Excelsior Hotel Berlin - Берлин

Хороший европейский отель. Обслуживание, чистота, порядок!!! Останавливались на 2 дня. Рядом зоопарк, торговые улицы с кучей магазинов начиная от H&M, заканчивая Louis Vuitton. В паре станций метро, или в 15 минутах езды на велосипеде достопримечательности Бранденбургские ворота, Соборы, телебашня и прочее.

Отличные завтраки,удачное расположение,но единственный минус-это маленькие номера с мебелью из Икеа.

Отель расположен удобно. Сервис хороший, чисто. Персонал вполне внимательный, но без огня в глазах. Номера стандартные, ремонт не делали довольно давно, окна пропускают звук с улицы очень сильно даже после центра в Москве спать было не комфортно. Очень не удобный сан узел.

Я забронировал 2 номера для длинных выходных в Берлине. Один номер повышенной комфортности и одним обычный. Когда я туда приехал оба номера оказались одинакового размера, только номер повышенной комфортности был выкрашен в белый цвет, вместо темного дерева. В обзоре номеров сказано, что в номер повышенной комфортности должен быть больше и что в нем […] должна быть кофеварка. Я пошел жаловаться и единственный ответ, который я получил, было: У вас правильный номер. Я был очень разочарован, так как я заплатил больше за комфорт, который я не получил. При заказе еды в ресторане отеля, официант перепутал порядок дважды, и я в конечном итоге получить неправильный напитков и ожидание в течение 20 минут моего заказа, когда другие получили их. НО они сделали все это снова хорошо, рассматривая всю партию с десертом, вся еда была превосходной! Дизайн отеля был очень приятным, и бар с большим напитки! Номера очень маленькие, так и ванные комнаты. Существовал некоторые черные волосы на белых простынях, когда мы получили комнату в первый день, но кроме этого комната была чистой. Вывод: это недорогая гостиница, не роскошь. Но так как отель они предлагают номера, которые выглядят хорошо, и ресторан / бар, который предлагает пищи намного превышает средний уровень! Подробнее

Хотя отель могли быть приняты уважаемый титул "Excelsior", его качество на удивление низкое. Персонал, по большей части, очень резким, и дает очень типичные ответы, когда дело доходит до того где поесть и экскурсий. Номера чистые, но маленькие и непривлекательные, ванная комната особенно. Из-за отеля я провел только одну ночь в Берлине, так как две […] в этом отеле были бы слишком неудобным и тесным. Хороший отель в хорошем месте, любезный персонал, но очень маленькие номера.

Нам очень понравился отель! Декор был великолепен, упрощенный и стильной, и что мы любим больше всего, камин / бар в общем пространстве с библиотекой. Она придала прекрасную домашнюю атмосферу, и мы провели время с расслаблением что является необычным для нас, чтобы сделать в вестибюлях гостиниц. Отличный доступ на Маках к интернету. Мы получили удовольствие от нашего пребывания в этом отеле. Сотрудники были очень полезными, когда мы обращались за советами.Комната была чистой и очень тихой, но немного на малой стороне. Это было хорошо иметь небольшой чайник плюс чашки и т.д. в номере. Чисто, хорошее местоположение, новый и с доступными ценами на Интернет и завтрак. Единственным недостатком было то, что номер был очень маленький.

В целом, отель был очень хорош, если вы не возражаете против простой мебели IKEA в вашем номере. Везде было чисто и сотрудники были очень вежливы. Мы ели в ресторане, в трех случаях, и еда была отличной, очень высокого уровня по разумной цене. I had booked and paid for this hotel (5 rooms) back in January 2012 for myself and a small group of friends, who are all professionals about 40 years old, for a stay in April 2012. Given the time booked in advance I reconfirmed our bookings at the start of April directly with the hotel and was told everything was fine. On arrival about 2pm, we were […] initially told no rooms were available and that we were being moved to the Holiday Inn which we viewed as a retrograde step as it was further away from the centre (1-2miles) and wasn't 4 stars. Any compensation suggested was minimal and amounted to free transport. Fortunately, one of my friends works in the travel industry, demanded the manager and suggested he reaccommodate us in at least a 4 star hotel in the same area. When the manager began to see we would not be fobbed off and any relocation would be very expensive for the hotel, 5 rooms mysteriously appeared, and he apologised and bought us all a drink at the bar. Whilst we were at the bar we noted other people checking in so the hotel did not appear completely full. This episode aside the hotel is clean, well placed and pleasant. Got a great deal at this hotel. The area around it has lots of bars, shopping, restaurants, and the subway that's 5 min walk away runs regularly to the airport and all major tourist sights. Excelsior Hotel in Berlin. Let me tell you some good things about this hotel. 1) Good location - near the Zoological train/underground station, very convenient wherever you go. Shops are within walking distance. A lot of restaurants you can also walk to. 2) Decor - the lobby and the bar all in good atmosphere. 3) Free Internet - it saves you time […] to find internet cafe or bring your own laptop. 4) TV channels - enough to choose from, and they even provide adult channels (gay or straight) to choose from. Good, though I have not chosen any! 5) Value for money - though it is 4 star hotel, it is reasonably priced, really value for money. However, there are some things need to be improved: 1) Bedsheet - was it due to the cleaning detergents of the bedsheet or bed bugs or the soap in the bathroom I do not know, but my skin was irritated after staying there for 4 nights. 2) Ventilation - please do something about it, the ventilation was a bit noisy. It is only I was exhausted after travelling in the morning, otherwise I don't think I can fall asleep. 3) Breakfast - I didn't have breakfast there, since I was told it is 18 euro, I think it is too much, so I went to a cafe next door (at the corner if you leave your hotel and turn left) for 9 euros, perfect! Quite value for money and the location was easy to get to from the airport and other major stations in Berlin. The only flaws were the service was a bit cold, and the windows were unwashed and it was in such poor condition you could hardly see out.

The room was fine very clean + comfortable + location was very close to Zoologister Station , the only fault was the TV did not work + the maids were having a argument in the corridor early in the morning , but alas i would recommend this hotel + would stay here again .

The service at Reception is friendly and efficient, and they are happy to help with all manner of problems or queries. Our room was nice, with a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The only negatives were that the radiator seemed jammed on and the room was very hot on the first night- but we just opened the window, and then raised it the next day with Reception, who sent someone to fix the problem promptly. Also the lighting was a little dim, especially in the bathroom, and perhaps could have been brighter. Finally the bathroom door didn't close properly as it seemed too big for its frame. Just a small detail which could easily be fixed and which I would probably expect to have been addressed by our next visit. Apart from this, we had a lovely stay and could find no real fault- the only problems I have mentioned are very minor and really weren't an issue. We arrived late with our 2 year old! The room was overbooked. Hotel said we needed to confirm our stay prior to arrival, however on hotels.com says we didn't need to! I WAS DISGUSTED AT THE HIGH PRICE WE HAD TO PAY FOR MUSIC - 200 EUROS. THE INSTRUCTIONS WE WERE GIVEN WERE THAT WE HAD TO PAY 22 EUROS FOR THE FULL STAY OF 3 NIGHTS. The staff was very helpful with everything. The lobby bar war super with a charming staff. In the center of Berlin and close to the train station (ZOO). Very recomendable.

This was a great hotel centrally located and the staff were very welcoming and could not be more helpful. The front desk staff all spoke very good english. The rooms and bar and restraunt was very professional. A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Very convenient location, 2 blocks from the S bahn, 2 blocks from a large grocery store and 1 block from a large wine shop. They provided a very convenient business center and the overall cost was very reasonable.

Location of hotel is fantastic. 2 minute walk to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn and 5 minute walk to Kurfurstendamm. Rooms are extremely small for two people but we didn't spend a lot of time in room. When we arrived at the hotel, we got swift friendly service. The room was a good size and clean. Very close to amenities and the public transport (U and S Bahn) We had a meal one evening in the hotel and the service was excellent, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was very good. A lovely place to stay.
