NH City Centre Amsterdam - Амстердам

Посредственный отель, в 10 минутах ходьбы от плотины. Ничего особенного. Персонал неплохой. Бесплатный вай-фай в вестибюле, но только на 30 минут. Стены тонкие, как бумага. На улице бывает шумно по ночам, так что тяжело уснуть. Комнаты невероятно маленькие.

Персонал был помогающим и дружественным, отель оказался чистым и уютным, номера – современными и комфортабельными.

Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в отеле NH City Centre в Амстердаме. Номера были чистыми, хорошо оборудованными, и сервис отличный. Персонал отеля был любезным, вежливым и очень помогающим. Рядом с отелем много разных баров, кафе и ресторанов, что было крайне удобно, хотя в ночное время бывает шумно. Этот отель расположен недалеко от площади Дам, что удаляет его от наиболее «липких» сторон Амстердама. Прямо напротив отеля находится несколько прелестных старых пабов и ресторанов. Единственный негативный момент, который я мог бы добавить, касается нашего номера. Мы были на 4 этаже в передней части здания, что означало, что окна нашего номера были […] расположены высоко. Отель был очень чистым, явно хорошо управлялся, комнаты были на маленькой стороне… но это общая черта для большинства отелей Амстердама, особенно в ценовой категории этого отеля. Персонал был очень полезным и очень старался сделать так, чтобы нас все устраивало, и отвечать на наши вопросы и т.д. Остановлюсь там еще раз.

Удивительное место, и очень удобные кровати. Персонал был услужливым, но мог быть и более милым. В целом, это очень хороший отель, удобно расположенный в сердце Амстердама, от него можно дойти пешком до всех достопримечательностей. Отель оправдал все наши надежды и ожидания; чистый и современный, хорошие номера и прекрасные ванные. Мы жили на пятом этаже, и шум от дороги был совсем негромким, но это достаточно тихое место рядом с цветочным рынком, отличными местными ресторанами и кафе, и рядом со всеми достопримечательностями.

Hotel conviently located, friendly,would stay there again ( for sure)

Great hotel and pleasant stay... Proximity to main tourist locations was very helpful... I would have been even more glad if hotel had included breakfast and wi-fi in bedroom(free wi-fi is only in the lobby)...but still not too much to complaint about !

Good location, easy access to public transport, no noice from bars/clubs, good everyday room cleanup with fresh towels, free safe for your passport and other stuff you won't carry around. The overall experience was good. Not a five star, but I rather give it a 3+

Location of the hotel was very nice, but the quality of the rooms did not seem to live up to the high price rate. Mediocre at best.

The location is great and the rooms are adequate, but the staff is useless. They have no information about the surrounding area. If that is not an issue, then this hotel will be fine.

I enjoyed my stay at the NH City Centre. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and modern throughout. Although street side, the room was quiet as very good windows keep noise out. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Wifi is only available in lobby for free in 30 minute intervals. Would have preferred free wifi in my room. Great comfortable clean hotel in a fab location for a weekend in the city. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go

The NH city centre hotel was a very enjoyable stay 4 myself and my girlfriend on our 1st trip to Amsterdam. It was amazingly located close to all the main attractions and sight seeing spots. Our room was not the best looking out onto a brick wall but they were more than happy to change us to a room with a canal view and I must say it was an amazing […] room. The only negative I have is when we were checking out there was a hidden fee of €9.90 for city tax. The hotel was pretty easy to find from the #1, 2 or 5 tram, and the staff at reception were welcoming and friendly. The foyer is very nicely laid out, with an endless sweet supply on the reception desk. However there are plenty tearooms & cafes nearby. We only had breakfast in the hotel the first morning. We didn't eat in the hotel's own restaurant so I cannot comment. Decent hotel - very close to dam square and all the regular tourist spots. Hotel itself is set in a typical amsterdam building (very steep stairs etc) but it is very clean.

I have not stayed in other properties in Amsterdam before but this hotel was excellent. European hotels are usually tiny compared to Western Standards but this room was adequate size and well appointed. Hotel room was small by American standards. Clean linen, in room fridge and hot pot were a plus. We arrived during a snow storm and -20C weather and were concerned about having a radiator in the room as our heat source. Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of most of Amsterdam. Room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were beside the house keeping station which was a bit noisy in the morning. Also our double bed was just two single beds put together which was annoying. We arrived to find 2 single beds when we booked a double. They changed our room with no hesitations but to fund they had charged us again for the new room which meant we had no spends in the bank on the sat night ... They did give us the cash back straight away but hassle of phoning uk to find out where money went, back and forth to hotel was a pain..... […] Be aware of this when checkin in as the girl who made the mistake didnt know what she was doing ... We spent 3 days here before taking off for our next destination. This was convenient to most of the things we wanted to see (and were able to get around on foot to all of them). Very whell located, in the heart of Amsterdam. Don't believe in the number of stars... small rooms with nothing but the strictly necessary. Parking fees are very high if you're ravelling by car, but not mentionned anywhere. Summary: quite expensive for what it provides, next time I should try other options.

Nice location relatively close to all the attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was always clean upon our return. Very secure, key card needed to enter hotel, use lift and enter room. Furthermore, a safe comes free with the room. Overall, everything was how it should be. The hotel has probably seen better times but it is conveniently located and it was a good price. Checking in took forever and even though I signed for the express check-out I still had to wait at the reception before leaving...

I'm a frequent traveller and I was very disappointed with the standard of the room that was on offer from NH Hotels. It was my first stay with this chain of hotels. First of all the room was very dark, the decor was very old and the room shape itself was unusual. This hotel is convenient to sights, but has very small, and rather dingy, rooms--not a good value even for Amsterdam's generally cramped hotels. The breakfast, however, was very good for a buffet, and our interior room was quiet. For the price, I would book another place.

The hotel is centrally located. The hotel facilities were good. I would return and recommend hotel to others as well.

The price could have been slightly cheaper but i still think i got value for money. the cleanliness of the room and comfort were perfect and the services available were in accordance with the best hotels.

Very knowledgeable & helpful multilingual staff. Comfortable, clean well apportioned rooms a little on the small size but with all amenities. Great location convenient to attractions, shopping, restaurants, trams, buses, etc. Canal view rooms a plus. Would stay there again.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel, and the location couldn't be better. On the edge of the old city, close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable. Overall a great value.

excellent location, very close to Dam square and all the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam, yet quiet location making sleeping easier. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. WHATCH OUT for the bikes and trams!!
