Hotel staff appear to speak Spanish just as well as English & French.

We really enjoyed our visit and we will return. The breakfast was really nice, the hotel staff was very friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. An all-around positive experience.

This hotel was clean and has a good location. Staff was very nice and helpful to find tickets to shows. I would stay there again. Only thing is that the breakfast was waaaaay over priced and there are very few restaurants in the neighborhood.

Nice place around the hotel, quiet and secure. Two metro stations very close. Personnel from the hotel very nice and they gave us useful advises about Paris. Room very small, but that's Paris. I would go again.

Hotel is nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom adequate, elevator is very small, the hotel itself is not close to the train or metro routes which is the cheapest way into downtown Paris. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, its location and the courtesy of the staff. For Paris, it represented very good value. Our booking was room only. We stayed at the Tryp for 3 nights and thought it was fairly nice. The rooms are really small, but very clean and modern. Hotel breakfast is good, but VERY overpriced. Internet service was pathetic, as they order it from an outside vendor and it is expensive and unreliable. Friendly, accomodating staff

Nice quiet location but it is a 10/15 minute walk to nearest restaurants. One bar/bistro on corner of street over charges tourists so ask in advance for price of drink!

Hotel was really good. Room was awesome and warm in winters. The staff was very helpful. Moreover, just 10 minutes walk is Eiffel tower and other famous places. Many metro stations are near by. It was a perfect choice to me.

Personnel are extremely kind and service is good. Bathroom maybe needs a little maintenance but considered the price and its convenient location, it is highly recommended for anyone with a medium budget. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very quiet. I stayed at the Tryp De Saxe for two nights and I have to say this is a horrible hotel with BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I beg of you not to stay here. It is not worth the money- the staff was not helpful they tried to overcharge me for breakfast that I didn't eat. They wouldn't even help me with the suitcase. The location is good but trust me it is not worth […] staying here and if you choose to stay with them then speak slowly because the people at the front desk cannot hear. Very basic hotel within 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro Station. Clean and tidy.

This was a very modern hotel, about a mile or 2 from the Eiffel Tower. Pretty hard to find, would recommend taking a cab from the airport or train station. Room had great updates. Breakfast is not included and was on "sale" for 12 Euro. Found breakfast down the street for 2 Euro. Had a nice farmer's market there on Thursday morning where we got fresh […] fruit. Most of the staff was nice, especially the young girls. However we encountered the RUDEST concierge I have EVER met. We had asked earlier in the day if a cab could be called for us the following morning. Nothing was ever written down to see if this was called or not. He called his buddy at home to see if he had reserved the cab, he had. So we asked for a wakeup call and gave him our room number. Our wakeup call came at the correct time, however over the phone he started yelling that we had given him the wrong room number. We hadn't, this was his mistake. When we went down to check out, he again started screaming at us that we had given him the wrong room number and that he had woken someone else up. He showed us the piece of paper he had written the wrong number on... if had showed it to us the night before we could have told him the number was wrong. Then we were charged taxes per person, per night. He was so rude that we waited outside in the rain for our cab, rather than have to listen to him blame us over and over for his mistake. Our hotel room was large, roomy and very clean the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was in the room apart from tea and coffee facilities. The staff were very friendly and catered to our questions and queries immediately. Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

Good clean hotel, could do with coffee making facilities in the room but other than that I cannot fault it.

Lovely quiet hotel in interesting surrounding. Not the easiest place to find but worth it

Hotelli sijaitsee pienellä umpikujalla aika kaukana metroasemilta. Eiffeltorni oli kävelymatkan päässä. Lauantaiaamuisin ihana markkina-alue ihan hotellin vieressä! Kaikenkaikkiaan ok hotelli, hieman vanha mutta kuitenkin siisti.

Belle et grande (pour Paris...) chambre lumineuse au 4e etage sur une cour tres calme. Lit tres confortable. Une seule fausse note, le flexible de douche qui fuit - et depuis longtems semble-t-il. Dommage pour un hôtel de cette classe.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour des déplacements professionnels.

Hotel bem localizado perto da Torre Eiffel em um bairro tranquilo. A feira na Av. de Saxe é bastante pitoresca. O cafe da manha é otimo apesar de caro. O porem é que o hotel esta precisando de uma boa reforma, tanto na fachada, como, principalmente, nos quartos, que tem carpetes velhos e banheiros antiquados - o box é minusculo, bem desconfortavel.

Hôtel plutôt bien, personnel plutôt correct mais l'état de la chambre était plus que catastrophique! Les plafonds étaient bombés et s'émiettaient à cause d'une humidité et surtout de la Moisissure sur les murs ainsi que vers la tête de lit! (photos à l'appuie) Pour couronner le tout, fuite d'eau dans la Salle de bain qui a fait une énorme flaque au […] sol, ainsi qu'une fuite de la canalisation d'évacuation qui coulait sur les wc. Fort sympathique quand en pleine nuit vous allez au wc et que de l'eau vous coule dessus. Toute la nuit entendre les goûtes qui tombent est un peu dérangeant. L'hôtel ne nous a pas fait de geste à ce jour et personne ne s'en est inquiéter plus que ça. Pour nous cet hôtel n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles (étoilé en 2011 de surcroit) Подробнее

Kleines Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Regierungsviertel und zum Eiffelturm. Die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden, da die Wände feucht sind und sich die Tapete schon großflächig löst (Mobilar ist in Ordnung). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich Mühe. Für nicht all zu anspruchsvolle Reisende ist das Hotel gerade noch so in Ordnung, […] aber länger als zwei Tage möchte ich in dem Hotel nicht verbringen, weil der Schimmel an den Wänden bzw. hinter der Tapete einfach unangenehm ist. Ich finde das Hotel an und für sich hübsch, kann das Hotel aber wegen den oben genannten Mängeln nicht ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Sehr schade. Подробнее

Rent fint hotell nära Eiffeltornet, tvåstjärnigt, men i mycket tråkigt område och återvändsgränd dit taxibilar har något besvärligt att komma till.

Pelo pouquissímo tempo que fiquei hospedada no Hotel, tive um atendimento muito bom e conforto. Quero também parabenizar a equipe do hotel.com pelo excelente atendimento. Grata.

Hotellet ligger inte långt från Eiffeltronet. Ca 20 min att gå... Väldigt lugnt område. Rummet va välstädat. Dock städade de rummet fast vi hängde ut "Do not disturb"-skylten, vilket var lite irriterande. Men personalen var otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig. Hjälpte oss med karta över hela stan, tunnelbana och biljetter till Disneyland. Det var lyhört mellan […] rummen. Men över lag är vi nöjda med hotellet... Подробнее

Never go there with your car! The hotel has in front just 5 places and one cannot reserve on of these. It's a sheer hell to park your car in the direct surrounding in particular when there is market. Dejligt og stille hotel beliggende i smukt kvarter - dog med ret få restauranter. Men ro om natten. Eneste problem er meget dyr morgenmad, som ikke er inkluderet i prisen. Metrostation Ségur ganske tæt på.

Keskellä Pariisia kävelymatkan päässä kaikki tarvittava, rauhallinen sijainti, siisti kaupunginosa, yksi parhaista Pariisissa. Hinta/laatusuhde ihan kohdallaan. Aamiainen pohjoismaista tasoa.

Hotelli sijaitsee hiljaisella kadulla lähellä tunnettuja nähtävyyksiä kuten Eiffeltornia. Kaksi metroasemaa 5 min kävelymatkan päässä. Huone oli pariisilaisittain iso ja erityisen hiljainen. Henkilökunta puhui englantia ja oli useimmiten palvelualtista.

Rimelig hotell med perfekt beliggenhet, kun 15-20 min spasertur fra Eiffeltårnet! =) Veldig hyggelig personale, pratet engelsk og var veldig serviceinnstilt. Rommene ok, men rengjøring har absolutt ett kraftig forbedringspotensiale... Ville valgt hotellet på nytt om vi drar tilbake =)

Chambre plus que petite et clim ne marchait pas.

Hotellrummet överträffade mina förväntningar med tanke på tidigare erfarenheter av hotell i Paris. Vi hade ett rum på femte våningen med en stor balkong som gick runt rummet. Sängen var tvådelad och skön. Andra dagen på vår vistelse byttte hotellet alla sängar så resten av resan hade vi splitter nya sängar. Rummets städning var inte speciellt bra. […] Det var dammigt och det stod kvar ett par tofflor från en tidigare gäst. När sängen bytte lämnades några gamla sängben resten av veckan. Hotellet ligger mycket bra, nära tunnelbanor och i ett underbart, lugnt område. Går man runt hörnet får man en makalys syn av eiffeltornet, och inom 15 minuters promenad når man härliga restaraunger och shopping. Jag skulle helt klart rekommendera hotellet eftersom det har ett kanonläge och är myckte prisvärt. Dock var städningen inte den bästa. Varning för att frukosten kostar väldigt mycket så den åt vi aldrig. WiFi finns endast i receptionen och är hutlöst dyrt. Bättre att gå in på ett McDonalds eller liknande som har gratis Wifi.
