoo) (простите за плохой английский).

На Hotels.com забронировали Королевский номер, но когда мы туда приехали, нам сказали, что свободных нет. О том, чтобы предложить адекватную замену даже не было речи. Еще парковка платная и составляет 10 долларов вдень, плюсом 1 или 2 доллара чаевых парковщику, каждый раз, когда въезжаете или выезжаете.

All was well. Would have preferred free parking. But I guess that is not the norm in FL at the hotels. Personel were all very nice.

Not at all what I expected. My partial oceanview balcony room actually faced a huge, ugly building. To actually see the ocean, you had to step onto the balcony and just about hang over the edge. Room and bathroom are in desperate need of remodeling. Dirty, disgusting bathroom. Towels always had huge clumps of dust on them from the filthy vent right […] above the towel rack. No water pressure in shower. It's located right on the beach, but not a desirable section. Small shore space, lots of seaweed and they rent jet-skis right there, so it's very hectic and not at all relaxing. I will give thumbs up to the hot tub, but that's all. Beautiful beach & pool...hotel restaurant food was great! I recommend u stay in an ocean front room..wonderful staff. Water pressure in the shower is not strong enough.

While the staff was very nice, the hotel itself was very run downa dn dirty. The bedroom windows hadn't been washed in some time and the hallways were filthy. The elevators were also very beaten up looking and the dining room was depressing. The hotel looked much better in the photos!

The facility is nice, the service was pretty good. We only had breakfast and lunches there, but the food was very good. The only downside for us was the location. It is surrounded by residential buildings so there is not the other attractions around that you usually find around hotels (resturants, shopping, etc) so you had to travel some to get to those […] types of things. There were also no attractions on the beach that you usually find (rentals). You do have clean beaches to walk, with very few people if that is all you need. the hotel was good. Our oceanview from the 9th floor e Was great

it was spring break hotel FULL of college kids, a lot drinking. sand all over the place . hotel under-stuff . impossible to use pool for amount of teens and college kids around, screaming from one balcony to other . parking terrible. far from attraction, had to take taxi and wait 30 minutes for it . dirty elevators. room totally NOT UPDATED. We felt this hotel was a little expensive, signs posted cant bring any food out where pool area/tiki bar as they want you to purchase from there restaurant. This hotel is 10 miles from Ft Lauderdale airport and they offered a shuttle for 35.00. What we noticed is they kept 10.00 of that and you pay the driver 25.00. Not impressed with that.

I read comments before booking but was not met with any of the problems listed, previously. The work on the balconies is complete. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! The wifi is a bit slow, but should one really be online much while at the beach. :) They could update the elevators but they work, fine.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it has a narrow oceanfront. Our partial ocean view room, had a total parking lot view. The toilet paper roll is situated 4 feet from the toilet, and the bathroom fixtures were all loose. The evening desk clerk, who might have been the owner, was surly at best. We couldn't charge breakfast to our hotel bill, […] paying by cash or credit card was our only option after having been served. Check out time was 11 AM but our room cards were electronically shut off at 10:45. I could go on, but that's a lot of lowlights for a one night stay. Подробнее

I made reservations by phone the day before arriving. Upon arrival the clerk couldn't find my reservations. After waiting in lobby for 45 minutes I left my phone number and went back into town to pick up a shirt for a funeral that I was attending that evening. Approximately 1 hour later they called saying that the reservation company hadn't faxed the […] paperwork to them but it was there now. The other problem was I was there for two days and the elevators never worked properly. The room was on the 7th floor in which it would take 5-7 minutes each time for the elevator to show up. Hotel location on beach, pool deck area, tiki bar and lobby area all very nice. Rooms are very old and dated. At 2 pm room was still not cleaned and we opted to grab towels and forget about it. Elevators were operating intermittently all weekend at best.

My friends and stayed at this hotel a year ago and were somewhat satisfied with the hotel. It was a great price to be right on the beach and within walking distance to some great restaurants. However it was a little outdated and had a slight odor. We were pleasantly surprised this year with the new carpeting throughout, the tiled bathrooms, new balconies, […] and new bed linens. The location of this hotel was great, right on the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and spoke both English and French. The fitness center was well equipped with newer equipment and two large tvs. The only odd thing about the hotel is that the balcony was shared amongst the entire floor. It wasn't a problem, except […] that one of our neighbors was a smoker and the smoke was vented into our room. the air cycles on and off constantly -old units, outside bar was great

One side of the hotel's balcony is open the other is still under construction. The resturant was deserted my entire stay. If there were more than 4 people seated at anytime that was a lot. Tiki bar is not that appealing. Try the bar next door for good food and drinks. Be prepared to be nickeled and dimed for everything. To sit on a lounge chair on […] the beach, or use an umbrella on the beach theres a fee. Parking fee. Staff were polite. Valet attendants were wonderful and very helpful. selected over Bahia Mar for two reasons: told there was a balcony - wasn't informed it was under remodel and told there was free shuttle transportation to and from airport - not true either

The hotel is right on the beach which is awesome. The room was musty smelling and they were working on the decks, so we didn't have access, plus while they were working, it was noisy.

Overall a nice stay. Pool and beach were enjoyable, food was good. Was disappointed that ALL balconies were off limits due to maintenance (during high season, really??). Wish I had know that prior to paying full price for a waterfront hotel.

While the hotel was located right on the beach, one could not enjoy the view because the hotel was under renovation and the balconies were locked shut. Overall, the stay was a great value for the money. We didn't appreciate paying extra for parking, but considering it was right on the beach, we didn't complain. This hotel look old and one of the beds smelled horrible! It smelled like something died there!

We randomly picked the hotel on our drive down and chose it because it was on the beach. Our room was clean, but needed to be updated/finished better. Lack of balcony use was disappointing and will be that way till June supposedly. This is an older property and you can tell they have done many nice things to upgrade it. Floor to ceiling tile in the bathroom, updated paint, new bedding, curtains and carpet, and a flat screen TV. The hotel was booked over the phone and we were told we had an ocean side-view and private balcony. The view was a parking lot and the side of a much larger hotel. The private balcony was not accessable. The balcony rails had all been removed and jackhammers were running the whole time we were there. There is about 10 feet of beach and even less at […] high tide. However the staff was excellent and always very nice. There was a very nice deck and small tiki bar poolside. Had a very nice hotel, the price was great, service was good, Try it, you will be surprised. Nice pool, hot tub and Tiki bar, and it's on the beach.

I thought this was going to be a relaxing vacation but as it turns out it wasnt. Our room was small and had a musty smell to it. Our balconey wasnt in working condition. And by working condition i mean there was construction going on and no one told us about it. So for the first 3 days of our vacation we were woken up at 8:30am by men outside our window […] and the sound of chainsaws. And there was no escaping it. And the hotel management didnt seem to care if it was disturbing us, all they did was smile and not fix a thing and not even offer something as a conselation. Under construction balcony door was screwed shut partial ocean view was blocked by scaffold formal dining room with frozen burgers

We had many issues such as: a shower that water barely trickled out of that they said they could not fix, ants in the room, filthy tub, a sink that could not be turned off (water continually comes out). It is understaffed as well. One waitress for the breakfast service. Elevators were frequently out of order. Terrible place.

The Hotel Lobby is very nice so I thought we made a good choice however the room was not very nice the bedding looked like it was 25 years old and the bathroom was not very clean looking and the shower was terrible.
