We just stayed in Quality Hotel Midtown for the 3rd time. We particularly selected it because it is close to the target of our visit. And it was good enough to meet our needs. Every time we had a lot of work during our visit, thus, we couldn't rate spa, swimming pool, restaurant etc. The rooms are ok, very clean, having all we need, everything is working, furniture is ok but a bit old and shabby. The only exception is terrible air condition, noisy and hard to adjust. WiFi is free and working fine. In total, it is normal mid-range 3* hotel, very good for its price.

"Easy access to the base and convenient to shopping"
Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the kids loved the pool! Boston Pizza right across the driveway was great but there is a chinese buffet next to Zellers that I do NOT recommend . Worst buffet I've ever been to.

We were very satisfied with the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Melanie and Stephanie. The continental breakfast was excellent.

We stayed here because we were attending our son's CFLRS (Military) graduation. The hotel is close by to the base. The staff even supplied written directions to hand out to all of the parents of how to get to the base. There was a hockey tournament also on but they had the foresight to have our rooms far away from any of the players and their families. […] The morning breakfast (free) was also delicious! "Fabulous Hotel"
The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean, the pool/hot tub very nice and the free breakfast was outstanding, we would definetly stay there again should the occasion arise.

Nice stop coming from US on way to Montreal (stop 30min before) Clean pool, nice spa. Good breakfast Nice stay !

We had an outstanding stay here- comfortable room, close to restaurants ( with a Tim Hortons next door!) and a good free breakfast! Close to the Canadian Forces Base and the highway to the U.S and Montreal. The service was wonderful. Lovely pool area. Definitely would stay there again!

Rooms have no fridge, no microwave. Bathroom is just ok. Clean but not new, room does not look new. Overall is ok. Very good heated swimming pool, not cold inside. Breakfast need to be improved. Same ,everyday.... not good.
"HIE - St. Jean sur le Richelieu"
This hotel was a great location for our purposes. We were visiting Parc Safari (40 minutes out). It is small and quaint which made enjoying the amenities not a hassle. The pool and hot tub area were nice and calm, not overcrowded. Their hot buffet breakfast (included) is great also... the essentials were all there, even hard boiled eggs. Our kids said […] they would of liked hash browns and chocolate milk though, which were missing. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the Montreal area. Подробнее

Excellent stay. Convenient to RMC Saint-Jean.
There is really nothing to do i'n the surrounding area.if you don' speak French it's very hard to communicate.
I enjoyed my short stay and will be back soon. very friendly crew.

"Bad reservation"
The way I reserve my room was poor, upon the arrival at the hotel, I didn't have what I asked for, room for pet, side by side room cause I had the kids with me. Asked for two bed per room which I didn't have it. Lack of communication between the "Command Post" and the hotel itself cause they didn't know what I would.

Great location. Okay service. Clean. Maid service left a bit to be desired in that coffee cups, other complimentary items were not replenished every day.
"Excellent Hotel Close to CFB St. Jean"
Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly. Very close to restaurants (Boston Pizza, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Tim Hortons) are across the street from the hotel. shopping mall was about a 5 min walk away and visible from the hotel. 5-10 min drive to Canadian Forces Base St. Jean. The Holiday Inn Express was was clean and updated. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice place to stay. Lots of family/fast food restaurants within walking distance. Tim Horton's across parking lot.....

"Holiday Inn Express, St Jean"
is convenient for travelers but don't expect any luxuries.
Great place. Was in town for a military graduation. Good location to the base. Clean comfortable beds. Room nicely decorated. Fantastic included breakfast. Would highly recommend.

I went to Montreal in September 09 and stayed @ the Holiday Inn Express, St. Jean. It was great, the receptionists were great and very helpful. They were very accommodating, gave my family a connecting room though it took quite a maneuvering on their part. The staff was very friendly, spoke English & taught us a few French. Breakfast was good, the pool […] was clean, & the location was easy to find. Overall, it was a great stay for us. When we went, the inn was newly renovated,which was just 2 yrs earlier. Подробнее

Tout était parfait!!! Nous avons adoré. Nous n'avons AUCUN commentaire négatif. La chambre, le repas, la piscine, le service, tout était de très bonne qualité. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

"Holiday Inn Express St. Jean : très honnête"
Rien de romantique ou de luxueux mais tout à fait honnête, exactement ce que vous voyez sur les photographies. Un plus, ils ont mis à notre disposition un lit de bébé pour coucher notre fils de 8 mois.

"Hotel implanté dans zone industrielle et commercia"
Hotel tres isolé pouvant convenir pour des groupes ou pour organiser des seminaires. Confort rustique malgré la présence d'une piscine et d'un spa; Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur par exemple. Il est possible d'utiliser le monte-charge pour les valises. Pas vraiment pratique. Aucun endroit pour acceuillir nos visiteurs (pas de salle ni bar ni salon)

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, idéal pour les petites familles vu la présence d'une piscine, d'un spa et du petit-déjeuner inclus, qui a lui seul vaut au moins 25-30 $ en restaurant.

Bel hôtel...employés efficaces et le petit déjeuner compris...recommande sans hésitation...
nous aurions aimé avoir un mini bar dans la chambre a la place de payer une bouteille d'eau a un prix ridicule dans une distributrice au bout du corridor
