I was worried about it because it had only 2 out of 5 stars. It's not brand new but it is well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. Also, they had great free breakfast and free wifi.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels, but felt that this offered the most value for the price. Very clean. Good breakfast-friendly people. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly . Had my nine year old grand daughter with me spent hours in the pool and hot tub which was very clean. Loved having the tables in the pool area while she swam I was able to read. Loved the hot waffels for breakfast. Have stayed there before and will stay again.

This hotel is pretty nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only difficulty was locating the entrance to get to the hotel. Better signage is needed.

Very clean. Good pool for kids. Breakfast better than most. Would stay there again.

Very Nice, Never had any problems.

I was pleased with how sound proof our room was. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

As some previous reviewers have already said, this place lacks service. The manager was disrespectful when she responded to our concerns, and at times ladies from their cleaning crew (who spoke very little English) were stationing the front desk. The rooms are quite old. We were moved to a different floor in the middle of our stay due to some electrical […] malfunctions (power was totally out in some rooms). Then in the second room we got moved too, the smoke detector wasn't working properly (it beeped when we moved in, they came and replaced the battery, but it beeped again in the middle of the night....). And if you are allergic to industrial cleaners and fragrance, you might want to stay somewhere else. We had to air out the room for a good 15 min before we could comfortably return to the room again. I've had to travel to this city on business and have stayed in many of the hotels in the area. This is by far the best value for your money. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again next time I am here.

The only cons is the breakfast time is only till 9AM. People were still showing at 9:05AM and no item was available because the housekeeper started cleaning up at 9AM. It would be nice if the breakfast time can be extended.

Don't even try to find this hotel without a GPS system! We spent over an hour driving up and down Slater Kinney Rd. before we finally saw a tiny sign behind the trees, visible from only one side of the road. We stopped several times, but no one seemed to be familiar with the small side road off a cross street where the hotel is located. We had traveled […] 2,000 miles for a wedding reception and naively asked the hotel clerk for directions to the Lacey Community Center (which no one in Lacey had ever heard of, either). She called her boss, who did not have time to speak to her, and simply told her to "go left" at Pacific Avenue (a one-way street in the wrong direction). The clerk realized that we could not turn left, so simply advised us to "turn right." We spent another hour driving up and down the wrong side of Pacific Avenue, totally unable to locate our venue. Finally, we figured out that we needed to take the one-way couplet, Lacey Ave., to get to Pacific in the other direction. But we were two hours late, and most of our relatives had already left. room was very clean, bed was super comfy

No frills and hard to find. Even with a GPS. It was close to my traing though so that was a plus

Hotel was nicely kept, however we didn't use the pool area because of extremely strong chlorine smell!

We liked the hotel because it is close to various restaurants. It is also close to the road so we hear some noise from traffic. However, it is not so loud because the hotel is surrounded by trees that serve as buffer. The staff is friendly and the continental breakfast is good. If I return to Lacey, I will stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are always friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to request connecting rooms and they were ready when we got there. The front desk clerk printed out our airline boarding passes for us when we left.

we especially enjoyed the quiet area, the plentiful breakfast and the exceptionally friendly staff!
