Постоянный шум с улицы или гудящий кондиционер, гремящий посудой персонал и запахи кухни по утрам. Это визитная карточка т.н. четыре звезды! А в центре Флоренции достаточно предложений с более привлекательными ценами.

Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле каждый раз, когда бываю во Флоренции. Он удобный, и расположение в центре просто идеально. Буквально до всего несколько минут ходьбы: железнодорожный вокзал, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Academia, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, Marketplace, Santa Croce... рядом прекрасные рестораны... Расположение отличное, прямо в центре всего. Но обслуживание клиентов никуда не годится. На стойке регистрации мы спросили у двух разных клерков, взимается ли плата при звонке на номер 800 с телефона в номере. Оба они убеждали нас, что мы можем спокойно звонить, и платить за это не нужно. Когда мы пришли выписываться из отеля, нам выставили счет больше […] 5 евро за каждый звонок. Никто не смог нам помочь, и служащие сказали нам, что позднее снимут эти суммы, но когда мы позвонили затем, чтобы сделать это, нам сказали, что не могут помочь с этим вопросом. Расположение отеля просто невероятное! Номер был чистым и тихим. Раймонд на стойке регистрации быо просто супер.

Порекомендую всем - находится в отличном месте, в центре по отношению ко всем достопримечательностям, удобные номера, хороший завтрак, дружественный персонал, очень пнимающий и готовый помочь. Единственным неприятным моментом стала необходимость платить за Интернет-услуги и местные звонки. Но в следующую поездку я все равно выберу это место.

Calzaiuoli расположен так, что для моего первого визита во Флоренцию и не могло быть лучше. Все интересные для туристов достопримечательности находились менее, чем в 10 минутах ходьбы. Отель очень удобный и расположен наилучшим образом, возможным во Флоренции. Но, кажется, они до сих пор не могут установить несколько маршрутизаторов, чтобы в номерах был беспроводной Интернет. Служащие убеждали меня, что могут, но Интернет точно не работал в моем номере. Повсюду в Италии он работает отлично. Не должно быть такого неприятного момента […] в приличной гостинице. Служащие отеля были очень любезными и готовыми помочь, и потому мы чувствовали себя очень желанными гостями и что для них нет никаких сложных вопросов. Номер всегда был прелестным и чистым каждый раз, как мы возвращались, и обслуживающий комнаты персонал был ненавязчив и всегда вежлив, когда убирал и проверял комнаты.

Great hotel. It's smack in the middle of everything. The location couldn't be more perfect. Everything is within a 3 -5 minute walk to the farthest point. The hotel is in a prime spot for seeing the sights, I would request a room at the back of the hotel, the noise from the street below is loud. The windows need to be kept open in March, so the sound is louder. Overall, though a very nice hotel with a good breakfast.

We stayed at the Hotel Calzaiuoli for 3 nights and have no complaints! The hotel is in a amazing location, literally in the heart of Florence, its only a 2minute walk to the Duomo and Piazza De Republica and a 15min from the cental train station. Really is 4 star. Breakfast was excellent with good service. Street can get a little loud at night because you are in the heart of Florence historic district. Everything is nearby. Excellent location.

This hotel was excellent. It is in the middle of Florence. If you don't stay there, you will wish you had when you walk by with the crowds to whatever hotel you made the mistake of staying at. You can walk to all of the gazillion attractions in Florence from the hotel. The staff is very helpful, and the hotel is not extemely large but is very nice.

only trouble is if you arrive by car, you can not reach the hotel as all streets are pedestrial

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and in walking distance of the train station and all of the main sites in Florence. They have a fantastic breadfast complete with eggs and bacon, etc. We will stay there again.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was literally right in the middle of everything you wanted to see and do. We had a great view over a bustling street - we were right near the duomo, the ponte vecchio, the great shopping, the good food - and close to the train station too. The lobby is small for a 4-stars. However, the location is excellent, right in the center of attractions and actions. We enjoy the staying there for our 6-night Florence vacation.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was the most perfect location possible. Within steps to everything you could want. Friendly, helpful staff. FANTASTIC breakfast. The rooms were very small. I paid for a larger room and they told me that was the large room. There is no way a room could be smaller. They didn't give me the room I paid for. I also had arranged for a private car to pick me up to take me to the airport and the hotel clerk took money from someone else and gave it to them. They didn't know that my girlfriend […] was sitting there waiting in the lobby and heard the clerk give it to them. The clerk then told me that the driver called and he said he wouldn't be coming because he couldn't get gas anywhere. They are very shady at this hotel and I would never stay there again. Подробнее

Some of the hotel staff was VERY UNFRIENDLY!!! Some were ery helpful and took the time to get us train schedules...the breakfast was not that great if you are American, it is not the same kind of food..Bed was comfortable for American Standards and had a good shower..WIFI was soooooo expensive..do not plan to use your computer

If you would like a great hotel that is close to everything in walking distance..this is a great hotel. Nice big room and a nice hot shower after a hot day tooling around Florence or Tuscany. The staff is very friendly and speaks English for those of us not so fluent in Italian.

Excellent location between the Duomo and the Uffitzi and just a block from the Plazza de Republica. Located on a main street filled with tourists, the hotel remains quite. The staff are friendly and offer great recommendations when asked.

This hotel was as good as any I've stayed at in my travels. Everything was top flight. The only drawback was that the internet connection was very weak wifi in our room. The Calzaiuoli Hotel is in a GREAT location, an easy walk to the Duomo, museums and shopping. We stayed there June 28 - July 1, 2009. Definitely take advantage of the breakfast: yogurt, granola, cereal, jams, breads, toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, fruit, teas and delicious coffees individually made according to your specifications --- […] great. The room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, nice sheets, air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was modern and pristine. The restaurants suggested by the staff were our least favorites so you'll do better getting that info off the web, our two faves were Quarttro Leoni (get their famous asparagus and ham pasta dish)and Il Latini (go for the steak for two for the main course) and for lunch or a snack definitely walk right around the corner from the Calzaiuoli Hotel (left out the door, first left and then about 20 paces on the left) to I Fratellini, 2.50 Euros gets you a great sandwich, we liked the tuna best, swung by again before heading to the airport and ate them on the plane - yum! The hotel was very nice/clean; great service; comfortable air conditioned room - BUT the street noise at night (especially on Saturday night - until 3:00 or 4:00 am) made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

Location, location, location!!! My only complaint is that our room was across from the kitchen so we heard pot/pans and conversation begin at 6am. We did have a window onto the street which was fabulous. If I ever go back to Florence I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at The Calzaiuoli Hotel. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast room was great. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to your needs. Although the maids could do a more thorough cleaning of the hotel rooms but other than that, it is a fine hotel with wonderful amenities like slippers!

Localizado no coração de Florença. Bem conservado e com serviço muito bom. Café da manhã em salão pequeno mas bem servido. Tem serviço para guardar o carro em estacionamento próximo já que não se pode parar nas imediações. Recomendo!

Hotellet ligger perfekt lige i centrum. Værelserne er rigtig fine og i første omgang var jeg meget glad fordi vi havde valgt dette hotel. Men jeg sov dårligt. Der var ikke tæppe på gangen på det værelse hvor jeg sov og blev derfor vækket af gæste der kom sent hjem det larmede rigtig meget da de gik forbi værelset. Hotellet kan ikke ligge mere centralt for besøg af Firenzes seværdigheder. Til trods herfor var hotellet som en oase midt i den travle by.

Albergo centralissimo, tra Piazza del Duomo e Piazza Signoria. Ottimo il servizio.
