отель удобно расположен: в двух шагах ближайшее метро, в 15-минутной пешеходной доступности станция, с которой можно попасть на вокзал Ориенте, недалеко от отеля остановка экскурсионных автобусов. Отель с современным оборудованием. Персонал незаметен:) - работа делается

Расположен очень удобно от общественного транспорта и 3 мин. от остановки автобусов и в том числе от автобуса из аэропорта. Предусмотрен обильный завтрак. Очень близко достопримечательности и остановки туристических обзорных автобусов.

Отель отлично расположен,отличный завтрак. Одно НО- небольшие номера.
Местоположение.
Отель Hotel Alif Avenidas располагается в сердце города Лиссабон, в пределах пешей доступности от отеля Центр современного искусства и Музей Gulbenkian. Также неподалеку Замок Святого Георга и Rossio.
Особенности отеля.
Отель бизнес-класса предлагает следующее: ресторан и бар в лобби отеля. В зонах общего пользования предоставляется беспроводной доступ в Интернет (за дополнительную плату). Отель с рейтингом 4 зв. предлагает следующие бизнес-услуги: круглосуточный бизнес-центр и прокат лимузинов. По запросу: услуги консьержа, помощь туристам/услуги по бронированию билетов и обмен валюты. Дополнительные услуги отеля: многоязычный персонал, бесплатные газеты в холле и обслуживание номеров (по расписанию). За дополнительную плату гостям предлагается трансфер из аэропорта и обратно (предоставляется по запросу). Это отель для некурящих. Отель был полностью отремонтирован в 2009 г.

"Отель Alif Avenidas"
Отель расположен прямо напротив станции метро, что очень удобно, так как наши выходные были посвящены осмотру достопримечательностей Лиссабоне. Менеджер на стойке регистрации помогала, но не отличалась большим дружелюбием. В футуристическом номере была потрясающе удобная двуспальная кровать. Остановлюсь там снова.

Этот отель был очень удобным, и располагался рядом с красивым парком и станцией метро. Это не в центре города, так что для осмотра большинства достопримечательностей нужно ехать на метро или такси. Останавливался только на одну ночь, но комната была очень впечатляющей.

Впервые в Лиссабоне и впервые в этом отеле. Приветливые сотрудники, в отеле был очень приятный запах, даже в лифте. Находится эта гостиница через дорогу от станции метро, что очень удобно. Район тихий и безопасный даже в 2 часа ночи. Мы прекрасно провели время и рекомендуем этот отель.

Очень тихий и комфортабельный отель, находится рядом с двумя станциями метро и главной дорогой Лиссабона. Отель находится не настолько в центре, как некоторые другие места, но пока в нем более разумные цены, стоит останавливаться именно в нем.

"Clean and nice"
We were two 20 year old girls who went to Lisboa for a weekend. The stay at Alif Avenidas was problem free. The room was neat and looked good, the bathroom was beautiful. We had no issues, though we didn't spend much time in the hotel, we didn't even try the breakfast. The hotel is close to a big supermarket with great opening hours where you definitely […] can get everything you need. It's also right next to a metro stop, or else walking to the city centre is around 40 minutes. "ALIF AVENIDAS in LISBON"
Very good value. Handy to the Gubenkain Museum (great), the open-top bus and a bus station and El Corte Ingles and Zara (great). The staff were great andprobably the best breakfasts I have ever seen in an European Hotel. I will never forget the freshly picked strawberries!

This small but friendly hotel is a great value and in a good location. It is not in the heart of town, but has several Metro entrance steps from the door. There is good shopping within a few blocks and it is very pleasant walk from the hotel into the center of Lisbon and the waterfront.

A very nice hotel in Lisbon, 2-3km from the center. It's about a 30mn walk to the center along a beautiful avenue. The area is agreable and we enjoyed the walk each time. if not, there is a metro stop just in front the hotel, very practical to get back in the evening. The only minus would be that there is a rather poor noise/sound isolation. We could here the TV of the neighbourgs (they might have watched it loud ) and also from the clients above our room. We personally thought, there is no need to have a "portier" although that might be part of the culture/ hotel philosophy in Portugal. One should also be aware of the construction site just in front of it which meaning that there is noise starting in the morning and during the day. Not during the weekend though. "Good hotel in good location"
The hotel was very modern and clean. The breakfast was great, lots of fresh fruit and pastries. The location wa perfect, it's sanwiched between 3 of the metro lines and there are some nice places to eat nearby.

A good no-nonsence hotel with a perfect location - the metro is litterally just outside the frontdoor. Very nice and helpfull staff, modern rooms and quite reasonably freakfast. As many places in Europe, wireless internet is still at a price - 10 euro/day. But it works and it fast.. Wouldn't hesitaty to go back

Great little hotel. The walls are a little thin, but all else is great. Location is extremely handy to the metro, so no need for taxis or a rental car. Friendly and helpful staff. A bargain.
"not good service or try to help in any kind of way"
internet was terrible, had to pay for it even though i had a room, only stayed for 3 hours because my time was limited and the hotel wouldnt help out with a type of half day deal, my card was already charged. i would not recommend this hotel. only thing good about the hotel was how the lobby looked and i bet i can find better.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was impeccably cleaned, and had a few nice touches of comfort I didn't expect for the price. "Great option"
My last minute booking turned out to be a very positive experience. The double room was great and quiet, the bathroom very nice (looked recently renovated). The staff was helpful. The location is fine as long as you are ready to travel to other areas for some nightlife. The connections are good though.
"Close to public transport, great value"
Though the hotel was not walking distance to any sites the metro is directly outside the door, the tickets are cheap and the pt rusn until failry late in Lisbon. Internet is overpriced but the rest of the room was very nice, comfortable and convenient.

"Exellent in all ways."
3 blocks from Avda Republica and 2 blocks from the very upscale Corte Ingles shopping center. 2 blocks from the Gulbackian Museo (a dissapointment but free on Sunday till 2), 4 metro stops to the old city. "Staff and Services"
For a four Star Hotel the staff should have been able to recommend good restaurants in the area or offer to book one for you. Also an Iron should have been available to guests if required, these two points made me question the Hotels quality of service.
"Hotel Alif Avenidas-easy to access metro"
This hotel was very clean, and the rooms were quite nice. It's a very short walk to the Red or Blue Line of the Lisbon Metro system. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and well-lit. It's a short taxi ride from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

"Not in downtown"
This hotel is close to metro however it's not in downtown. I have a non-smoking room but the room has the smell.

The rooms were nice, comfortable, quiet and clean. There is an entrance to the subway about 200 feet from the front door of the hotel which is very convenient. The only thing I disliked was that the wireless internet is about $5 per hour. Most of the other hotels I stayed at during my trip to Portugal had free wireless internet. "Brand new hotel, convenient location"
Though this hotel was not in the center, I almost preferred being a bit outside of the busy city center. It was right in front of, literally, the San Sebastao metro stop that in 5 minutes takes you to the center. The hotel, brand new, nice staff, and clean. Definitely recommend it!

"Comfortable, clean, good location"
We had a nice stay in this nice and comfortable hotel. It is very convenient with a metro station just accross the street and in the middle of the blue line (S. Sabastiao). Be careful the red metro line has also a new stop (terminus) at S. Sebastiao that is not yet on all guides or city maps you can get in the Info centers.
