Hilton Izmir - Измир, Турция

The location is ideal but unfortunately the hotel is old & rooms are dated. I am well aware that some of the rooms at this hotel are updated & very nice but staff always mention that I 've booked through you and allocate an old room. I stay at least twice a year at this hotel & it annoy me that I get allocated the worst rooms always.

This hotel is centrally located and has the most helpful front desk staff. The front desk staff are knowledgable, friendly, and personable.This is a great location with lots of amenities. The breakfast buffet is a great value. The hotel also has a travel agency to book day trips to Ephesus and Pergamon.

Thuis hilton hotel was build 20 years ago, and you notice this. The rooms are ok, but old. 20 years on a bathtube leaves some traces. Hotel needs a update. Best to book the Swiss hotel if you want luxury.

Close to all the must see sights, restaurants bars and shops.

Staff speaks English and there is a strip of restaurants close by. Neighbohood is safe. As expected for a Hilton. If you get a room on the higher floors, make sure to get a harbor view. Really nice to wake up to.

this was the 'last' hotel in our two week stay in Turkey - and Mary was in a cast and on crutches - it was nice to have a more modern hotel with more 'american' amenities - after mostly local/small hotels - location was a short walk from nice shopping and waterfront areas.....the weekend rate seemed very reasonable - I expect this 'business' hotel was […] pricer on weekdays. Hotel is fabulous! All rooms have a great view of the Izmir Bay. Rooms are very large and well appointed. Staff is amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. Looking forward to my next stay.

great locatıon amazıng breakfast comfortable room staff frıendy-ok nothıng exceptıonal bed ıs fıne but sofa has bugs ın ıt. my wıfe layed on the sofa to read and ı dıdnt and she had tons of btes the next day...the bed was fıne otherwıse ı too would have had them... why go to ızmır...cıty dısappoıntıng...

If you love sea food and ready to lighten up your wallet for it then must visit a restaurant called "Adabeyi". It is a fine dine restaurant with great view of city skyline. (-) Fitness area/swimming pool of the hotel is shared with outside guests so is usually very busy. The hotel had decent service and is livable. However we found English to be a problem here, some of the staff members spoke English while majority didn't. Restaurant staff didn't know english at all and brought out some other food if we ordered off the menu. The hotel is kinda old, rugs and wallpaper needs to go, bed not too comfy and we could here […] local maintenace work noise all night. The staff did try and make things better, but ofcourse it's alway better to start off at best. When you think Hilton you think you can go out enjoy the culture and come home to a north american standard of life, but I didn't find that. Good location - very close to the sea front but the hotel is old & room are very dated.

Camera pulita, molto ampia e vista stupenda. Personale molto professionale e gentile. Servizi molto efficienti. Posizione dell'hotel centrale, quindi molto comoda.

Bir gece iki gün olarak planladığımız hafta sonu seyahatinde daha kaliteli ve konforlu bir konaklama beklerken, bana göre son derece vasat bir ortamla karşılaştım. Umduğumu bulamadım. Keşke yanındaki Efes otelde kalsaydım diye hayıflandım. Bir daha bu Hilton'da kalmam, odada çok az kalmama rağmen içim daraldı.

Otel konum olarak iyi bir yerde resepsiyon ve kat görevlileri güler yüzlü, ancak odanın pencerelerinin camları çok kirliydi. Banyo da bulunan materyeller yeterli değildi.

mit Sonderpreis als 5*Hotel akzeptabel, das bezieht sich auch auf den Wellnessbereich. Grossartiger Ausblick aus dem 23. Stock und erstklassiges Frühstücksbüffett. Unangemessen hohe W-Lan Kosten.

Otelin hizmet kalitesi çalışanların tutumu Hilton kalitesine uygun olmakla birlikte otelin durumu çok kötü özellikle banyo facia bir daha İzmir Hilton mü asla ama sizinle ilk tanışmam olmasına rağmen hizmetinizi çok iyi

hilton otelinden bekledigimi goremedim. isim olarak ben daha farkli dusunuyordum. aldiklari fiyata gore hotel pek temiz degildi. koridordaki ve odalardaki halilar cok pisti.. resmen simsiyah olmuslar.. banyolarda cok kotu idi. bana temizmis hissi malesef vermedi. bir daha asla bu hotelde kalmam.

Harika bir otel hiç bir sorun yaşamadan harika bir yılbaşı geçirdim. Tek sorun odanın ısıtma sistemiydi.

otelin banyolarının bence tabi bu şahsi fikrim degişiklige ihtiyacı oldugunu düşünüyorum, mesela siwis efes otelındede bı cok kez konaklama yaptım fakat banyoları cok güzel.

Genel olarak memnunum.

Klimalar sicak uflemiyordu,5 yildizli bir otelde odada 2adet fan ile isinabildik.Odalarin dekorasyonu kotu,eski. Hilton yerine swiss otel tercih edilmeli.

위치와 객실에서 보는 전망이 매우 아름답습니다. 단 객싱상태는 오래되서 그런지 보통입니다.

per essere hilton e avere quei costi mi aspettavo molto di piu. fatto nel 70 e..... rimasto tale. vi sono hotel meno blasonati ma migliori. non hanno neppure uno shuttle x aeroporto.........

Odalar çok eski ve demode. Saunanın kapısı bile kapanmıyor 5_6 kere zorlamayla kapanıyor çok bakımsız kahvaltı ve manzarası dışında otel çok kötü durumda.
