Для получения доступа к микроволновой печи, чтобы разогреть нашу полуторагодовалую еду, мы должны были спросить, и нас привели в комнату отдыха персонала. Единственные ледомашины в одиннадцатиэтажном здании были на шестом и девятом этажах, что было бы нормально, если бы 1)мы были на одном из этих этажей, 2) нам сказали об этом при заезде, 3)были какие-то уведомления, сообщающие гостям об этом. В том числе, при въезде с вашей кредитной/дебетовой карты автоматически снимают 25 долларов в счет поломок, обслуживания в номерах и т.п. Хорошо реконструированное здание. Персонал запредельно дружелюбный и внимательный. Парковщики и отельный трансфер делают отель блестящим! Имейте в виду, что обслуживание в номерах имеет строго ограниченные часы работы и выбор блюд. Лучше воспользоваться услугами трансфера, чтобы найти место, где можно перекусить. Нам очень понравился отель – у него прекрасное расположение относительно деревни Ла-Хойя и пляжа. Замечательный ресторан и музыка по воскресеньям. Персонал был дружелюбным, а комната очень комфортабельной, так же как и кровать. Однако, во время обновления отеля, они установили очень странные краны. Это было больше моих самых завышенных ожиданий!!! И сверху того… можно умереть за вид на закат из ресторана на крыше. Я очень рекомендую этот отель.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в отеле. Пляж был в пешей доступности, так же как и деревня и пещера Ла-Хойя (в двадцати минутах ходьбы). Персонал, особенно парковщики, очень помогли с выбором ресторана и дали общую информацию об окружающей территории. Я не привык платить за услуги парковщиков, но они делали все, чтобы помочь гостям отеля. Бар и ресторан […] на крыше отеля очень приятны, а виды оттуда ослепительные! Представьте себе идеальный отпуск – комната с балконом, с которого открывается захватывающая дух панорама на пальмы и океан. Номер оформлен с лоском, безупречный, современный и просторный. Все, что вам нужно – это журнал, бокал шардоне и кресло на террасе. Теперь добавьте к этому плач ребенка за стеной и каких-то идиотов на мотоциклах, врезавшихся в […] мужчину на бульваре Тори Пайнс. Всё ещё кажется расслабляющим? Извините. Не особо. На сайте отеля нет фотографий семей (но в котором ОТВОЗЯТ гостей на ближайшие нудистские пляжи), никаких детских меню и ванн, но отель всё равно переполнен капризными и непослушными детьми. Я не понимаю, почему в отеле, так усердно старающемся создать роскошную атмосферу только для взрослых, до сих пор есть двери, соединяющие номера (через которые слышно любое отрыгивание, хихиканье и любой другой шум, который только можно вообразить). Комнаты были шикарными, чистыми и недавно обновленными с блестящими стеклянными душевыми и безупречной плиткой. Снаружи – другая история. Джакузи не работало, было высушено и закрыто листом металла. Лифты были обшарпанные и изношенные, а облицовочный металл свидетельствовал о долгих годах использования. Телевизоры показывали нечетко, а соединение с wi-fi то появлялось, то пропадало. Но наибольшей загвоздкой, однако, был обязательный паркинг с парковщиками. Представьте, что у вас резервация на ужин, а вы стоите в очереди из четырех человек, пока чей-то ребенок задает парковщику 100 вопросов о том, каково быть парковщиком, а тот вежливо, но нервно пытается ответить, пока родители ребенка смотрят непонятно куда. И все, что вы хотите - это ВАШИ ключи от ВАШЕЙ машины, припаркованной в 20 шагах от вас на полупустой парковке. Вы бы смогли это терпеть целыми днями? Я ездила в Ла-Хойю 30 лет, вышла там замуж, но не думаю, что остановлюсь в городе снова, если это будет дорогой версией пребывания в отеле «Circle». Подробнее

Номер был очень чистый и современный, с хрустящими белыми простынями на кровати и мрамором в ванной. Мы получили удовольствие от изящности отеля и комнаты, но были некоторые проблемы с обслуживанием. Во-первых, мы приехали поздно, около 10 часов вечера, и у портье было множество проблем с нашим заселением. Он дважды звал своих коллег на помощь и процесс […] затянулся. Most times no hot water in sink or shower.Very uncomfortable beds (futon?) Problem with unlocking door, went up and down to lobby 4 times before they called maintenance and discovered a dead battery.When I asked the man at the front desk for needle and thread the phone rang and he answered the phone leaving me hanging. My husband and I stayed here for a romantic weekend. The hotel was just a few blocks from the beach, as well as some fun places to eat in La Jolla. The room was spacious and very nice. While we didn't use the pool as it was a bit cool out, it looked nice. We didn't pay the extra for an "ocean view" however we could see some from our 4th floor room. The view from the restaurant was wonderful. Only issues were...the remote control didn't work (and was extremely dirty), and you had to let the sink run forever before you'd have hot water. The water in the shower also fluctuated between cool and hot when running. We also weren't huge fans of paying $15/night additional for parking, especially in "off season" (November) when there was no shortage of space in the parking lot. Подробнее

I was at the pet friendly floor.. the room was good but there was a constant noise as a motor noise. I was in 506. Plus parking charge of $15 that wasn't applied year ago its a new thing.

I made a mistake when booking this hotel I had intended to book an hotel with a very similar name. I was dissapointed on arrival but the manager made up for it. He was extremely attentive and keen to help in any way possible. Full marks. The hotel will be closing soon for refurbishment which is neccessary. wonderful place - staff is attentive and recognizes and addresses guests by name. Rooms are clean and very comfy beds. only thing missing was in room coffee. one more thing: Don't request the top floor of rooms or you will hear the kitchen activity above until midnight!

Nice staff, great service and close to pacific ocean and la jolla down town. Has got all San Diego attractions near by and a great surrounding of sea shore and mountains.

Great location, very close to La Jolla downtown with its shops and restaurants. The rooms are just excellent because newly restored. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I will book this hotel again for sure!

Excellent rooms. Beautiful view of the LaJolla Cove. Loved the location and their service was very, very good. Business Center could be improved and I'm not a big fan of all-valet parking...although they were very friendly. I'd stay there again!

This is my favorite hotel in La Jolla and in my top 3 in San Diego. Get an oceanfront room for the view, and then take a short walk to the beach. Lovely.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were extremely disappointed to find out that this hotel's hot tub has been out of order for the past month prior to our stay and is not expected to be fixed for several months to come. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was to be able to enjoy the hot tub. We loved this hotel! The room decor was so chic - classy and contemporary. And the location is perfect. We walked to the beach with our complimentary beach chairs and had a wonderful week-end. I will definitely come back! The Grill restaurant has beautiful ocean views, but the food portions were small.

The hotel is nice enough; location is fine - easy access to the freeway, but there is nothing around it. But upon arrival, it was as though I had to check myself in, and in the morning (at 4.40am!), when I discovered there was no hot water in my room, no one did anything about it. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel in mid august. The rooms are newly refurbished, look great and have a nice size. Good value for money. The problem though, is the soundproofing, which is non existing. The first night, we heard the elevator all the time, it's really loud. We traveled alone, and was as you sometimes might be, put in a room with a door […] to the next room. In the morning we could also hear their noise and chattering. Asked to be moved to another room, was fixed in five minutes. Way better, great job. Walking distance to the beach at the shores, everything near by, not far from the highway ramp, so getting in to downtown San Diego is quick. The jaccuzi was not working, Wi Fi was sketchy, there were no bikes or kayaks avail to guests, as their phone announcement promises. Staff was generally nice and accomodating

Great location, great staff. Close to beach, shuttle bus drivers are great.

Great spot, walking distance to beach and other little restauraunts. I would stay again.

Nice hotel, staff was friendly. The pool area had a portion of the decking blocked off due to some work being done. We still enjoyed our stay there.

This was our first trip to the La Jolla/San Diego area. My husband and I were very pleased with the location of the hotel and surrounding area. We were 4 blocks from the beach and just 10 minutes from La Jolla Village. We had an oceanview room, which was on the corner, so we had two sliding doors with ocean breezes and great views. Our only complaints […] (minor) were that one of the drawers was broken and one day they were out of beach chairs (advertised on the site as free to use). We were disappointed that there wasn't coffee nor a refrigerator in the room, and no water machines. Staying onthe 10th floor, it wasn't convenient for beverages. Other than that, the staff was great and the room was clean.

We arrived at the hotel and the check in was fine, everything went smooth. We got our room on the 5th floor very nice view and very comfortable. Our trip was a family trip so the size of the mini refrigerator was a little small for 2 adults and my 2 children under the age of 10. We love to brew our coffee at any time we feel fit, especially a nice cup after a long day's drive around at 8:00pm. Big disappointment when we called the front desk and they said no coffee makers were in the room as they had removed them. The Hotel only serves coffee in the morning so they suggested if we needed coffee to go to Starbucks. We got a room right by elevator so we didn't sleep very well. Called the front desk to ask if we could have another room but they weren't too helpful. Valet parking attendants were talking loudly right outside our windows; it took another phone call to the front desk to quiet them down. Next time we'll stay somewhere else.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. there are two issues we had though. The first is the bathroom was modern and clean but unsafe if you have any ADA issues. The floor is highly polished and very slippery, the shower door swings freely, does not latch so it can also contribute to falls getting in or out of the shower. Hotel La Jolla seems like a luxury hotel on the surface. However, if you look closely, you can tell they remodeled it in a hurry. Our room was filled with unfinished bits, from the sprinklers to the bathroom mirror to the lights. The room was modern and beautiful, but it was obvious they had forgotten about the details. We had a room on the 10th floor. […] When we checked in (which took about 10 mins because they couldn't find our reservation booked through hotels.com), they warned us that there would be noise from the bar on the 11th floor from 8:30-10:30pm. Since I knew we would be awake still at 10:30am, I wasn't worried. However, the music - actually karaoke from a private party - didn't begin until 11pm and continued well past midnight. You could hear every word of the badly sung music. We had an early morning, so this was pretty bad timing to say the least. The bar and the hotel front desk obviously don't communicate. We also were looking forward to trying out the rooftop bar, but were turned away because they had a private party. So, overall, there is a great view, but that is about it. The Hotel is under new management and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and location is withing walking distance of the beach and restauraunts. The hotel is a good value for the price we paid.

My husband and I booked a room for one night for.a wedding we were attending nearby. We loved the hotel so much that we stayed an extra night! The room was very spacious. We especially liked the room layout. The all glass shower made the room feel bright and alive. The room was impeccably clean too! The bed was heavenly. The view at sunset was georgous […] of the ocean and palm trees. The location was also a plus. You could easily walk to great shopping and dining or, there is a free shuttle if you want to go anywhere in a five mile radious. We took the shuttle to the downtown location, but ended up walking back because it was such a nice area. The staff at the hotel was more them helpful in every situation. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Oh, and there is a great restaurant with amazing views as well as a very warm pool and clean jacuzzi. And if all that isn't enough, they are dog friendly!!! Love, love, love this hotel and the romantic weekend my husband and I shared there. Thanks!!! Подробнее
