Хорошее месторасположение. Номер немного маловат. Шум с улицы.

Удобное расположение, рядом с вокзалом, так что можно пешком дойти до отеля с багажом. Мы остановились там всего на одну ночь, но окрестности были отличными для прогулок и осмотра всех ресторанов.

Будьте осторожны, потому что люди с улицы легко могут попасть в отель, даже зайти в зал для завтраков! Так что нужно следить за своими сумками.

Я часто бываю в Мадриде, и всегда останавливаюсь в отеле рядом с площадью Пуэрта-дель-Соль. На этот раз я выбрал отель Nacional рядом с вокзалом Аточа. Это оказалось хорошим ходом. Во-первых, отель отлично расположен: буквально за углом от музея Прадо, музея королевы Софии и вокзала/метро Аточа. Автобусная остановка у дверей отеля также является остановкой […] туристических автобусов. От отеля всего пара минут пешком до улицы Уэртас (5 минут), музея Тиссен-Борнемиса (10 минут), площади Санта-Ана (15 минут), и всего чуть дальше до площадей Соль и Пласа Майор (20 минут). Я буквально влюбился в расположение этого отеля. Сам по себе отель был чистым и комфортабельным. Единственным недостатком является то, что бесплатный вай-фай был только в вестибюле. Если хотите Интернет в номере, нужно заплатить, и довольно приличную сумму. Нам предоставили выбор, в каком номере поселиться, - с окнами на внешнюю сторону отеля или на внутреннюю. Мы выбрали внутреннюю, потому что Пасео дель Прадо – одна из главных и наиболее забитых транспортом улиц города. У нас в номере не было шума с улицы или от остальных гостей. Завтрак был обычным для испанских отелей: хлопья, выпечка, свежие фрукты (грушево-манговый сок был восхитительным), мясо, сыры и т.д. И МОЖНО БЫЛО ЗАКАЗАТЬ ЯЙЦА. Хорошее качество, большой выбор. Мы столкнулись с проблемой шума с нижнего этажа, особенно ночью. Персонал объяснил нам, что система вентиляции в отеле не работала. Если не открывать окна, было слишком жарко и душно.

Отель был очень приятным и ухоженным. Персонал свободно говорил по-английски.

Отель был очень комфортабельным, с приветливым персоналом. От гостиницы легко добраться до вокзала Аточа. Туристические автобумы отправляются прямо от дверей отеля.

Мы остались довольны во всех отношениях. Отель довольно комфортабельный, хороший завтрак, прекрасное расположение – рядом с главными музеями, например, Прадо и др., и вокзалом Аточа. Прекрасный выбор, чтобы увидеть сам Мадрид и остальные города Испании, сев на поезд. Кроме того, рядом с отелем находятся рестораны, на Уэртас.

We spent 6 nights in NH Nacional, the service is very good, excellent breakfast, clean facilities, friendly staff and good location. The hotel is between two busy streets and next to a roundabout, so there is street noise even during the night, this might be problem for light sleepers. The hotel is quite near the metro so it is easy to get around […] Madrid. Atocha train station is in easy walking distance, with excellent connection to Barajas Airport for less than €3/person. The botanical garden is on the other side of the street, Parque Del Retiro one block away, museums like Reina Sofia, Prado and Thyssen and all close by. The service in the hotel was great. It is close to the train station and metro, and to the Prado. But if you like a little more action, it would be wiser to stay closer to the main plazas. I'm a frequent business traveller to Madrid and have stayed in at least 12 different hotels in the city center in the areas known as Sol, Retiro and Atocha in the past 5 years. I reserved at NH Nacional thinking this was the NH Paseo del Prado, which is about 3 blocks away on the same street. My room at Nacional was sub-par compared to several other […] hotels nearby, including the sister hotel up the street. It was small and cramped, with a view on a dingy small interior courtyard. Interior courtyard -view rooms often are quiet (which I'd requested) but my room turned out to be next to the housekeepers' supply room. I didn't realize this the first morning, as I had very early meetings and left my room before the housekeepers arrived. The second morning, when I was indulging some US-to-Europe jetlag and had later meetings, I was woken by multiple very loud voices, banging buckets, running water, and rolling carts from about 7:30am. Another drawback was the 10.60 euro charge for wi-fi and, worst of all, the signal was very weak. This is a deal-breaker for me when traveling for business. I won't stay there again. On the plus side, the hotel is in a convenient location for train travelers as it is next to the Atocha train station. But the subway system is so good and easy to navigate, even for non-Spanish speakers, that being located next to the train station shouldn't dissuade travelers from finding something better and cheaper farther away. the other advantage of this hotel is its also across the street from the botanic gardens (worth the visit!) and the Prado (obviously worth the visit!), the Reina Sofia, and a short walk to Plaza Santa Ana, the Thyssen, etc.. Its a fairly large hotel with a decent lobby and good breakfast. But it isn't anything special. Whether you are in Madrid for tourism or work, there are many similarly-priced hotels that have nicer rooms, more interesting decor or are in historical buildings, and that are in nearby or better areas. I am not sure I would stay here if I wasn't in transit. But in transit its fine the customary NH efficiency. A good location for the trains and close to the rest of the city for dinner.

Good location and Room was OK. Staff assistance was grudging and everything was extra - they seem to have a policy of trying to flog you upgrades for anything they can think of

Very nice hotel. Service was good. Room on the small side and you need to be on the higher floors to avoid the street noise. We were in a room the first nighrt on the 5th floor and had some problems with the bed and street noise. We relocated to the 6th floor the second day and the room was much better. walking distance from Atoche train station and Prado museum, expensive buffet breakfast 17 euros not included. I had to cut my stay short by one day and the hotel would not refund the difference or apply it to any other charges

The hotel is in a great location in town. However, the street noise in the rooms is extremely loud at all hours of the day and night, even with the noise shield down over the windows. This hotel was in an ideal location. It is was very close to the train station and two of the biggest museums in Madrid. Ideal for catching an early plane. The only thing that I did not like is that the room was small.

Initially we were given a room facing inside. But when we requested a room facing the street, the receptionist gave us a nice room with balcony a quiet,pleasant room. For inexpensive breakfast McDonald is just next door, There are quite a few eating places across the road. Great location - close to museums,buses and metro.

The hotel location is perfect. However, as soon as we saw the room we realized that it wasn't anything close to what is portrayed on the online pictures. We complained and they upgraded our room. The second day, they forgot to change two of the bathroom towels. They left the used towels there. This hotel is close to the Prado and to the Atocha train station--a simple bus ride to/from the airport. What more could one ask for? Hotel is clean and pleasant; staff is helpful and attentive. Many rooms overlook the park. Surrounding area has many restaurants, cafes, bars, small convenience stores. etc.

Great location, helpful staff, exceptional breakfast buffet. A great choice if you are taking the train to or from Atocha Station.

Close enough to most of the things you want to see and to in Madrid, in particular the famous museums.

Excellent location with 3-5 minutes walking to the Metro, train station. Bus stops and Madrid Vision Tourist bus stop is right at the front door of the hotel. Rooms are of Adequate size but some of the furnitures are showing the age (the chair unhosltery and the cushions can certainly get some help !) Room had wooden floor but no area rugs or carpets. Bathroom […] are big and well equiped. No coffe or tea in the room and don't expect the iron/ironing board ! The lobby furnitures were really shabby and definitely needs some uplifting. A classic hotel very near the Prado but a pretty good walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace.

Seven fives out of five should say it all. I really liked everything about this hotel. Even down to the room design with its double bathroom arrangement plus double doors to eliminate all corridor noise. Gold for that architect. Falling out of bed into the Prado and the Reina Sofia was okay too.

El edificio es muy bonito por fuera y sobrio por dentro. Está a pasos de la estacion Atocha, por lo que es muy comodo para coordinar viajes en tren o avion (tren de cercanias directo a Barajas). Tambien cerca del museo del Prado, e incluso caminable a la Plaza Mayor. Las habitaciones muy adecuadas, el desayuno no lo probamos porque nos parecio un poco […] caro. Hay un Mac Cafe al lado de la planta baja. El barrio tranquilo de día, pero no para andar a altas horas. Atencion muy amable para ser un Hotel tan grande. Подробнее

Para quem quer conhecer os principais museus de Madrid é o endereço ideal. Fica a menos de 200 metros do Prado, Reina Sofia e Thyssen. Tem também metro na porta e a estação de trens Atocha atravessando a rua. É confortavel, moderno, com boa qualidade de serviço e preço ótimo. Não é de luxo mas é um 4 * muito bom. EL HOTEL TIENE UNA PERFECTA UBICACION PARA CONOCER EL CENTRO DE MADRID CAMINANDO. TIENE ACCESO A ESTACION DE METRO Y TRENES EN LA ESQUINA. LOS MUSEOS MAS IMPORTANTES, PARQUES,CALLES, EXPOSICIONES TODO INCREIBLELMENTE ACCESIBLE.

The hotel has a great location, it´s next to the subway, the room is clean but smells bad. Overall it´s an excellent option.

Tæt på Atocha banegården, de tre store kunstmuseer og Retiro-parken. Rigtig gode cafeer i de små gader bag hotellet. Der er P-kælder under hotellet, Værelserne er ikke så store men de er gode selvom de bærer præg af alder - og var vores værelse havde vi udsigt over Retiro-parken.

영어 잘 통하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 카운터가 그다지 친절하지는 않습니다만 제 할일은 다 해줍니다. 아침식사는 상당히 괜찮습니다. 음식도 다양한 편이며 양질의 식사와 커피를 즐길 수 있습니다. 기차역에서 매우 가까워 편리하며 프라도미술관도 도보로 5분이내입니다. 전반적으로 만족한 호텔입니다.
