Our stay was a pleasant experience. Our room was clean, lots of hot water, and the staff was helpful and polite. Our only concerns were the unusually warm pool water and the breakfast selection.

Good location hot tub and heated pool for the price it's worth it. Free shuttle to and from disneyland, they need a bigger shuttle only running a 8-10 seat van for a lot of people lots of waiting when van is full. Other than that cool place.

Hotel was fine for the money. We only needed a place to sleep/clean up because we spent all day for 2 days at Disney. Shuttle once an hour was a big plus but it's only a 10 minute walk or $5 cab ride if you miss it.

We stayed for two nights with our 2yr old twins for Disneyland trip. It was a great price, good location and pizza shop right next door. We will stay again for our next trip to Disneyland.

The hotel was a good deal, but you get what you pay for. WiFi had weak signal and was slow. Rooms are clean but furnishings are a bit worn as are the linens. In room air conditioner is very loud and woke us up when it came on. I would recommend this hotel to someone on a budget, but that is about all. The location of this hotel was great... The beds were far more comfortable than I expected which is great for a disneyland trip. The room was clean and they had a larger fridge than I was expecting. obveously not a lot of fancy stuff but for a comfortable place to stay at a decent rate I was happy. The only thing I did not like was their "shuttle" service […] to the park. They use a Van... not really what I would consider a shuttle and during the buisy parts of the day they only come once every hour. Most hotels in the area with their own shuttle service run every 30min ... had the ART drive by the hotel twice in the mornings while I was waiting for them to take us to the park for the first trip over... which you have to go out early and wait for if you want to be on the first trip over to disney... Overall this hotel was a dump. Room was very dark, light didn't work and room needed to be remodeled/updated. The TV volume would continuously go off, I had to change the channel and then it would work. The ONLY reason I stayed here was it was cheap and close to the place I needed to be. I WOULD NOT subject my wife and kids to this place!

Was awful...Stayed one night and left. Was in a bad area, was dirty, run down...A/C didnt work...finally got moved to a different room...this A/C came on, then would just turn off....shower didnt work...was TERRIBLE. Do yourselves a favor and never stay here. I am still trying to get a refund for the 2 nights that we were not there.

it was more than what i expected they have everything you need they provide breakfast for you, our room was always a mess when we walked out but when we return it was nicely clean. The condition of the hotel's structures and paint needed some serious remodeling. The room was very clean. The free breakfast was bad. Only donuts, cereal, and bananas. Ok, I will make this simple. The rooms were good. Disneyland is a short walk from the hotel. However, they have a shuttle that runs to and from Disneyland for all hours of the day except for "Magic Morning" times. The hotel has a nice heated pool. The room was dirty. There were spiderwebs in the restroom. The tub was disgusting. The drawers were broken and full of dust. Our window wasn't even a window, the blinds were on the opposite side and I believe it was the window to the storage unit there. I do not recommend this hotel.

Free shuttle bus is good. Room is clean. It is good to have microwave and refrigerator in room. Wi-Fi coverage is not stable at the area of room 216. There is no any protein food,like boiled egg, in the breakfast.

Absolutely a great experience! The one and only problem ( broken coffee machine in the room ) was promptly replaced. Dreadful does not describe our experience. We arrived late at night, the reception was a bit shady looking but we decided it was night and could just appear that way. On our way to the room (a suite), which was across a parking lot, we ran into 3 very unfriendly males hanging out, what looked to be a prostitute being paid and couple of guys doing drugs. […] There was junk and garbage everywhere. The only thing good about this hotel was that you could see Disney's fireworks from the room. They REALLY need to run the shuttle more often during peak hours. This hotel was priced high for the really filthy rooms, after the initial shock of what sounded like a bomb, the fireworks from Disneyland were great. I'm not kidding when I say they are very close! We needed additional toilet paper and were given tissue, they were out of toilet paper. Overall, it was tolerable.

This was by far the worst hotel to stay at. We checked in and went straight to the parks. We came back and went to bed when we woke in the morning we went to take our showers and had only cold water. We stayed 3 nights (Thurs, Fri & Sat). We got a great deal. There's a shuttle to Disneyland. The breakfast was a little fruit and mostly cereal & bread options. Which is fine, unless you have a g-free person (which we do). The last morning there was no hot water for showers. We stayed in the suite which fit our family of 6. It was spacious.

We found a dead cockroach in the microwave. I reported it to the desk staff before we left for Disneyland in the morning. We returned to find it still there, the microwave not cleaned or sterilized. We ran the shower and scum started floating in the tub - it was filthy. The first thing we did when we got home was to shower - twice.

I was disappointed with this hotel because I asked for a hotel closer to Disneyland and I had to walk 20 min sometimes in rain . The room I was in was even worse the bed wasn't done right they only had one towel the building seemed old because there was wall creaking and the floor above us as well .
