This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. How they managed to get a AAA rating bewilders me. Rooms are tiny and dingy. The pillows were not standard. They were tiny throw pillow sized. I had to request regular pillows. If you have the misfortune of being on the first floor, you will hear every footstep, flush, and burp from upstairs.

I was very happy with my short time with the Hotel. I think they use too much air freshener. They need to think of those with respiratory issues; such as asthma.

The staff were always very friendly,polite and helpful. The room was spacious, well maintained, cleaned daily, and comfortable. The location of the hotel suited my needs well, it being a safe surrounding area for local walks, and a good base for travelling further afield.

A very comfortable and quiet room, nicely and quickly cleaned every day. The front desk service was excellent, and breakfasts were both good and plentiful. This is a good hotel for what it is. What I mean is that I don't go to a Quality Inn expecting a five-star resort with overwhelming amenities. It is a well kept and clean hotel that provides good service. I was in town for a school interview and just needed somewhere convenient to stay. It worked out great.

Have spent 17 nights in a row there. The quality of service has been evenly good over that period. Enjoyed the free breakfast and the free wifi.

Arrived a midnight. Thermostat didn't work - the room was either too hot or too cold. But the worst thing was that the sheets were dirty - something black on them. Yuck.

For this price I can't complain. Everything is in order, staff are very friendly and useful. Breaky, car park, and wireless internet all incl. what else can travelers ask for? The room is very comfortable, although quite small it has everything you need. Would recommend!

The room we stayed in was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. They served a really good breakfast! Our room also had a small microwave and refrigerator. The property was conveniently located to where we were staying, and not too far from the freeways.

Motel room was in poor condition, stained bedspreads, cracked shower, etc... Breakfast was sub-par as well. Upside was that it was relatively cheap.

Definitely a basic hotel/motel. Somewhat dated, but clean. Pleasant staff. Exterior doors (ala motel) are convenient. Not sure I would stay here again.

The room smelled like a smoking room. Voice Phishing call at mid-night while asleep WAS NOT pleasant. They should not connect the calls directly to your room. When asked if they could trace incoming calls, front desk said "NO". Other than that the bed was very comfortable.

No proper closets. Stains on blankets and sheets. Electrical outlets felt like they were going to pull free or push into the next room. Walls were paper thin; I could hear the guest next door breathing. Breakfast was unappetizing. I had booked a non-smoking room, but when I checked in they said that they do not have any non-smoking room and basically said - take this smoking room, or find something else. There was no manager on staff, and they refused to help me find any alternate Best Western property nearby either. This was at 8pm at night and so I was left with limited choices. […] Very frustrating - I did not see any empathy in them in trying to help solve the problem. The location to Stanford Medical Center was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating. We discovered the walls must be quite thin because when someone arrived next door after midnight we were privy to their conversation, shower, and television channel choices. Also, the toilet was very low to the ground which made it tricky to get up and down. […] The room was small but clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Close to both the VA and Stanford hospitals. Very good breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, coffee, etc.).Plenty of restaurants surrounding and on a main street so easy to find. The hotel is dated but very clean. The friendliness of the staff is fine. The breakfast is certainly adequate. I was suprised that it was so quiet. 'Got a good nights sleep each of the four nights I stayed.

The second night of our stay we noticed hairs on the sheets that did not belong to us. We called the office knowing there would not be housekeeping on duty. The manager had me come to the office and we went in to the linen closet and i proceeded to take sheets and remake the bed. Easy to find. Close to everything but set back from the main streets so there was no traffic noise. Nice residential neighborhood adjacent was safe for morning walk. Plenty of parking and a great breakfast.

Very poor ambience - the carpet is dirty brown, worn out. Pretty small rooms - no elevator to get on the first floor. The staff is good though and found them to be helpful. Overall a very ordinary hotel from infrastructure perspective.

The room was clean but the chemicals that they cleaned it with were rather strong. The smell was all over my suitcase when I left.
