Когда я искал местро, где можно остановиться в Лондоне, по интернету, вначале я немного сомневался в "The Parkcity". Я не был знаком с районом Кенсигтон, потому однажды я жил лишь более роскошном районе Блумсбери. Ну да, я сноб! С самого нашего прибытия, персонал был услужливым и дружелюбным, мы не только бесплатно получили освободившийся номер, но […] они были счастливы подержать наш багаж до заселения в номер. Ближайшая станция подземки находилась всего в двух кварталах, поэтому разезжать по городу было просто как никогда по главным линиям, которые шли через район Gloucester Road и кольцевой линии, по которой можно домчаться до Вестминстера, Парламента и всем основным достопримечательностям легко без многих пересадок. Наш номер был довольно просторным и более, чем удобной опцией бесплатного беспроводного интернета прямо в номере, и не надо было пытаться ловить его в лобби, а окна не выходили на главную улицу, поэтому нас не беспокоило шум интенсивного движения. Приём на приветственном завтра был более, чем радушным. Там было изобилие свежих фруктов, хлопьев, хлеба, мяса, сыров, и нет причин выходить и тратить фунты, когда все это есть в твоём отеле!!! Когда мы были готовы упаковываться и уезжать, мы позвонили вниз, чтобы взять такси, которое доставит нас на вокзал. Персонал отеля уверил нас, что они позаботятся об этом. К нашему удовлетворению, за нами приехал Мерседес и за фиксированную цену в 26 фунтов доставил нас, словно ракета. В общем, нет ни малейшего замечания к "The Park City". Персонал очень услужливый. Завтрак очень хороший. Заметили wi-fi в лобии, но не в номере (для пользователей iPad там). Улица очень тихая, и это великолепно. Хорошие рестораны находятся в нескольких кварталах, но они стоят этой прогулки. Очень удобно для посещения музея.

Чудесный маленький, на 4 звезды, с самыми роскошными прелестями в прекрасном районе резиденций Кинсингтон. Легко добраться до South Ken (Южный Кен), Knightsbridge, подземке и т. Д. Замечу: нет доступа к беспроводному интернету из номера.

Остановились в "The Park City" в декабре 2010 на 2 ночи в номере deluxe. Должны сказать, что, кроме отеля 41, который нам посчастливилось посетить в прошлом, это самое лучшее место, где нам приходилось останавливаться Лондоне. Большая двуспальная кровать "King size" была чрезвычайно удобно. Места общего пользования были маленькие (между прочим, отель тоже был маленький), он очень уютные. Снова очень современный декор. Персонал очень вежливый и услужливый. Место расположения великолепное, если вы собираетесь опесить Музей естветвенной истории, Науки или Музей Виктории и Альберта, которые лишь в 10-15 минутах ходьбы. Станция метро "Gloucester Road" находится меньше, чем в 5 минутах ходьбы. В общем, изъян найти сложно. Это было так здорово, что вы с нетерпением ждёте возвращения обратно туда в конце дня. Отель-настоящая находка. Условия в апартаментамх были на неожиданно удивительными.

Мы останавливались на 3 ночи в отеле "The Park City" в Lexham Gardens. Место расположения очень пристойное. Он находится на тихой улице между двумя большими лондонскими домами, расположенными по Cromwell Road. До станции метро Gloucester Road идти минут 5-7. Она связана с линиями Central, District и Piccadilly - очень удобно. Наш номер был рядом с лифтом […] на третьем этаже, который был довольно шумным. Захватите беруши на всякий случай. Это был единственными отрицательный момент. Номер сам был обычным, но очень чистым и с хорошим обслуживанием. Ванная комната была очень чистая и современная с отличным душем. Отель был просто замечательным. Было недопонимание по поводу платежа и другие тривиальные вопросы возникали, но в целом, я бы очень рекомендовал этот отель. Два замечания: была проблема с Wi-Fi подключением. Мне сказали, что оно доступно в номере, но на самом деле так не было. Хорошо, что решение было простое, на рецепшине был доступен код Ethernet. […]  Но всё же. Другое замечане слудующее: по американским стандартам, не удобно добираться до станции подземки. Такая возможность есть через несколько кварталов. Это позволяет отелю быть спокойным, окрестности устроявшимися, но придётся привыкнуть к такой прогулке. Очень хороший опыт в целом. Спасибо! After reviewing many hotels.com and other reviews of hotels, the area I was looking for and prices, I decided to go with the Park City. I was glad I did. The staff was absolutely wonderful and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to London.

A lovely hotel, very comfortable, delicious breakfast and quiet yet very convenient location.

Good hotel, nice staff, good clean room and fabulous bathroom. The heating system in my room struggled on a very cold London night. The staff said they would get it sorted and I'm sure they did. Booked this hotel based on many + reviews. A bit of mixed feelings about the hotel after our 4 night stay. The pros - friendly staff, hotel located in a nice neighbourhood with approximately 5 minutes walk to Earl's Court Underground, good selection of cold cuts and bakery for breakfast (the croissant is especially tasty). Myself and my daughter stayed in the Parkcity Hotel in London last week and had a great time. The Hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff were helpful and the location is perfect

Overall, we loved our stay at the Parkcity London, and the next time we're in town we will most likely stay there again. The highlights of our stay were the incredibly comfortable bed, the luxurious showerhead, and the included breakfast each morning. The restaurant staff was always very kind and polite. I'm glad there was a hair dryer in our room […] because mine wouldn't plug in all of the way with our adapter. We also loved the fact that our basic room had a small fridge - bonus! Downsides? The sullen front desk clerk who checked us in and worked almost every day we were there. (Other front desk employees we met and talked to were nice, just not this guy!) He never once smiled or went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. On our last night we needed to use the wireless internet access in the lobby (our iPad would not work in our room), and the lobby was completely full with people having a reception of some sort -- so I stood by the door so I could get a signal. We needed to check into our flights the following morning, so it was definitely necessary that we get online. The next thing I know, the sullen front desk clerk is telling me to move. He wanted me to sit in a chair away from the lobby, which I had already tried first and the signal didn't reach. So then he told me to sit in the bar. I didn't think the signal would reach that far but he said it would, so I went and sat in the bar. I wasn't too happy, I admit. He followed me and said, "What do you want me to do, ask these people to leave?" It would have been better if he'd just went back to the desk. I was shocked. That wasn't what I had wanted at all! I just wasn't aware that I needed to reserve a spot in the lobby to check our flights! We were guests of the hotel, too -- not just these reception people. The Parkcity Hotel in London is great! Our double room was spacious, continental breakfast was more than plentiful, and the hotel is easily accessible via the London tube and bus systems. Staff members were all very helpful, and other guests were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant suggestions. Not very close to tube, but not far. Location was average. Could be closer to certain city sites for first timers to London. They should also have wifi in the rooms, not just in lobby. Included breakfast was very good. Good size room.

The only issue we were disappointed with is the fact that the front desk did not have any London maps. The first day we asked they had run out, and still had none the second day. Everything else was very good.

Hotel is in a very convenient location to the tube. It was modern, clean and staff were very helpful and keen to please. On arrival I found the room had an air conditioning unit outside the window. I was moved immediately to a very nice room without problem. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. Good value through hotels.com too.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Parkcity Hotel. Our room was larger than we expected (we booked a standard room) and was very clean. The gentleman in the bar was extremely friendly. We would use this hotel again, providing we could get the same, or similar deal. We did not pay full price

A great location in London. Hotel had an old fascade with comfortable modern rooms. Good service and amenities for a small boutique style hotel. Would definitely stay again and recommend to someone else. Hotels had the best rates at a substantial discount to the posted rack rate. Thanks for making my trip to London a little affordable!!

Just returned from a 3 day trip to the Prk City. I would recommend this Hotel. It is very clean, fresh and comfortable. The service was also very good. Location i s perfect , very close to tube station etc. When I first arrived some little issues irked ...no slippers , one set of shower gel etc in a double room, but this was rectified without hesitation. […] I found it expensive but worth it. Overall the hotel was clean and very comfortable, BUT we did have some disappointing experiences: 1) the front desk staff was NOT KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT LONDON nor how to find "common" things such as rail schedules or tour bus maps (i.e. they were unable to find out where we needed to catch a train from London to Cambridge), 2) both the cable and wireless […] internet were not working (tried to use it on two different computers so it wasn't a technical problem on our end), 3) breakfast was not included with the price we were quoted on this website, 4) they didn't know where some local restaurants were (i.e. we asked where the closest Italian restaurant was and they gave us directions to one that was about 15 min walk away from the hotel when there was one 2 blocks down the street), 5) when we asked them for a facecloth/washcloth they gave us another hand towel. We had these issues with BOTH the day and evening staff, so this evaluation is more general to the hotel rather than pertaining to a specific individual. Подробнее

The rooms are large, light and airy. All interiors are superbly designed. The décor of the hotel is light and airy. The staff are very attentive. Breakfast choice is good and fresh. A very quiet location but at the same time not too far from the tube.

Through hotels.com, we got our room for about 1/3 the normal rate for this hotel. Although we had a very good experience, we would have never-ever paid full price for this room. The location of the hotel, in South Kensington was extremely convenient. It is a quick walk to two different tube stations, to the V and A, The Natural History Museum and to […] Kensington Park. We could catch a double decker (#74)to Harrod's, just a few minutes away. The room was very clean, nice furnishings Flatscreen TV,and a really lush, modern bathroom. The room was, however, very small, barely room to walk between the bed and the wall. We were on the third floor and the room was pretty hot in May, even with the AC on high. I can imagine that it might have been unbearable during a really hot month. Perhaps the hotel was under new management because, although the staff was very polite and eager to please, they seemed to be figuring things out as they went. There seemed to be no seasoned, experienced persons on staff. No routine or SOP. The hotel charges a lot extra for breakfast and for internet access. We chose to use the free internet at a coffee shop on the corner near the hotel instead. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel. We ordered room service once, late at night and the food was terrible. Otherwise, we didn't eat there. On the whole I would highly recommend this hotel if you can get it for a reasonable rate. We splurged on a superior double for our last two days in London. A little expensive for us due to the current exchange rate but worth it. Check in was easy and courteous and the room was lovely. We even could open windows for fresh air. The street is quiet and there was no problem with traffic noise. We opted not to take the breakfast as it was too pricey at 15 pounds each ($22.50) at the current exchange rate. Be aware that there is a charge for wifi or broadband. I can not say enough great things about this hotel and the staff. I am very picky and was worried about not staying at a known chain. Nothing to worry about here. They were first class all the way. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The rooms were beautiful and very much exceeded what I expected. The bathroom was beautiful, bed was comfortable, […] decent TV options. The hotel was nice and quiet and in such a quaint neighborhood. It is very conveniently located to walk to several eating places, grocery store, internet cafe, etc. Also, if you have a need for a cab, the front desk will arrange a car ride. We did this for a show and had a nice mercedez pick us up for the same price as the black cabs in the city. The staff also knew everything there was to know about the local attrations in case you need to ask questions. You can not beat the price for the quality of this hotel. I would definitely stay again! Fint og rent rom, i et hyggelig hotell. Grei frokost. Hotellet ligger i et stille og rolig strøk, men er likevel sentralt. Fem minutters gange til nærmeste undergrunn som er Earls Court. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren eher klein aber top ausgestattet. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man schnell mit der nahegelegenen Stationen. Das Buffet war i.o.. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und auch i.o. Alle Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
