We stayed just one night and found the hotel and it's staff to be generally pleasing . Breakfast was a choice of hot or cold but the quantity and quality if both was good .Comfortable beds and newly refurbished rooms Pillows could be better

The food offerings in the Bistro of the hotel, although not inexpensive, were excellent. The food for breakfast was healthy and the dinner salad was fresh.

My husband and I were in Tarrytown to visit family for the holidays. We have stayed at other Marriots in the area so we decided to check the Courtyard out this trip. We found the place to be comfortable and cozy with a very helpful staff.

I stayed here with my husband and parents during the holidays. The staff was extremely friendly. You need a car to get around, but we expected that. Very close to Tarrytown with all the nice restaurants. And about a 10 minute drive to the mall in White Plains.

The staff was very nice. The public areas and the room were very well maintained. The elevator was out of order but fortunately we were on the second floor. Hotel was a little hard to find from the road, The sign was obscured by bushes and not well lit

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We go up for the Great Jack-o-Lantern Blaze. Hotel staff is wonderful and the Bistro there serves great food. Highly recommend!

Nice cafe on premises. Good range of food choices, individually prepared & served by a very accommodating staff. Desk staff is also very helpful. Everyone working there went out of their way to be helpful. Very pleasant folks working there.

Air conditioner did not work well at all. Coolest you could even set it was 67 degrees and it did not get to 67.

We have stayed here a lot over the years because it is close to family and is always nice. However, the Courtyards have changed their breakfast to a fast-food type format. We no longer eat breakfast there since the quality and choice has gone down. What a shame. Good news for the nearby diners, though.

Although this location is very convienient to where I was going to be in the city, there are several problems that I encountered that could definately hinder whether or not I recommend this hotel to family and friends. She and the woman that she […] was working with were wonderful, they were friendly, the check in experience was great and efficient. My room on the other hand was a different story, I have asthma and I need my room to be cool 66-68 degrees. I couldn't get the thermastat to go below 72 degrees so sleeping wasn't all that easy for me. The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible in the sinks, and there's no hot water in the morning hours; for me that's between 8a and 8:30a. Nice hotel. Room was spacious. Only two inconveniences were the long walk from room to the lobby, and the complimentary coffee ended at 9 or 10am. Why not have that all day?

My wife and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Checking in was easy. The staff was nice. The lobby is very nice and updated. My only complaint was the beds. We got a king. It was very firm and I didn't get good sleep either night that we were there. The pillows were also too soft. Otherwise, our stay was fairly pleasant.

The rooms are on the small side and the total layout of the hotel is very strange. In order to get to our room we had to walk a long way to get to the elevator and then a long way to our room sort of going back to where we started but up on the third floor.

In all I was happy with the service and facilities of the hotel. It suited my purpose as it was an overnight stop on the way to another location. There is not a great deal in the vicinity of the hotel though.

The first room had a blower in it. The second room had a bad smell. So Antonio upgraded us to a suite because we had to change twice which was a very pleasant and appreciated bonus! I didn't expect that. Thank you

This hotel is great for many reasons. The parking lot is convenient, the lobby is modern, clean, and open to all guests to lounge around either by the Bistro or in the booths by the windows, or even a small little alcove that is nicely fitted with comfy sofas, and electrical outlets. The outside courtyard is lovely, too. There's a "market" by the check-in […] counter, where you can get snacks, drinks, and toiletries. An added bonus is the free, fruit-flavored water that is also by the check-in counter, and adjacent to the huge flat screen tv, that greets guests with the current temperature in Tarrytown, and other news items. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and though it did not face the courtyard, we still enjoyed the experience because of how clean and spacious the room was. My bf and I were really impressed with the furnishings and the updated scheme of the entire room. We took a dip in the pool around 10pm before it was closed for the night at 11pm. And though the pool is not to steep (goes only up to 4.5 feet in depth), it's still nice to have such an amenity. There's a jacuzzi, but we didn't spend any time in there. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Main Street, and other Westchester attractions. We drove to Rye Playland, and also visited Kykuit (must-see)! The rooms smelled of mold / mildew, I was with 4 other colleagues who all said their rooms were the same, in different parts of the hotel. 3 out of 5 had horrible sinus reactions. The Hotel itself was great. Everything was as advertised on the site. The problem is that there is NOTHING to do in this area. We went to a museum, they were closed. We went to the local mansion style park and it too was closed. Everything we tried to do just happened to be closed, it was 4th of july weekend, so that kind of sucked.
