We got what we needed: comfortable, clean room. Great location. Loved the Claim Jumper right beside hotel. Ample parking. Free breakfast was just packaged oatmeal, on-the-go items. No hair dryer. Soap was a tiny bar, no shampoo. For the price one paid, you got bare (and I do mean bare!) basics.

I have stayed with this company before and this property was the best by far. The staff was helpful, and, courteous, the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was neat and clean which is always a plus. My children liked the room due to the space to play.

Refrigerator was not working...freezer worked, but not the fridge. There was obviously a pet or two in the room before I arrived, which normally wouldn't bother me. However, it looked as if the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, with globs of animal hair all over the carpet, on the bedskirt, and on the curtains. I didn't complain about any of these because I was there for a job interview within the area, and I didn't want to bother with more stress. Since I was moving on military orders, this place was cheap and had all the things we needed for a temporary place to stay while we looked for a house, it had a microwave, fridge, a stove, and free wi-fi. The heater was noisy, kept waking me up. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. There is a Trasder Joe's grocery a couple of blocks away, as well as a variety of places to eat, both "fast food", and otherwise. Convenient to I-80.

I was unable to find a hotel in the immediate area of the soccer fields and struggled to find the best option for me and my daughter. My son and I arrived at noon due to his job interview at 1pm. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and was able to get us into our room in about 10 minutes. I've stayed here every time I travel to the area, Progressively this hotel has become a hot spot for police activity, on a daily basis. The hotel is rapidly becoming rundown and not maintained as it should be. I will most likely not stay here anymore.

This is my second stay at the same hotel and both stays have been extremely convenient for me to wherever i had to go including santa rosa and downtown sacramento. The people working there have always been very courteous and helpful and have made my stay a good one.

Front desk was great. Had been in traffic all morning and there was a conflict of timing with meeting up with a freind. Needed to check in early and Josh from the front desk was able to get me checked into my room early. They were ery nice and accomidating. I would stay here again.

Where do I start??? If I could give it negative stars I would! Our group booked about 12 rooms for a basketball tournament. To start off, when we checked in, we were assured that at 11 or 12 (I don't recall) the front doors would be locked and we would need to use our room key to enter the building for security purposes, since there would not be someone […] staffed at the front desk. Well, we came back around 12:30am and walked right in; the front desk was shut down and the doors were not locked. Being that we were traveling with a group of high school students, safety was a major concern. As soon as we walked out of the elevator, it smelled horrible; like a dirty fish market. Then we get to our room and there is hair on the shower walls, as well as on 2 of our towels. The shower had clumpy caked-on soap leftover from the last guest. Our bedspread had stains. My parents room had blood spots on their bedspread. Several others found long strands of hair on towels or in their showers. One asked for new sheets since there were hairs on their sheets, and the person who took the sheets to their room said they were not 'allowed' into their room so they'd have to strip and make the bed themselves. Every person I spoke with in our group said they would NEVER, EVER stay at an Extended Stay again. I would've gone to a different hotel, but there were some huge events in town so everywhere else was booked. Horrible, horrible stay. Подробнее

The sheets were dirty when I pulled back the covers. When I called the front desk about the issue they just brought new sheets and handed me a trash bag for the old sheets and left.

Terrible! I had to wait 20 minutes to check in even though I was the only guest checking in. Once I finally made it to my room their was this overpowering stench of urine. I can only assume this is one of the rooms that allows pets. I had already made reservations for this hotel for Father's day. Needless to say, I cancelled those.p

We didn't get to spend to much time there with graduation,and other activities that were planned. We enjoyed it while we were there. The only complain we had was it didn't serve breakfast. Other than that everything was excellent.

No hair dryer provided, no lotion and only two pillows was disappointing. We asked for 2 more pillows and could not get any. Closet racks and behind bed were filthy! The coffee maker did not work and the iron had water left in it for how long? Need to clean mold in shower faucets and sink would not drain well. Kind of sad!

The staff was great and the room was clean, generally quiet. But the bed was AWFUL. I had booked a second night and left for a hotel across town in one of the mid range chains for only $10 more. It was worth it to not have to stay in that bed one more night.

Not a bad hotel for staying overnight, I wouldn't stay an extened amount of time as the walls are "thin". The TV was stuck on one volume, I had to wash off the remote before using it. Bathtub could've been scrubbed down. It is located right next to the freeway. All in all it is a place I would consider staying one night again.

We had to move rooms 4 times before things were right!! Not fun with a one year old and all our luggage in tow. The first room REAKED for mildew and mold. The second room had only 2 channels on the TV and my boyfriend wasn't having that. The third room had a refrigerator that sounded like a train coming into our room and then we finally landed in the […] fourth room where the TV was a super small and from the 80's I'm sure. I wasn't about to move again....I needed sleep. Once were in our room everything was ok. Definitely won't go back to this hotel though as i feel there was WAY better hotels within a mile radius for similar cost. Service was great. The front desk attendent Christie was very friendly and helpful. She directed my wife and I to near by stores. The room was clean and included pots pans flatwear plates ect. Modern decor. Only complaint is the bed was extreamly firm. I would stay again.

A bit niosier than my previous stays. Wasn't happy with smokers congregating outside near front entrance, had to turn off the A/C because of the smoke being drawn into my room. The full kitchen & easy chair are the main features that elevate this facility above the similarly priced motels. No pool, no hot tub/spa.

The staff was helpful and friendly and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and overall, we enjoyed our stay. Next time we are in the area we will stay here again.

I must say this place was not bad and it was a reasonable price. The room came with a kitchen and all the utensil's. I do feel that they need to upgrade there beds a bit, it was not the most comfortable. Great location in Roseville. I would stay again.
