Отель удобно расположен. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов и магазинов. За 5-7 мин можно дойти до вокзала и аэроэкспресса. Завтраки - шведский стол, меню достаточно разнообразно. Прибыли в отель и нам сказали, что мы могли заехать и раньше утром. Пришли в номер, он был на нижем этаже и, хотя размер был нормальный, показалось, что там нет кондиционера. Спросили на ресепшен, сказали, что починят. Ушли, вернулись в начале вечера, в номере было все еще жарко. Вначале нам сказали, что кондиционеры отключены во всем отеле. В холлах […] все нормально работало. Настояли на смене номера. Переселились выше, кондиционер там работал, но номер был очень маленький. Поинтересовались, действительно ли это номер на двоих. Другие номера выглядели больше. Расположение отличное. Персонал на ресепшен очень милый, но их только двое, и чтобы регистрировать заезды, и чтобы отвечать на вопросы. В отеле очень понравилось. Единственное, что можно покритиковать - плохо обстоят дела с хранением одежды в спальне - просто вешалки на крючках из стены, которые настолько маленькие, что вешалки постоянно падают. Также нам пришлось держать свои несессеры прямо на полу в ванной, потому что их больше не на что было положить.

Хорошее расположение. Отличный шведский стол (что важно, учитывая стоимость еды в Стокгольме). Номер маленький, но комфортный.

Отель находится в самом центре Стокгольма. В нескольких шагах от отеля есть рынок, Gamla Stan в пяти кварталах к югу от этого места на улице, где полно магазинов, несколько кафе и баров. Рестораны закрываются достаточно рано, по сравнению со многими другими европейскими столицами. Вины отеля в этом, конечно, нет. Сильно впечатлил приятный персонал отеля. […] Ванная комната для европейского отеля на удивление большая. Как отметили в других обзорах, шведский стол, который включен в проживание, не самый лучший. Есть прикольный индийский ресторан Hurry Carry через несколько домов к северу от входа в отель, рекомендую сходит туда на ланч. В целом, это хороший отель, рекомендую. Подробнее

Так как мы попали в этот отель по большой скидке с этого сайта, цена была для нас приемлемая, мы получили все о чем могли мечтать - идеальное расположение рядом со станцией и остановкой автобуса, старому городу, отличная еда и самые главные достопримечательности Стокгольма. Оптимальный вариант для посещения города.

Проблемы с горничной, номер не убирали два дня.

Недавно провели три дня в отеле Hotel Rica с 20-летней дочерью. Расположение отличное, можно пешком добраться до станции, откуда ходит поезд к аэропорту, можно легко прогуляться до Gamla Stan, музеям, магазинам и набережной. Шведский стол замечательный. We have stayed here on two different visits. It is centrally located- easy to walk to the Old Town and other sights, but also close to the train station. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is abundant.

This is the perfect hotel for visiting Stockholm both for business and pleasure. We were three couples who stayed the weekend, and everything we took part in was within walking distance. We'll be back!

A central location within close range to most imprtant locations and central station. Room small with uncomfortable sinlge bed. Have to remove chair to view TV when lying down on bed. Bathroom nice.

A cosy place. Convenient and great for business as well as leisure. Service are friendly & professional. Room size can be kind of small though.

Situation good for city centre and especially for Arlanda Express train to airport - 10 min walk. Staff very pleasant and helpful, breakfast excellent. Could not recommend this hotel to friends on one ground only - the bedrooms. Request for quiet room was provided but it (Room 115) looked into breakfast atrium where people were sitting directly outside […] one's window; the window barely opened and even if it did it would have been stale air from the atrium; the airconditioning didn't work efficiently so very hot and stuffy at night; and the room was very small with extremely cramped facilities for clothes and only one small shelf, so hard to access that we needed to use a torch to see it and the safe above it! Our friends in Room 149 were even worse off for space. These were Standard Rooms but the Superior Room we viewed wasn't much bigger as the extra space was taken up by a second chair but it did have tea/coffee-making facilities. Our room was a reasonable size and very clean. The breakfast is served in the inner courtyard which has been made into a glass roofed atrium and was very pleasant. The hotel is located amongst the shops just to the north of the old town and is only 5 to 10 minutes walk from almost all the main attractions. Perfect location. You are right in the heart of everything, and walking distance of several trains, including Arlanda Express to airport. The breakfast at the hotel is a must if you want to be treated like a king (fantastic food and beautiful scenery). There are two Ricas, don't confuse the two. However, at the Rica Stockholm, the people at the front desk seemed to be a bit rude and snobby. Also, there was never enough room to eat at breakfast for everyone at the hotel. It was a nice place, but a small room. I have stayed in a few hotels in central Stockholm and the Rica Hotel is one of the best in terms of value and location. The rooms are small enough but this is typical of Stockholm. Although the rooms are small and a bit stuffy, the location just can't be beat. The breakfast was a smorgasborg and everything was fantastic. We would recommend rooms on the higher floors and maybe on the outside of the building. Although I understand that you dont get the same rooms in Europe that you do in the US, this was really too far (and we stayed in 4 other cities in Scandanvia on this trip, and this hotel had the smallest by far). You could barely get past the beds it was so tight, and there was really no place for a second suitcase to be opened. Very central location, great breakfast and they will pack you a lunch if you ask them to. My room on the top floor had one sloping wall but when I have stayed there before on lower floors and everything was fine.

This hotel was very conveniently located - close to Central Station and close to lots of shopping. However, because the hotel room never got very cool, we needed to sleep with our outside door open. I've stayed twice at the Rica Stockholm. The location is perfect - right on the main walking/shopping street so there are lots of restaurants within just a few blocks. It's also very convenient to the T-bana (subway). Breakfasts are very large, tasty and well stocked with variety enough to please most travellers. Extremely good value for a hotel room with excellent location.

Most everything about this hotel was great: nice room, superior breakfast, central location, great price. We'd read on other review sites that rooms overlooking the breakfast courtyard can get noisy so requested quiet ones - ours were high up overlooking a side street and were quiet and clean, but very small. Overall, the hotel was a good choice. The only criticism we would offer is that the room was a lot smaller than we liked and the room was not ready for occupancy when promised. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Tyvärr fungerade inte kylskåpet, men annars var allt OK! Dock var hotellreceptionen under reparation, så det var lite trångt. Vi har bott på detta hotell flertal gånger och varit väldigt nöjda.
